Retail Used the software for: ### "Don't go there" August 15, 2014 3.5 Pros Once the hardware and software are installed and up and running, it is a easy to use and is a bug-free Mac-based system. Everything worked once the long process of equipment arrival, download, and setup was accomplished. Cons Customer service is the very worst I have ever experienced. Tracking inventory while selling both in the store and out at events using the mobile device has allowed us to bring our products to people instead of waiting for them to come to us. Using an iPad air makes it hard to do transactions, the screen is to small and you have to keep the charger attached all day.
