Pros Task templates - as marketers, we have recurring content such as blog posts, webinars, newsletters, etc. Teamwork lets you create tasklist templates which the team can easily use to schedule upcoming content and track progress. Cons Performance issues - based on the number of tasks in a project, Teamwork can take a while to load and display tasks. And, although rare, we've experienced some server downtime. With a larger team it might get a bit difficult. Out of all of the project management programs that I have used this one is definitely the most pleasing to the eye, which makes it much more fun to use. Pros The UI is beautiful and makes it pretty easy to use. I was able to really delve into this and understand it inside and out very quickly. The visual are key, just by looking at a "swim-lane" you can see everything you need to about a project. The app could use some work, but the desktop version of the software is gorgeous. Cons I have been using this software for the last year and I still can't find a way to assign a task to more than one person. This seems like a great software if each project is solely owned by one person. The collaboration with this program is not the greatest, but for individual projects it is great. I track time, set up reminders, tag teammates in notes, discuss courses of action, and upload files. Teamwork works as expected and does a great job of helping me keep on top of my duties. Pros Love the logical layout, reliability of the tool, the ability to track time, set deadlines & reminders, and to have team task-based communication. This tool, put simply, works. I haven't encountered anything I wanted to do with this tool yet that couldn't be done. Cons I get the sense that this tool offers a lot of features I don't use. I wish there was an intro email campaign or continued emails about using all of the features so I know what I am missing and how to use those features. Could not manage my agency without it - seriously. Skip Todosit, Basecamp, Asana... Teamwork Projects is THE BOMB! Pros Ability to organize a number of projects, tasks (especially recurring tasks) for an agency. It's THE BEST. Way better than Basecamp. Cons Sometimes the recurring tasks randomly get the start date thrown off (start date moves to same as end date on a recurring tasks), but it's rare. Our teams can collaborate on projects at hand from remote locations and we share ideas and resources throughout the life cycle of the project. I know this tool is suitable for every business type and industry, as long as effective collaboration is required. It has an intuitive UI and would be a great choice for non-techy people or beginners. It's definitely a software that can grow as your business does and still be organized and easy to manage many projects and clients. I like how you can brand it to your company so it looks professional to clients as well. Cons Their customer service is hit or miss, but they are friendly and helpful once they do respond. They continuously add new updates to improve upon the software. If you work in a job where you need to track you time for client billing, the teamwork timer app is a great feature. You can forecast your time in the project then use the timer to record actual time. Cons You used to be able to see all your tasks right from your dashboard. It was very convenient. However they switched it within the last 6-8 months. It’s now located under the drop down menu associated with your profile picture. It’s close to the same information that was once under your dashboard, but it’s more limited now. I wish they had an easier access point to see all of your assigned tasks, whether they were past due, and what task are due soon. We couldn't agree more, but then again, we may be a little bit biased! You are correct! We did make a slight change a number of months ago. However, due to the feedback we received from customers, we decided to implement a small feature under the 'Home' tab called 'My Work'. You can now find all your tasks and projects listed in the one space - just like before! The 'My Work' section can be filtered by clicking the 'Customize' button in the top right corner and by changing the date, project, priority, or tags. Hope this helps! Finally, we find that managing our time as a resource for a company is the most important side of the business. The benefits are unbelievable on a single week, and with a motivating conversation with our team, we have recovered some ingratiating economic solo to adjust our thinking. Pros The way we think about teamwork projects fits very well with the way we think, each team needs to have something to complete the total range of areas that allow us to provide excellent service to our clients. From the point of view of the software, I can plan ahead with what should be done for each team, the inverted time in each activity, the production of well-treated customers and the money we will have towards the end of the day. We have simplified and streamlined our processes as a result. Pros I love the all-in-one nature of this product. We manage our documents, take notes, create a project plan, share messages, comment on documents. I love that we can limit the privacy of things so we can allow the client to see some things, but to restrict things to internal use only on others, and that we can edit documents within the software to keep track of versions and their edits. Cons I wish it had PDF markup ability like the integration with Microsoft office products. But that's a minor thing. Pros It has a nice set of tools, clean and simple UI and it has an mobile application (although, if you are doing complex things, a mobile device might not be a good idea, since it will potentially take more time). Cons Teamwork's free plan is not as generous as some of its competitors are. For example, unless you are part of a small team, you won't be able to use this tool in the free version, since it has a limitation of a maximum of 5 users. However, the licensing prices are very reasonable and, if you're working in a project with a big team, you'll probably will have a demand for more resources and functionalities either way, so upgrading shouldn't be much of a problem. It helps to manage our resources because working all day and productive, is hard. It provides visuality for your work, you can set up the project, then manage milestones and create tasks, every task have an implementer ( people can know what he/she have to-do through the day ). Limited space: When you have many projects, you must think about files that uploading on Teamwork, because space quickly fills up. 2. Teamwork needs to have a tool as a timer. Pros The ticket management feature is the functionality I like the most. It allows me to organize and track support tickets from various channels such as emails, online forms, and social media. Additionally, the task automation feature helps me speed up my ticket management processes. Cons What I like the least is the tracking and reporting feature. While this functionality allows for evaluating the performance of the support team, I sometimes find the statistics to be unrealistic, even though it helps improve customer satisfaction. June 1, 2018 4.0 Teamwork allows me to organize my tasks, communicate with other about their responsabilities, exchange files, receive notifications about due dates and overall organize my day to day and workload. The main benefit of Teamwork is its feature rich task management tool and project planning support. Pros The software allows you to organize and present the information in multiple ways so you have the flexibility to choose the most appropriate one according to what you are doing. You can easily go from a traditional task manager view with their due dates and people responsible, to a gantt chart to a board view. Cons It is unintuitive so it takes a long time to learn the tools, the materials and how the software works.
