Pros

It's very user-friendly, even for someone with little tech experience. You can tag all the needed team members in each specific project so everything is clear to see and keep track of. including tasks.

Cons

Can't really think of anything that I don't like about this product! So far everything has been great!

Teamwork mostly use for virtually access your partner Machine only need to partner machine access code. User can easily access another machine do anything. its also available for free app. Its available for web app and mobile app also.

Cons

Sometime access is to complex. partner Access code, its limits times of periods after sometime automatically expire.

Everything works well and easy. We are satisfied to have TWP for handling tens and tons of projects with students in our University degree program of Media. First I tested this in my tiny company and then after we took this TWP for heavier use!

Pros

Everythign is "under the same roof", and could be used in all devices we need t use!

Cons

Could be more graphic designed, so it would be even more easier to use.

The 30 days trial period helps to user to feel free and enjoy creating the site without worries before purchasing the package. with Teamwork projects you can easily upgrade or downgrade anytime without any limitations depending on your financial status. The free forever plan which helps those who fail after atrial period has elapsed to continue using the software

Cons

the premium payment for subscription after the trial period has elapsed is costly,the rate should at least be reviewed additional payments methods should be added like Paypal so that users without visa can pay too

My business partner previously ran production for a company that was growing extremely fast. They had a demanding and intricate workflow, needed to anticipate that the company would transform completely every few months for the foreseeable future, and making a mistake in picking a PM platform would have been disastrous to their growth. She trailed all of the recommended online PM software against each other, and Teamwork was the clear winner. And it was the right pick, it did everything she needed and more, from the first-day usability to scaling and changing with the company. She has since left and we run our own company, and so it was natural to sign up ourselves. And it's worth every penny. Teamwork has been beyond incredible as a product. I have been using the software for about 18 months now. It was scary good when I started, but today with their constant improvements and upgrades, it's transcendent. Their commitment to constant improvement is stunning, and it just keeps getting better. But even more important, their customer service is off the charts. As in, we usually hear back on any customer service request within an hour, and the responses aren't just the non-answers to kick the can down the road that we hear from most companies, but real, well-informed solutions to our problems coming from experts. (And since I'd imagine they use their own Customer Service platform, Teamwork Desk, their tremendous service response does a good job of selling that, too.) Teamwork is incredible. You won't be disappointed.

Cons

it is often hard to fully manage resources from this tool. As a web agency with a lot of clients, we struggle with resource allocation and priorities. It is hard for our resources to determine which tasks between clients are most important

Pros

We've increased our productivity and communications in just a short amount of time. The integration with Google Drive has helped us build processes to streamline our services and increase efficiency. They listen to our feedback and ideas and implement new features when needed. Love this app!

Cons

I wish the iOS apps worked offline for those moments where I'm away from any wifi and just want to capture a few throughts and create tasks.

I use Teamwork in an agency environment and I'm the only remote teammate so it really helps me to stay in the know on what's going on.

Pros

This tool is great for teams who help each other out on various projects and need help keeping up with the status of projects. Assign tasks to people, add estimated time it should take to compete, attach documents, add comments to it... You name it. Keep your entire team organized with Teamwork.

Cons

It's a pretty robust tool so it takes some time to learn all the features to get the most out of your money.

A great project management tool that will allow you to run any project efficiently

Pros

This is a superb business tool, very fast interface, great design and a phenomenal amount of different details that can be added to each task. for medium to large companies this is a must.

Cons

The only con I can mention is not actually the companies fault it is mine as in the tool is a little more than our small company needs but I used the tool for over a year and really tried to find a reason to keep it

Teamwork is a pretty complicated project management system. If you have a very in-depth project, it can be beneficial because of all its features, but it can be very complicated to learn. If you are looking for a simple project management system, then I don't think Teamwork would be you go to system. If you are looking to completely redesign your project management system, then Teamwork can be a great starting place. Also, the templates are very helpful if you have projects that are the same everytime. This is not a simple turn-key solution. It takes time to set up but can be a very good system.

Pros

Templates - If you have repeating projects then this is huge for you. Gnat chart also very helpful for creating timelines.

Cons

Complicated.

The project management features, the bread and butter of the tool, work nicely. Good collaboration not only internally, but we can invite customers into projects to have visibility into work being delivered.

Cons

We weren't able to integrate Teamwork into our Salesforce environment so data is siloed and hard for multiple teams to work with.

I can not explain in short how much have Teamwork Project helped me, but I can say that its the best project managing systems that I've seen. The only thing missing (and I'm requesting it all the time) is a personnel rotations chart in the calendar since we work at offshore facilities for Oil and Gas industry and our personnel is on and off shifts by 28 days with 28 days. It would be nice to integrate that so that all of the activities in the system can be assigned only to the "on-shift" personnel. Thank you!

Service that helps the company in the management of business and projects. The free rate includes many features - there is no need to purchase the paid version. Other benefits include high speed and frequent updates.

Cons

Not the most successful translation into Russian - after 3 days I switched back to English. There are no access levels restricting files from other users. The rest is excellent software for start-up companies.

Pros

A UI that is very user-friendly is provided by the teamwork, Teamwork supplies feature to help handle your job. I have used it for job photographs, contract change orders, mock-ups. There's a project laptop system that's far superior to some job wiki. I use it to store notes, format them to seem like files and export in a format that's helpful to project customers and owners. This was significant that it could have been a dealbreaker.

Cons

The price is a little bit high for the premium user, if the Teamwork team reduce or discount the price for premium user. It increases the Teamwork user.

With TeamWork I have a board where I can summarize the activities of the projects I carry out as well as their milestones in the next three months, you can also filter the information, all the tasks, also filterable by users, all the messages and a preview of the proyects.

Pros

This software is very easy to install. I have tried the computer version and the app on my mobile phone, both are simple to use, I have a board where I can summarize the activities of my projects and follow up without missing any details. I keep up with projects with clients. I use this software every 3 days and I really find it very useful.

Cons

It is a pity that the projects that you have created do not stay in the free plan after those thirty days, since the application looks good, except for having some options outside the work environment, such as access to user management for our own company. I have not seen the option of uploading files either, although in theory it can be.

Teamwork is good for large teams and for sharing files with clients but it's not the best platform for individual projects or tasks.

Pros

Makes it easy to collaborate with teams and follow-up on projects. Easy to create and manage tasks within projects Easy to store project files

Cons

There are many places to hold conversations making it easy to lose track of conversations. Files and comments can be linked to a task or a project making it difficult to stay organized.
