Cons Print view crowded on POs, vendor confusion regarding invite they think they have to pay for access to our POs most do not want to be invited. Pros That we actually do not have to call IT or anywhere else to submit an order. They give us the option of selection other places besides IT and gives us an option of selecting other locations as well. They said they don't have access to our private information, so that meant they wouldn't cancel our trial even though I emailed and ask them too. Cons You can't cancel online, and when I emailed them and asked them to cancel they didn't. They still charged our credit card, and this went on for 2 months. I had to get my credit card company to block them. They quit answering our phone calls, and wouldn't respond back to us. These folks don't practice good business and I warn anyone from putting in there credit card information for the free trial. Pros I loved the ease of use of Maxpanda CMMS. It is also really nice to be able to track the progress of a request in near-real time. Cons I find there to be very few cons to using Maxpanda CMMS. Most issues seemed to arise from user error. If the whole team isn't on board , it can be a bit of a hassle to figure out what has and what has not been taken care of. Review Source MT Murrell T. I think I had a couple of questions in the beginning but everything is very intuitive. Support when I did need it was almost right away, occasionally an hour or two. Very very happy. Pros We've been on Maxpanda CMMS for over a year now and are quite happy with it. We manage 4 dealerships with a never ending battle of inventory issues. Maxpanda has allowed us to stay on target with very extreme precision. Good stuff! Cons Wish the app integrated with our internal ERP.
