The software is Ok, Support is slow to give updates about an issues and they kill you with fees

Comments: The software itself is ok, it is nice that you can set up reports and have them atomatically emailed to employees.
Some major Cons for me are:
Their software is not user reinstallable and they will charge you to reinstall the software that you purchased even if you have a support contract.
If you submit a support ticket to customer service You may wait days (Or over a week in my case) before you get an update about your issue.
Knowing what I know now, if I had it to do over again we would probably look for another phone reporting solution.
