Pros

I like the price and the flexibility to schedule work orders from first request to closure.

Cons

I do not feel that I can trust what is promoted to be accurate when it comes to updates and new features. I have been strung along for months with promises and missed deadlines.

Pros

I like being able to keep electronic record of requests and being able to refer to the requests and check on the status

Cons

I can't think of any at this time in regard to the software itself - I think it took a while for us all to get used to using it which caused a lag in reporting, receiving and responding to issues, but that is internal and not a reflection of the product itself

Smooth transition and well worth the money. Company has never had a CMMs program so the training of the staff was a concern but the ease of use has allowed it to be a quick and easy transition.

We had a little problem doing some tasks with Maxpanda’s work order software. We contacted the support through live chat and they were very helpful. They told us what to do and how to do it when setting our work order software.

It was a new age tool bringing together various plant maintenance aspects with a focus on the domain expertise required in PM

Cons

It didn't suit our plant maintenance related aspects of various offline online functionality nuances and strong SAP module integration.

Hi Josiah, please ask your COMPANY ADMIN to setup DEPARTMENTS for you. This has to be completed by an Admin not Staff roles. Once Departments are setup you can assign buildings, locations, assets EVEN PEOPLE to your departments. USERS submitting new work requests select Department accordingly through the desktop and/or app.
