Pros

Teamwork has helped our entire department hit deadlines and avoid dropping the ball on deliverables. My favorite thing about Teamwork is the daily email I get from it, letting me know what tasks I have for that day that need to be completed. I also really like the tagging and filtering in Teamwork. It allows me to separate tasks important tasks from urgent, or less important tasks.

Cons

I feel like I am working now more than ever. It has allowed me to be busy, but not be overwhelmed. I feel like I should get a raise with my increased productivity.

### "A very underrated project management system"

Pros

I was first introduced to Teamwork at my job and it was definitely new, but as time went by, it became easier to use and navigate for managing all the projects for my team.

Cons

Because of certain features, such as fade-in transitions when hovering over, it takes a bit more time to assign dates to tasks, as well as assigning dates where it won't include all the subtasks, even though the selection to include subtasks was selected.

I do think that Teamwork helped me personally in that I was able to really lay out all of my projects and tasks in a visual way that helped me keep track of things. I just didn't feel like it was as easy to use or as helpful as a lot of other project management software. We've moved on to other software now.

Pros

I like that this software does have a lot of different features and ways that you can use it. It is pretty customizable to your company, which allows you to use it how you think it works best for you.

Cons

The software is very confusing, I tried to teach many members on my team how to use it, multiple times, and it never seemed intuitive enough for every one to really understand and enjoy working with. It honestly seemed more like a chore to work with than anything.

Pros

One of the standout features I truly appreciate about Teamwork is the exceptional task organization and categorization capabilities. It provides a seamless system for creating projects, breaking them down into smaller tasks, and assigning them to team members. Also, the built-in reminders and notifications are amazing as they ensure that important deadlines and tasks are never missed.

Cons

It may require a bit of getting used to, but that can be said for any app. No real cons that I can think of.

We manage all projects through Teamwork Projects. The first step in every project we have is to create the project in TWPM and Build the task list, repetitive projects have a project template. Weekly meetings are usually spent pouring over the status of the current projects.

Pros

The program is web based so there is not a lot of work to get people up and running. It is very intuitive and easy to set up and use.

Cons

We have a plan that allows many projects which if your not careful can become too cumbersome to look at. I think there are many tools included in TeamWork to help you conquer this issue, but our experience has shown that sometimes less is more.

I absolutely love teamwork and so does my team (or at least as much as they can when their forced to track time. We've been loyal except for a two year period where we used mavenlink. Our primary reason for using Mavenlink was because they have the functionality to assign resources specific hours to the day and quickly see if your over/under resourced. We moved back to teamwork in the summer because I scaled back the agency (personal matter). But we are growing again and need resourcing. I'm using some work arounds, but it is far from ideal. Can we be your guinea pig as you role out the new software? We want to grow together with you, just as we have in the past. We need to be able to see a dashboard (with filtering) of project estimates/hours assigned to each person, totalled by the day and the week, as well as the ability to interact with feilds to change the hours. ie create a schedule (w/assigned hours that are specific to a task or task list.)

Pros

ease of use with interface, flexibility with tasks and task lists. Milestone calendar view makes my clients vary happy.

Cons

\-resourcing + team scheduling functionality -Ability to export combined milestone calendars -ability to customize look/personalize

I love that Teamwork also offered a discounted year of use for new entrepreneurs and I got hooked with it. My clients said they also loved working with it and being able to see the time I had worked on a specific project and what had been done. It allows comments to be made on the time you've worked so you can let your clients know what was done during that period of time. I absolutely recommend this project management tool.

Pros

I love that I can track everything from billing to time to projects with this tool. The versatility makes keeping track of projects a breeze. From attaching documents, to storing client information and having them be able to log in and track the project along with you.

Cons

If the client doesn't accept your invite then they aren't updated about anything. So it's really just one sided. So it can be a wonderful tool if the clients are willing to learn to use it properly as well.

Teamwork has an amazing support and flexible plans.

They do many updates and sometimes it runs bugs, but it is fixed very fast. always need clean a cache of the browser.

Pros

I have found Teamwork to be the best project management solution for tailored services. I run a Private Investigation firm and after trying many different options, I settled on Teamwork as I can customize it to suit my unique requirements. I also really like that I can add my clients as "Client Users" and have them message me, comment on each individual task completed and keep up to date on the actual project itself. I can set it up so that my clients receive email notifications after I complete each task which is really useful.

Cons

Teamwork does take a little bit to setup and I think I am always going to be tweaking different settings for each individual investigation I complete. I think the project templates could be easier to setup and view, but once done it is easily the most effective and useful PM solution for my particular business.

I love using Teamwork. I've used other platforms, such as Asana, and I really liked Teamwork.

Pros

I thought the user-interface of Teamwork was simple and effective. It was easy to manage my tasks/projects and know exactly what I needed to do and when.

Cons

There aren't as many features as the more robust platforms, but I didn't necessarily see this as a negative.It had what I needed.

They made switching from Asana to Teamwork very easy. Importing everything from Asana was easy peasy. The customer support is also top notch and everyone talks with adorable Irish accents so that's a bonus.

Pros

There are task dependencies that are easy to set in this PM software. Also, you can repeat tasks easily, create templates so you are not building the same task lists again and again. There is a lot of flexibility with how you configure it so you can work how you want to work and it supports your process instead of having to create a process that fits with the software. Subtasks can stay nested and out of site or you can click and make them viewable. When you repeat the main task, all the subtasks automatically get repeated as well.

