I also like that each user can customize their experience. The time-tracking feature is useful for our management team, and the interface is clean and not overwhelming for the user. Teamwork helps you work with your team on projects and helps you to keep track of the progress towards the project you are working on. Cons I personally do not have any issues with Teamwork and i would love if they can work on the live chat feature. Our in-house marketing team uses it for project management. As a graphic designer, I can organize and plan my workload for the day, week, or month. All the details I need are right there and gone are the days of lost folders or notes. Favorite features include tags, start and end dates on tasks, messages, file uploads, notebook, and the "Everything" section. Pros The everything section where I can sort by deadline or project. Great for workflow management. Pros I has all the features required for organizing tasks and planing projects Cons takes a while to get use to where the features are located. Also the filters are difficult to set and keep set. September 20, 2017 4.0 Organization Pros Gantt chart, calendar exporting, and emailed reminders of upcoming milestones. It is very user friendly and intuitive - tutorials are nice but not required for mastery. Accessible anywhere from any computer. Cons The gantt chart is fickle with respect to accidentally moving tasks with mouse clicks, and there is no undo feature for when that happens. I would LOVE to be able to link milestones to subtasks or even sub-subtasks. Similarly, it would be nice to link more than one milestone each task/subtask. Only part I see as a big miss is AUDITING, able to track who changed what in a time log, or task is quite critical at times. Pros Simple interface, good features, and friendly pricing. I like that you can switch between task view and board view to have a good visual on how projects are moving forward. Cons The cost of the software is pricey depending on your budget. I like that its easy to use and onboarding new team members can use the system almost intuitively. That is great and the reason we stay. But things could always be better. I miss for example the option to track expenses and integrate into our accounting software Xero. Or the ability to see when team members logged on. That would be great. It also provides little comfort that data is safe. How do you encrypt data? Where, physically is it stored? When creating a task you can add a low, medium or high priority to the task. When you say no admin confirmation for doing a job - are you talking about a review process? One way we do this at Teamwork.com is by adding tags like 'Needs review' to tasks, you can then add a subtask for a supervisor to sign off on the job. Hope this helps. It was easy to use and the organization of everything made this detail oriented person super happy. I love how it tracks your progress for projects.
