Pros teamwork projects makes it easy to set up projects, provide informational as briefings and feedbacks to your team, set up tasks including notifications and easily log your time on a task. Easy to review time logs on the whole project or single tasks. multiple options for reports. Cons it can have a certain complexity that may be a little confusing to find your assets when you are not used to this tool, but when you get used to it's easily to understand. if not: there is a lot of tutorial footage on youtube. It allows you to integrate everything in a single tool, Planning, billing, progress. Optimize project is extremely simple with Teamwork Projects Cons The final report is somewhat frustrating since downloads of the files to PDF can generate some difficulties. Customizing billings could be one of the points to consider improvements. Improve the adaptation of several users and add the necessary elements. Intern Logistics and Supply Chain Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Useful, not groundbreaking" January 20, 2020 3.0 Teamwork Projects was enjoyable to set up for my team because of the multiple instructional videos online; I only had to spend a little bit of time watching videos and understanding before I could implement it for my own team. Pros This software made it easy to monitor the status of a project and keep tabs on each individual contributor. It was easy to assign tasks, see which tasks had been completed (on time, late, uncompleted, etc.), and create and adjust a timeline for completion. My favorite aspects were the task delegation and check-in features. Cons While useful, there is just nothing that is significantly different than the other project management softwares that proliferate. It's a good visual way to keep track of a project status, but it can become a hassle that people don't want to check in with -- there are not more capabilities that differentiate it and make it worth the effort. We do our project management within Anser and are running our operations within Sellian on it. Especially when we cooperate with customer teams they first are somewhat holding back on the platform, but onze they've put their doubts aside and start using it they're up and running in minutes. April 9, 2019 4.0 Pros Because that user can not remember everything they can right in notebook and also reminder set. Must use for devide work in other team members and check it very esily any time to which employee work in which module. Also I can check his/her speed to work completed. A team mambers create and develope easy for user understand esily it's functionality. Also file can upload and get very esily. Cons Here is one issue is very high MB file can not upload esily but it's very long file other files can esily upload. Cons With too much going on, it can get disorganized fairly quickly. Also, the file uploading system gets wacky. It's way too complicated; should be simplified for such a straight-forward function. Pros \*- Easy to use, intuitive and inovative, every update this guys come up with improves my time management in diferent projects, if you use the calendar module it will help you manage your time between apointmens and other pending stuff, project overview is amawing you can see what is everyone doing and adjut your team workoad as you see fit. It just makes sense. I worked with a client that owned this software and onboarded me with training videos...it is hands down the best PM tool I have \*ever\* used. If I had a lot of moving parts in my own company, I would totally buy it—the ability to assign, track, move tasks just made me feel like I was SO together. Cons The only downside was that we had to upload huge videos into it, and it didn't really work. They were massive files, so I wound up sending them via WeTransfer instead. The project is miles better than Basecamp - keep the amazing work going, please! Really do appreciate the hard work of everyone at this company. They have such a great thing going on. October 28, 2018 5.0 A great platform to ensure task is completed within the time frame. Supports a great degree of flexibilty from assigning tasks to members till entering additional details like time taken in hours, day by which the assigned task was completed, notification of update to users via email and many more. It helps to maintain and record the progress of a task in a much cleaner way than emails for all team members. Pros Support many users. Easy to assign tasks to team members. Can add users to various levels before choosing from a group to assign the task. Supports re-diting the comment to tasks unlike emails which is a great plus and helps to keep records. Supports Admin privileges to users to control access to the task. Cons It takes some time to understand the features of the teamwork platform. Pros I was new to it when we started with a new vendor. The learning curve to get up to speed with its use and functionality was very short. It would be better to be defaulted to a comprehensive view of all tasks, even those completed, maybe separated by category or color coded. It is very easy to add another project by copying a previous one, since most of my projects are very similar and have same structure. Pros Teamwork was one of the first project management software I remember. It changed a lot over years but I like the way it displays my projects (I see everything I need on my first screen), I also Like the way I get notifications and I never miss the deadlines for really important tasks. Cons Pricing structure has changed over time. I also tried to use mobile version, but still prefer Teamwork on my desktop. Once I also had an issue with adding a new user to the project.
