Maxpanda order management software is a great management tool. New features are constantly added and the order management software is always up to date. It also has a guest portal for staff and tenants that don't need accounts to submit work order. The order management software calendar is also a fantastic feature.

easy and inexpensive tool to manage maintenance activities

Pros

Max Panda can do handle many (most) maintenance management actions we can imagine. We do not use many of the features just because not needed here

Cons

Refresh time when the work order list is being refreshed can be 5 or 6 seconds. That seems like an issue that could be addressed

Pros

Nothing good tosay about this software at all

Cons

It is always slow, always kicking you out in the middle of doing work thus wasting valuable time, updates are never meant to improve things for users, always have to adjust the filters because it never goes back to the one that you are working on when you refresh the page, we are never told that there are issues - it would be nice that instead of getting the updates emails which doesn't help at all; that we get notices when it is down

Pros

It makes life for our maintenance team a lot easier. The ease of updating tickets is its real strength.

Cons

We tried to stretch this into an IT ticketing system as well, though it failed, we understand that we were trying to make it do something it wasn't designed for.

Pros

Very Efficient, once setup. Made it easy to track outstanding service requests and take input from staff to be able to view progress without having to call multiple people to see what had been done.

Cons

Bit of a learning curve for people who were not well versed in similar software. Leads to training a lot in high turnover positions

My experience with Maxpanda CMMS has been wonderful. We switched from a very outdated program to Maxpanda and it has helped immensely.

Pros

I like the ease of use. The system is very user friendly and covers all the bases we need for our inspectors.

Cons

There aren't many areas you can customize. It would be nice to pick what you can see on your search pages.

Pros

The ease of use by both staff and guests.Scheduling of work orders and PMsAssigning multiple staff to a job.being able to pinpoint the job and location

Cons

Not being able to put the same job on multiple buildings

Overall, this has been a very good experience to use MaxPanda and utilize as a tracking tool for camp maintenance.

Pros

It is easy to put in general work order tickets as a user. As an admin, it is very easy to review the dashboard to see the status of current work orders and their progression.

Cons

The lack of ability to customize fields on the work order screen limits our ability to more easily track things like money spent on specific assets.

It has been pretty good, we are pleased, and out staff appreciate the communication it provides.

Pros

I like that it is cloud based, we didn't have to download anything. It is reasonably priced and it allows us track a vehicle or buildings repair history.

Cons

I don't have any real complaints, I have to pay attention to follow the updates, I don't thing we use all of the features so there is probably a lot of stuff I don't know, are there recorded user webinars?

Reason for choosing Eagle CMMS

I think a big piece was that it was cloud based and our excel data could be easily transferred, and that part went really well, we were pleased.

Pros

you can track work orders easily. I use this to see what is currently going on in each department and can see statistics on each work order. very easy to maneuver around the website, customer service is always very quick to respond through email. there used to be glitches every once in a while, while filling out a work order (specifically while picking some items from the drop down menu) but that was quickly resolved and fixed! the maxpanda app is also easy to use, especially for our housekeeping team and any other department that is out on the field and can't access their computers. overall, I definitely recommend maxpanda, especially for daily use.

Cons

slight learning curve but very easy to use once you get familiarized with the program.

Pros

This software allows my facility to track all work orders to ensure completion. It helps hold employees accountable because work orders are assigned to individuals. Having desktop and applications for mobile devices ensure that all users can access the program.

Cons

Using the software does take time. The program reverts back a screen when a selection is made and I have to click to get back to the screen to save more data. And the mobile app requires making sure the latest version is downloaded or all you get is a spinning circle.

MaxPanda has not been my favorite CMMS system to use. I have used others that were much easier to use and navigate. Also, as I said previously, the app is terrible. It's so bad that I deleted it and refuse to use it.

Pros

The thing that I like best is the customer support. If there is a problem, and I've had quite a few, support is always available to help.

Cons

The system is not the easiest to use. It is confusing for non-tech saavy people. Also, the app that is available is terrible. Most times, when using the app, the pages are stuck loading and never go anywhere.

Pros

Software provides quick and detailed look up in a cloud base system allowing for immediate response to client and service provider request, issue tracking.

Cons

Currently "App" functionality does not match easy of "PC" use. App does not allow for accessing "Building's", Vendor and/or Locations where PC access does

Works well but sometime freezes up and you have to power down and reboot plus I’ve forgotten my password at times so the process gets extended longer.

Pros

The ability to input data and reduce paperwork but the amount of time wasted in moving between various screens is unreal , if there was a screen for just staff with all the work order numbers you could input at the end of the day each workorder’s time spent without going back and forth thru each screen to access the staff screen for that work order , this would save a ton of time and money plus frustration.

Maxpanda is one of the relatively new companies set to shake up the CMMS world by offering a comprehensive CMMS product at a fraction of the cost of many of the popular and traditional CMMS products out there. The development team adopts an agile approach to programming and consistently meets their goals. Support is excellent and responsive to your needs.

Pros

Maxpanda is great value for the money. It provides most of the key features and functionality people want in a CMMS system. For Canadian users, they meet data sovereignty requirements.

Cons

There's nothing outstanding in this software that I would label as "deal breakers".

Pros

That we can create work orders as well as our clients. In that sense it flows well. I also like that I can upload photos and link employees, so that they also receive a text that there is a new work order.

Cons

No option for invoicing and if you pick a company name and start a work order and then realize it is the wrong company name, you can not just switch it, you have to scrap it and start a whole new work order.

Facilities software allow to communicate between ground and head office. Assist to submit jobs need to be done

Pros

It connect jobs logged in the ground to reach the head office immediately. It give clear understanding what has to be done and allocate the job to the specific place and person requested the job. Facility management to trace jobs easily Evaluate cost of the jobs Keep a good record of jobs submitted and outstanding jobs Give you a picture of your main problems and jobs that are most submitted. you can easily pick up the major problem to be done.

Cons

Most of the features works perfectly only sometimes a picture with high mega pixel refuse to upload or upload picture till 99% and stuck. Once you re submit automatically it duplicate your job.