Cons

You have to click "Edit task" to change the task name. If that's all you want to do, it seems like a wasted extra step to have to click "edit." We haven't quite figured out how to use the board views. Visually, it's a little boring. I would like to be able to customize with colors and photos.

### "Great for Task Management "

Pros

First things first; you have the opportunity to use the free version of Teamwork. Although you get limited features, you still get to complete basic tasks. Secondly, the software automatically generates timelines for you as soon as you create a project. That means you get to see all the activities and deadlines, which are all generated automatically. On top of that, this collaboration tool sends you automated notifications. All you have to do is set your key activities and set permissions. Lastly, Teamwork is very fast and provides end-to-end security. Also, it works seamlessly on all devices.

Cons

Email support could improve. Other than that, everything works perfectly.

As far as my usage I will keep thumbs up for the platform and the service which they provide. It really helps me to mange my time for various task in projects.

Pros

\-It is more simple and easy to configure Projects. -UI is modern as well as intuitive design. -Graphical representation of data. -Various integration's tools available such as slack, drive, etc - Timer app is something special that is more usual here.

Cons

Up to now, I don't find any cons. It is just too perfect for my normal usage such as tracking time and tasks in various projects.

Great communication and organization with the team. Emailed updates are very helpful so you don't need to login to check for new messages and updates.

Pros

Notebooks are a very useful feature because they really help to keep clients and projects organized. You can have a notebook for each project or client, or both. I'm sure there are many ways to use notebooks to keep you and your team organized. The communication within each project is nicely organized so there is no need to go searching for conversations. This is an all-in-one resource as it allows you to upload files, organize projects and clients, track time for all team members, keep track of tasks and who they are assigned to, and lets you choose who has access to each project / notebook / conversation very easily.

Cons

There is the ability to duplicate sections in different areas, which did happen and caused some confusion, but that was really poor planning when beginning the project. The software does what it is supposed to do.

Overall, this program is very useful in organizing larger tasks. I find Google Keep better for small To-do list type tasks and Teamwork more useful for larger projects which will have several different tasks that may take several weeks to complete. Once you have set your templates and assigned collaborators to tasks, you'll find this is a very easy to use tool to organize and log events for various projects.

Pros

Integrates easily with Google Drive and many other applications. This allows you to "store" more files on the Teamwork database without actually using up the storage space. Easily assign tasks to cooworkers and monitor their progress live. Can even set email notifications when a task is assigned to you or made available for you to work on. Dependencies feature allows for the user to streamline flow of start to end for all tasks. You won't be able to work on a task until the one prior to is completed. The ability to create task templates makes it very quick and easy to add task lists with pre set dependencies and assigned collaborators.

Cons

Is a bit pricey compared to some other softwares but definitely has more features. New Gaant Chart feature is useful but not as intuitive yet. They are always working on updates so I'm sure it will be improved.

More efficient and robust project management capabilities, lower cost than our previous project management software, and more responsiveness of team members due to the well-designed mobile app.

Pros

Teamwork was the second project management software we used, after switching from a larger, more well-known company that was not meeting our needs well (and costing us more!). Teamwork has a visually appealing and intuitive user interface and contains all the features we needed that our previous software did not have - things like cascading tasks, task dependencies, and cross-project interaction. Also, the mobile app is FANTASTIC. There is very little I can't do from my phone or tablet, which allows me to keep current on all projects and reduce response time.

Cons

We do often find ourselves wishing it integrated better with 3rd party software programs. It feels like we have to maintain tasks in Teamwork, and also tasks in a personal task-management software, or we have to duplicate all tasks to keep everything in one place. I wish there was a solution that would allow those to 'talk' to each other for efficiency of managing one's projects and time. If this were available, I would switch to pretty much any task management software that worked with Teamwork.

Pros

Very nice UI and UX experience. We can work on multiple projects at the same time. Storage is more than enough for the projects. There are many feature in it which can help track a lot of things such as progress, track finance and so on. It is also beginner friendly as well.

Cons

It would be great if they add the message functionality so that we could communicate with our team members so that we donot have to use third party chat application. The price plan is not satisfyling.

Pros

This is one of the more intuitive project management systems on the market. For the price, it's hard to beat. I've been using it for 5.5 years now and haven't had to reach out to customer support once. Our Marketing team depends on it.

Cons

I don't have many complaints, but some other people I've worked with have mentioned that the reporting/charts can be improved.

### "Great Way to Track Clients"

Pros

We use Teamwork to track the progress our students make in our school. It is pretty easy to create records and assign them to the correct staff members. I like that you can customize which tabs (messages, payments, tasks) show up on which records so that the records are not cluttered. The program makes it very easy for staff to collaborate with each other- tagging records keeps everyone on the same page.

Cons

I wish there was a way to clone a record, as right now all changes have to be done by hand or copy and pasted over. I also with that the home screen was a bit more organized. It would be helpful to see all the records under their categories on a screen instead of a small task bar you have to scroll down. We have over 100 records and sometimes not all of them load. The search bar has glitches all the time and I get error messages when I try to search for a specific record.

Pros

I love the Chart View way of viewing projects. I like how I can add dates to the projects to make them display on the chart view.

Cons

There is so much capability built in, I don't get to utilize it all. This is not a bad thing but more of a complement.
