Pros

Ease of use and User interface is pretty good. It is very easy to make anyone understand about it features and advantages.

Cons

Its been almost 10 months using the software and Till now i didn't find any any problem while using the software.

Overall its a budding software and easy to use. Needs fixing and tuning to make it a bug free software.

Pros

Vitel Global helps me in making calls and is light on pocket as compare to other tools available. Overall it functions good. Interface is also easy to understand.

Cons

Voice DIstortion is one of the major problems I am facing in Vitel Global. One major drawback is that SMS which you send through mobile apps are not visible on the web app. Should be FIXED.
