Pros: It was really easy to use and orders were pushed really fast. Loved how it was able to integrate with Intacct.

Cons: Sometimes the software would be down due to system issues - this would create issues on our business side of things.

Overall: Great system for keeping track of orders, recognizing revenue, and order processing.

I have used this in conjunction with the IT team to find contacts for our newsletter.

Cons: The software is so robust that everyone can have a different way of doing things--this causes problems.

Pros: I love all the different reports and capabilities that Salesforce offers. Tracking our students through the different stages of the learning process is easy with Salesforce.

Cons: I think that Salesforce is a little bit complicated and hard to use for a beginner, since it's often not very intuitive.

Pros: Great variety of functionalities which is applicable almost for all sales structure across various verticals

Pros: My organization uses Salesforce Marketing Cloud. As an analyst who works with email data, I appreciate how robust the reporting tools are. You can cut data in all sorts of ways which helps with the efficient creation of reporting and ad hoc analysis. There's an enormous amount of out of the box reports, and the ability to create your own custom reporting. Parts of the interface are helpful. Customizing your reporting dashboard with shortcuts to your most important reporting is great.

Cons: Quite a bit of the user experience is frustrating. An example: I've tried multiple times to schedule reporting with rolling dates without success. I've been an analyst for a long time now and haven't ever had so much trouble with scheduling reports. Also, the Activity module which is meant for consolidating all of your reporting activity simply doesn't work.

Overall: I do get the data I need for email analysis which essential to what I do. I didn't mention this in the Pros (I simply forgot!), but the security is extensive. I appreciate the lengths they go to protect your data and accounts. It does have some helpful features, but the frustration I experience when using the tool can occasionally feel like it outweighs the benefits.

Pros: We really appreciate how customizable this CRM can be. It basically adapts to whenever our company is. As a tech company, we're constantly changing so it's necessary that our CRM can adapt to our needs.

At the same time, it's quite intuitive.

Cons: Interface is outdated. UX can be improved by a more modern looking design. It seems like functionality has been the main focus (which we greatly appreciate) but by improving layout and other design elements, this interface can be way more attractive specifically for new users.

Overall: A great CRM to keep or database updated. Keeps the sales team and the creative on the same page.

Pros: For the short amount of time that I had the product, I was able to track which users/clients I was talking to and when I was talking to them. That way from a User Experience Research standpoint I could track which clients I had and had not talk to and when. l was also inputting which products they utilized the most, which was a great storage mechanism! and gave me detail for future studies.

Cons: It's a pretty complex system/software, if there were trainings accessible I would utilize them more. But you have to make me aware that there are seminars or webinars that I can utilize to train myself. Also, you guys change the dashboard A LOT. relax, and maybe think about making it modular so that users can customize their own experience rather than having constant change and losing trust! :)

Overall: Great way to store conversations and organize information about client calls for User Research Studies! I like Salesforce as a whole and their software is implemented brilliantly.

It has always been reliable and provides great experience for users and admins.

Cons: A bit outdated at the time - but looks like they have newer versions now! Definitely takes a bit to learn the platform.

Pros: Lots of features and possibilities for information and data analysis including being able to produce and visually see reports

Cons: the main con is that once we purchased the system - and with many other people i have spoken to, the company will need a systems admin person to manage the platform as its impossible to constantly reach out to salesforce admin for support

Pros: There is no end to the functionality it provides. You can build out anything as specific or as general as you want.

Cons: It isn't super intuitive at first. There's a learning curve, but training is really helpful and almost fun.

Pros: There are so many different things you can create with the salesforce engine. It has increased our tracking and sales exponentially.

Cons: It is quite complex and if you don't have time to learn it, you could be stuck using the basics and the basics you might as well go with something cheaper.

Pros: Salesforce is very customizable and you can build a lot on top of it and get to a powerful application with enough work. They also have a lot to offer for almost any organization from an email, live chat, phone logging and a lot of integrations you can work with.

Cons: My main heartache with Salesforce is it is in no way user-friendly. Each action takes 3 more clicks than I would expect to have in another system and almost nothing is intuitive. There are a lot of add-ons and customizations you can make to Salesforce and these can be great but require a lot of manual coding and result in an end product which produces the result but is clunky and has the design style of Windows 98.

There are simple things that simply don't work as you would expect such as you are unable to use SF merge codes in the email signature but rather are forced to set these up using an email template. This means that you cannot automate data to be pulled into an email signature and are forced to select a template each time you close your email if you wish to sign it with merged fields.

