It helps you keep track of all your current projects, or dive deeper into a single project. Regarding a baseline feature - have you tried using Workload for this? Workload allows you to compare the totals of estimated time against logged time on all tasks assigned to a person on projects. You can add risks at a project level (see https://support.teamwork.com/projects/risks/adding-a-risk). I'll add your suggestion about risks at a task level to the rest of the team to consider. It is easy to find old docs or files and is great for keeping on track of projects. Cons There is definitely a learning curve to teamwork. April 20, 2018 4.0 Pros The way they setup tasks is intuitive and easy to organize. The immediate integration with the built in Gantt chart is helpful. File storage and integration with Google drive is well done. Team note books and other tools for categorizing and archiving information could use a little work but overall works well. Cons The Gantt chart tool could be vastly improved by adding a baseline or projected schedule versus the actual timeline of events to gauge how well a project is going according to plan. December 12, 2017 4.0 Pros The functionality of this software was reliable and offered many of the qualities that we were looking for. As with all software, it's more about setting up the features to fit your ultimate goal. Cons The biggest challenge that we faced was this didn't give us the optimal centralized software that we were looking for. While many functions did their job, we found ourselves focusing more on things like time-keeping and needed to reevaluate our resources. October 3, 2018 4.0 The bottom line is that we landed on this software. Of all the different options we looked at, it was the most robust in terms of tools, and easiest to use on a day to day basis that didn't intimidate our team. Pros Templates for project cards make daily task tracking much easier. Visualization of time spent and reporting is simple and functional. Cons The time-tracking ability is sometimes glitchy turning on/off, and doesn't always give an accurate picture for reporting purposes. March 30, 2017 5.0 This system makes my job so much easier, rather than a billion emails being fired to me every day this saves me so much time with admin and not only can i see my upcoming deadlines clearly it makes communicating with different team members so easy and adds a level of satisfaction being able to tick off tasks and archive projects. What i would love to see being added to the system a button which shows a project as on proof so it can temporarily be assigned to another user to go on their radar without the project coming completely off your list whilst making it obvious that you need to chase the project. Project Proofing - If I understand you correctly you wish to assign a bulk of work to one person temporarily, and have another person following the task's progress. This is possible. You can either bulk assign a task list to one user and add another user as a follower. You can bulk re-assign these tasks at any time. The tool allows you to share important files with colleagues, supported by the Reset API and the Drag and Drop function. Each project can be set deadline and priority. Progress on work performance is displayed in percent. Cons There is no transfer function to the client to view the current state of the project without the ability to make their own edits. November 7, 2017 5.0 Teamwork allowed me to manage projects in a way where colleagues can report their progress from any place and time, in addition to being able to generate reports for regulatory compliance. Pros Always improving in project management tools; in the software platform; in mobile use and supporting education institution with special price. Cons In the tool SET PROGRESS, I can't select 25% and 75%. For example: for projects with reports quarterly, 25%, 50% and 75% are common level for report progress. Pros I really think Teamwork has come a long way since I first looked into it. The functions are all there and easy to use and learn. This software sure covers everything for covering projects. I like the way things are organized in the software. I also really like that Temawork has a mobile app and the app has a lot of capabilities. Cons The cons are really minimal. It is the same as the other project management applications - where its primary goal is to organize projects, tasks, workflows.
