Use for service, repair, telematics integration and tco. Run monthly reports on cost information and able to build preventative maintenance programs.

Pros

The service reminders, cost trends, api integrations, fleet dashboard, are all very helpful. Fueling history and assigning g drivers to units.

Cons

Issues with app, unable to see all data on app. Modify work order sometimes the app is too send and it it willl close out and you lose progress.

Overall, my experience using Fleetio has been good. It helps keep maintenance, work orders, and unit information organized in one place, which makes day-to-day operations easier to manage. There are a few things that could be simpler or faster, but overall it has been a helpful system for tracking and staying organized.

Pros

What I like most about Fleetio is how easy it is to keep track of maintenance, repairs, and service history all in one place. It helps improve organization and gives better visibility of the fleet status and pending work.

Cons

One thing I like least about Fleetio is that sometimes it can feel a little slow or take too many steps to update information

I use Fleetio for many things. When I first came into this role, it was merely being used as a way to pay for maintenance but I've started using it as reminders, for inspections, for documentation of events and for seeing the cost of each vehicle.

Pros

What I like most about Fleetio is the ability to talk to driver's regarding their vehicles maintenance needs through scheduled notifications.

Cons

What I like least about Fleetio is that not many service shops understand how to use auto integrate. They tend to do the work first, then send in an approval request. They tell our driver's that Fleetio is an insurance claim.

Overall, very satisfied. I find it refreshing that the developers didn't just make a program and then let it stagnate. It evolves over time, just like we do.

Pros

What I like most about Fleetio is how involved and proactive the Fleetio team is. There are constant performance updates, integrations, bug fixes, seminars, and more. I find that the system can do pretty much everything I expect with new features rolling out consistently.

Cons

I do wonder if I'm making the most out of the platform. Because of the wide range of abilities of the program, and how deep it can go, I find myself sticking to what I know. It'd be helpful if someone from Fleetio could meet with our team and talk about our specific use case and needs.

great the customer service is great as previously mentioned and the willing to walk you through all the aspects of the program is great

Overall, I like the system, and I really have not had any major issues on my end. It has good reports and easy entry capabilities. What you put in is what you get out and by that, I mean you can enter information but if it is not accurate then the reports will reflect that as well and the info will be incomplete.

Pros

I like that everything is in one system and all together. I also like that the menu is organized by category and easy to follow. I like I can go in and pretty much maneuver in there easy enough without help and figure it out.

Cons

Mind you I only do the entry of the service orders; I am not a fan of having to enter every detail of the invoice one by one, but I do understand the information needs to be broke down so we can see what work has been done on the units. I would love to see a way to scan directly into the system and not have to attach the invoices.