Overall: Salesforce provides a great platform to pull together all of your customer touch points into a single solution for tracking and the monitoring of customer health.

Had a great experience using this software for one of my recent jobs!

Pros: Salesforce does exactly what you expect it to do, track sales, leads, keep a calendar of calls made and more!
It can help any company big or small track activities in order to meet and exceed goals!

Cons: was not easy as a non admin user to make changes, having to wait for an admin to make basic changes was sometimes very frustrating, such as a bad phone number on a client file.

Overall: This was a great tool for keeping track of sales, helping us reach or exceed goals in terms of sales calls and actual sales.

Pros: The customizability of Salesforce is unmatched. Any system or process you can visualize, there is a good chance you can create it within this application. It allows you to manipulate large amounts of data to present in a digestible and actionable form.

Cons: The learning curve to become proficient in the software is steep, however, they do have a very good tutorial system in Trailhead. You lose a lot of functionality and general UI usability without upgrading to their Lightening offering.

Cons: The client can restrict the use of sales force, this can sometimes make it difficult to seek information for student. If restricted some of the needed information will not be available.

Pros: EASY TO SEARCH A CONTACT!! Type in a few "key" indicators and BOOM it finds all the possible contacts that you are looking for. GREAT REPORTS- the ability to create custom reports for the organization exceeds any and all expectations!!

Cons: I would say be careful when you are first implementing (LOTS OF NEW FUNCTIONS) and be mindful that the system is easy to customize so if something doesn't work out at first you may be able to fix it later on.

Simple product to learn how to use and very sustainable with building a customer base.

Pros: Interested in maximizing your sales impact? Use this product!! Keeps all of your contact info and all of your prospect touch-points in one place. Want to see something specific on your dashboard? No problem! It's completely customizable.

Cons: Some of the reporting features are not as robust as the rest of the system. Customized reports are difficult to generate and not user-friendly.

Overall: This contact management program is amazing - it's not "just" an address book, but keeps all of your contact info in one place.

Cons: Salesforce It can be too expensive for small businesses. Salesforce with all the CRM tools that are necessary for a small business has a cost of approximately $ 125 per month. That is a cost that not all smaller corporations can handle, even if they benefit from the software therefore it is considered a less attractive CRM solution. Microsoft, for example, has a CRM that is 3 times cheaper.

Pros: The availablity of trailbrazer makes it so easy to learn about the software and has provied me with employment as per now.It is easy to use once you have learned about it with great user interface.My company has been able to track sales and leads thus increase in sales to the company.

Cons: The cloning of objects sometimes becomes so confusing and tiring when new to the software. Otherwise the software is very beneficial to both smaal and big enterprise.

Pros: Our reps use this every single day. Without Salesforce we would have a much more difficult time tracking their pipelines and performance. I love the ease of use for creating reports and dashboards for a quick snapshot of where the team is.

Cons: I was a huge fan of the classic version. Lightning is still a solid option but classic is easier for me to use personally.

Pros: The system have a lot of features. The robust infrastructures works well. The sales organization is accessible

Cons: The cost per user is high. Prices are not solid and raise every year so the overall cost effectiveness is very low. Support is not sufficient and not really helpful.

Pros: Sales force makes easy to use cloud based business applications that help us to stay connected to customers,partners and more. It is the customer success platform helping us to connect to our customers .There are several types of clouds namely sales cloud, service cloud, marketing cloud, community cloud, analytics cloud, App cloud and IOT cloud. Using these we can provide various services to the customers and potential clients. It allows us to maintain our existing relationships, track our customers every step of the way. As a sales tool it allows us to track and funnel our prospects and work efficiently on our leads to conversion. With so many cloud based applications available to us we can manage campaigns with ease via multi channel capabilities.

Cons: There is not really anything we dislike. The salesforce support team are excellent and integrating the system to your business functions is relatively simple. Their technical support is excellent and there is much guidance for and during the set up process.

Overall: Better relationships with our existing customers and more sales conversions

We have automated and updated our selling tactics and are much more efficient in the way we work

Pros: Salesforce I use everyday is work flow rules. This automatically sets up and launches specific tasks that take me throughout the duration of the sales process. It keeps me on track and helps ensure everything is consistently taken care of.

Cons: Any other product that can be customized, it can be difficult to point out exactly what tool will help you. There is a trial and error period but once that is figured out, things get easier.

