TeamWork did not only help me organize and keep track of the hours I've used for a specific client, it also connected me to any of my clients around the globe, enjoying project privacy at most! I've created a trusting relationship with my clients and the third-party company I'm working for using this platform. Cons Sadly, some other collaboration platform offers more features than the free account of TeamWork and my new clients prefer using the other ones. It is a very good solution for business management - time and project tracking, it offers customer portal (love that) and idea managment, which I love. January 10, 2019 5.0 It has turned out to be a great complement for the development of work projects of optimum quality. Pros I like the completeness when designing models of teamwork and being able to load them from my cell phone, with the best synchronization with the programs that I manage at the level of networks, search engines and support in the cloud. Cons I consider that the only limitation would be represented by the connection to the internet, given that with the completeness of its tools and the complement of backup in the cloud, the connection to the internet is fundamental. Gantt chart is super simple, based on tasks and tasklist. Cons Lack integration with other saas (zendesk, freshbooks, capsule crm, ...), if I can aggregate the info we have in other web app, I will stay in Teamwork all the day. Pros If only using for a few projects works well. Gives you notifications when pieces of the project are due and can assign to various team members. Cons It is not the easiest tool to navigate. If you have a lot of projects open at once can be hard to find them and will get a lot of notifications. April 10, 2017 5.0 We've continually been delighted by Teamwork's features and ease of use. My team has used a number of PM applications before but no other service has provided the same level of functionality that helps us manage our projects every day. And as a bonus, new useful features continue to be added. We initially came to TW because we were looking for a PM application that would be easy to incorporate our clients into... features like having visibility by task and task templates have allowed us to manage dozens of projects simultaneously. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Teamwork PM to anyone else looking for a great and scale-able PM solution. Pros Very flexible to accommodate how you want to work. Research project Manager Research Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Teamwork for use in managing research project" March 30, 2017 5.0 We've been using Teamwork for the management of international research projects, and while it's not perfectly tailored for it, we can use it to effectively track tasks, deliverables and milestones for all partners over a long period (these projects generally last 4 years). The main problem we're facing is adoption of the platform by our research partners, but this is obviously not an issue with Teamwork Projects itself. I had no prior knowledge of any project management system, in fact, I tried Trello for 2 days but have found your system easy for me to use - especially as I am a novice at this! I feel so organised - all my projects in one place. I came across Teamwork entirely by accident through a company who use your services. They build websites and I guess they have many clients to project manage at the same time including mine. I find myself not being able to live without Teamwork - it has become an integral part of my work process after only 3 weeks of using it. I find myself telling every new start up about your system and have already given out your details to three companies this week. Love it!! Cons We work with a number of other companies who also use Teamwork, and have found that linking teamwork accounts together is really quite awkward at times (and sometimes doesn't work at all).
