Pros

  • Loved the fact that the SproutLoud team did a lot of the heavy lift in getting us started. Our rep is great and always very responsive.

  • Better communication with my clientele is the challenge that Sproutloud is assisting me with. In addition, I recently purchased business cards, and I am quite pleased with the quality and value.

  • I love how they take users through a step-by-step process for orders, and they have a consistent UI from section to section of the app.

Cons

  • They refused to make any changes to our campaigns even when they had the wrong phone number and website URL for our business.

  • Seems very basic for this type of tech. Hate that I have to go through an entire list of things to make a change on one window.

  • If possible, please provide more detail in the financial data. It seems to me that SproutLoud has these features, but they are currently being ignored.

"SproutLoud is organized and user-friendly platform"

Overall: Better communication with my clientele is the challenge that Sproutloud is assisting me with. In addition, I recently purchased business cards, and I am quite pleased with the quality and value. The accessibility of data, the simplicity of the claim submission process, and the accessibility of the claims database. The customer service has been excellent as well.

Pros: With SproutLoud, my contacts with support employees are streamlined, and I can easily access and review the history of our conversations, solutions, and follow-ups. My email search for the term "Sproutloud" brought up the article quickly. Made it simple to get in touch and get answers quickly, keeping me apprised of the status of my inquiries at all times.

Cons: One of the businesses we can reach using SproutLoud isn't making the most of what the tool has to offer. If possible, please provide more detail in the financial data. It seems to me that SproutLoud has these features, but they are currently being ignored.

Reasons for Switching to SproutLoud: Excellent customer service, informative and friendly employees, and a wealth of promotional resources and fresh ideas to peruse, study, and put to use immediately. The process doesn't require me to start from scratch. SproutLoud provides a wealth of pre-made resources for expanding brand recognition and acquiring new clients.

"Good for Social Media Management and Marketing Automation"

Overall: Good but can be better in terms of pricing, feature (like inegration with social media platforms).

Pros: Ease of automation setup with just a few clicks.

Cons: Expensive than other channels. should reduce the pricing or create a lite plan for indiviuals

"SproutLoud - Good, not Great"

Overall: Overall, SproutLoud gets the job done. I fell like for the money there are other tools with more options, but don't hate it. We're able to make it work and I do love our rep and how responsive the tech support is.

"Has made getting products/help from Generac a breeze"

Overall: My experience with Sproutloud with Generac has been positive. I will say in the last year or so, their response time has gotten longer, not sure if they lost team members or something, but for the most part, love using it. Very convenient.

Pros: I feel confident that if I have a question or need something addressed, there is always someone available to answer my question. I love that the conversation moves to email so that I can get updates and my issues/ concerns always get addressed/ wrapped up.

Cons: Not very aesthetically pleasing. The email portion when I have a ticket open to get help is a little confusing to read sometimes, although responding is made easy with the prompt #respond above this line# or something. It's just not cute, haha.

"Wonderful product with stellar support"

Overall: SproutLoud was the answer to exactly what we were looking for in a Brand Management Platform. Their team has put a tremendous amount of thought and effort into a robust, well thought-out, powerful solution for managing Brands--from print and direct mail, to email marketing, marketing automation, and much more. Their technology platform is very robust and dynamic, while still being easy-to-use for the less technically inclined. I love how they take users through a step-by-step process for orders, and they have a consistent UI from section to section of the app. Aside from the technology, their customer service and staff are top-notch. I've had the opportunity to interact with a number of their staff, and all are very knowledgeable, fast to respond, and extremely helpful. They really are one of those companies that puts the customer first, and actually means it. All in all, we couldn't be happier with SproutLoud. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this kind of solution.

"Extremely bad customer service"

Overall: HORRIBLE - Avoid them at all cost - USE SOMEONE ELSE

Pros: There is nothing I like most about SproutLoud.

Cons: They refused to make any changes to our campaigns even when they had the wrong phone number and website URL for our business. They bill us without allowing us to review and edit the campaigns before they are published. And we cannot edit afterwards. Thus resulting in NO value to our prepaid campaigns.

"Technology company offers valuable solution for companies with stringent brand guidelines "

Overall: SpoutLoud offers a web-based applicable that provides companies with the ability to establish templates that provide corporate with ample control over the brand while still allowing networks to customize marketing collateral with unique messaging. We implemented the SproutLoud platform approximately 6 months ago with the goal of distributing a multitude of different marketing materials to both our internal and external teams. The ease of use when executing time sensitive direct mail efforts through the SproutLoud platform is second to none. The system allows you to bypass the traditional processes and gives you the ability to deploy a campaign in four simple steps - upload your list, select your creative, determine a mail date and send. The price can be billed via credit card or paid with coop dollars - another huge benefit when working with a large network of users. SproutLoud has become a tight knit partner who truly puts their clients first. While we've witnessed the company's growing pains due to their success, the technology has been valuable to our organization and a worthwhile investment for our marketing team.

"Excellent Customer Service & True Partner"

Overall: SproutLoud has continuously given us the tools needed for our network of franchisees to connect/engage with their customers both within their local communities and nationally. Our network finds the technology platform simple and easy to use, resulting in an increase of participation within a variety of marketing programs. The level of customer service provided to our network has exceeded our expectations and they continually put our franchisees first. SproutLoud has become a true partner in every sense of the word.

"Fantastic Customer Service"

Overall: SproutLoud has provided us with an easy to use dashboard for our franchisees to access customizable marketing materials. We can maintain the look and feel of our brand while provided the tools our franchisees need to build their business, all at their fingertips. The customer service is excellent for us and our franchise owners, and we find Sproutloud to be more a partner than a vendor.

"Game Changer for our Industry"