Pros: Another cloud based program which means it is accessible from no matter where you are at unless you dont have a internet connection than your doomed. It helps you to create new leads and expand your networking of potential new clients. So far it has worked good with every browser I have tried it on sometimes different browsers will affect how the program acts, this one does not. I believe it is user friendly it took a little bit to learn at first but after that is pretty much cake walk and convenient.

Cons: Sometimes when they do a software update it changes the way that you are used to finding certain stuff in your dashboard but once you learn the new changes pretty quick, or at least I do. Pros: I like knowing where to find all of my business and how to plan my activities based on my leads, accounts, and opportunities. I also like that I am able to make notes about my clients and partners so I won't forget where we left off.

Cons: Salesforce can get a little complicated and definitely takes time getting used to. I know they are trying to update the platform and the users to lightning... but I am not sure if that big of an update will work.

Pros: This is a great workflow management software from sales lead through development to converting to a win and on through order to execution. Tracks all steps in process, history, and push back to past work steps for revisions. Ability to set up any reporting that one wants to measure for evaluation. Appreciate being able to have all relevant documents to a deal in the workflow number for future reference and archive.

Cons: Takes a bit of time and use to get acquainted and quick with all the functions.

Pros: Easy to track projects from Lead to Closed. Gives nice insight into pipeline and tools to call out accounts where there has been inactivity. Its easy to use for the basics but once you want to get into reporting it does become difficult.

Pros: I think the software is very user friendly. The ability to store all your contacts and have them associated to their company name for future searches or tied to a phone number make record keeping simple. Pros: Without a doubt, the best thing about SalesForce is its functionality. The platform is extremely feature rich and truly has everything you may need from a customer relations management software application. As a result, the platform fulfils its main purpose with ease, and is almost always guaranteed to bring in additional income to any business when embraced and used correctly.

Cons: Perhaps SalesForce biggest strength, its vast functionality, is also its biggest weakness. That is to say, the platform can be extremely daunting when first encountered, from both an administration and user point of view. I can vouch for this personally as I had never used SalesForce before and was tasked with setting it up from scratch for our business. While I managed this with good success, my first few hours on working with the platform quite literally made my head hurt! To add to this, when it came to training my users quite a lot of time had to be spent running through each of the features of the platform, and to this day I still receive regular questions on how to do something in particular with the software, or perhaps what I certain feature actually does or means.

Overall: The biggest benefit without a shadow of a doubt was increased sales, with our business development team being able to save time and be more productive at the same time.

Very customizable and intuitive. Haven't found much we couldn't do with it.

This platform helped us streamline our process and logged our conversation with each of our clients/candidates keeping track of the discussion history and knowing where we left at. It has a good contact management system that allows the users to store a lot more information like account/client details, addresses, other available information which allows a good account info overview. The Dashboard is customizable and can fit to what their client needs and requires for the specific process. It's an easy to navigate software especially for those who had been into cloud-based platform before.

Cons: The complexity of its features sometimes are not being exhausted/maximized by small-scale businesses and could get overwhelming at times. Pricing may be a bit high for a small company especially if they want something that is more customizable. For our team, it took us a while to navigate the platform fully and think of was on how to customize the platform based on our needs. Knowing what is already available for us and what can be considered for the future is something that we get to deep dive over the course of months and a lot of collaboration and dicussion with the team. Reporting issues might be a bit hard in terms of knowing who is responsbile for certain technical glitch if its Salesforce folks themselves or some app that links to it.

Overall: It keeps good track of our candidates and clients discussions over a period of time which helps us get back from where the last conversation had ended. Pros: I love everything about Salesforce. I think it's a well designed software, can be used for so many things in CRM, and it really feels like they thought out every single feature they put into the product. It's my go to for operations and project management. I can't live without it!!

Cons: Okay, I do love salesforce but there are some problems. Although I personally love the customization features of everything, it can make the software overwhelming and I get to a point where I'm swimming around options rather than actually getting all the work done. That is personally a design failure for me and I wish they'd find a way to keep those options out of sight or less options overall!

Pros: Easy for multiple people to use and work together on. Great capabilities for customizations and granular tracking.

Cons: Hard to use and navigate through until you get the hang of it. Its not very intuitive in my opinion. Would love to see them improve the ux of it, though that's a minute criticism on an all-around good product.

Pros: The top thing I enjoyed about Salesforce is the training provided on there trailheads. This software lines out a way for all users to learn and be productive. It provides clear efficient training methods for a software that is highly useful in sorting for opportunities and generating leads. My favorite CRM software.

Cons: Salesforce can be extremely complex the deeper you get into it and learning everything can take a lot of time. It takes dedication to learn the software.

Pros: I enjoyed the reminders for speaking with clients you may have not contacted in a while. It was also nice to have so much stuff organized in one place

Cons: I wasn't able to send e-mails through the application, and I also really did not like having to switch over to another window to add client details. They should work on an integrated Gmail extension.

Overall: The updates of contacting clients I have not been in contact with for a while

Experience the first time around was something new, once I started using it, it got easier.

Pros: I like the user friendly options and tabs for quicker logging. Consolidating many functions in one area has help speed up the process of our CRM system.

Cons: The only con I would say is that the new format was abruptly released. There was no gradual learning curve from one update to another.

Pros: There is so much you can do with SalesForce. It is very feature rich and you can organize your data in many many different ways. This makes it very useful as each company has a different need for the way their data flows.

Cons: With having so many features, comes the complexity of use of these features. It requires effort to master the great many things SalesForce can do. If you do not utilize it to its fullest potential, it is overpriced. To utilize it to its fullest potential, you almost need a training course.

Cons: The pricing is expensive. Our implementation of it was less than exceptional (not the products fault.

Pros: Salesforce can integrate with just about anything! I can push data to my calendar, use sales genie and multiple other things all through salesforce.

Cons: It can be overwhelming! There is quite a bit of data to keep track of and it is not always easy to organize.

Pros: The customizable dashboard is one of the best functionalities that salesforce offers, being able to arrange all those very useful tools as needed is amazing

Cons: The software is a bit complex, yet I guess it must be like that to be able to offer all it does, pricing may be too high.

Pros: The fact that I can get my data from anywhere in the world, and I can log in and have my data restored from the cloud; the ease with which data is stored, I can easily do graphics and tables and download the information to be presented in a chart. The home display which easily shows me how my project is doing. I really like that. Plus the fact that i can customize the tool to even use it to generate and add new knowledge makes it a very great software.

Cons: I think the expense bit drives most people away. It is not easily affordable, and thus it is left for use by large corporates. I wish even small businesses and individual users like me could easily access it.

Comments: The functionality to build out extra sections as well as link to gain sight is great

Pros: salesforce is extremely easy to use and a great way to keep thousands of clients and potential clients¿ information organized.

Pros: I really like all the add-ons, especially for larger companies doing high volume. Salesforce seems to be the most recognized of all CRMs.

Cons: I think that this product gets very expensive very quickly and does not suit the needs for cost-conscious startups.

Sales force was a great software when I worked at Sprint because we were able to bring customers.

Pros: What I liked most about this software is the ease of use and the high level of customization possibility - You can make it specific to a company's needs. I also like the fact it is cloud-based which means that I don't have to worry about the management of the environment where it is hosted.

Cons: I feel like the navigation could be easier. Also, I feel that the UI is dated and clunky. Another con about the software is that if the internet is down or unavailable, you cannot use the software.

Overall: 1. Customer Relationship is much easier.
2. Efficiency in tracking customer leads.

Pros: I love the customization options Salesforce provides .Tracking sales ,customers and invoicing has never been easier and more efficient .

Cons: Like all CRMs worth their salt ,you have to invest a lot of time in exploring the functions in order to get the maximum from the program . It shouldn't be an issue for most businesses ,but a good internet connection is essential for optimum synergy with Salesforce.

Pros: Salesforce is, by far, the most feature packed CRM in the industry. The amount of tools and functionality is endless and suits any major corporation out there wanting a powerful CRM with endless customization options. The newer Lightning UI is much better then the classic look and makes it easier for new users to get started.

Cons: Many deeper functions are in the Classic UI and not available in the Lightning UI. There is no easy way to switch back and forth. If you go to the Classic UI, you get stuck there and can't revert back to the Lightning UI without hours of hunting or Administrator intervention. Salesforce also lacks the basic functionality of being able to do a mass email to all campaign members from the Campaign view. This is such base level functionality that is expected, but not included. Salesforce has known about this for YEARS.

If you are new to CRM, look elsewhere. If you are a large enterprise, this will probably fit well. Unless you are required to use Salesforce, I would wait until they get more functionality built into the Lightning experience so you don't have to switch to the Classic UI.

Overall: We were able to do some mass emails and track them.
