Just the reminders are keeping our equipment better maintained. Pros Integration with our business went great. Our driver's caught on quickly. It's easy to use and allows me to add users as I need with different permissions which is great for staff and volunteers alike. Pros Fleetio is an amazing software if you need to keep track of vehicles and maintenance. Because it's designated specifically for fleet management it is catered to being on the go when issues tend to happen. The app is intuitive and easy to operate. The ability to assign tasks, updated maintenance records, and upload photos is extremely helpful. I highly recommend the app for anyone needing to keep tabs on vehicle maintenance. Cons The cost was the only drawback to the software. Because you pay per asset, the more vehicles you have, the more expensive the software is. If it could be a flat rate software I think it would inspire more people to utilize it because it is so good. Review Source CD Corey D. I used this software at a prior company and it was extremely easy to integerate on a much larger scale. Helps to look at a higher profile of the company when it comes to the Fleet Management field. Cons fuel card integration can expand. There are so many providers out there that this software does not have a default integration with. I especially like how our different departments can seamlessly communicate issues with the fleet to our maintenance department and get them addressed quickly without falling through the cracks. Great app and ease of access from any platform that has WiFi. Cons A con that I can easily overlook is this is more tailored for automobiles. Being able to export a tremendous amount of information allows us to dissect our company's performance and make sure we're growing in the right direction. It also enables us to have eyes on the areas we're struggling and adjust as needed in a more timely fashion. Having access to that data in a simple-to-use format is critical. They have always responded very quickly, professionally, and if program was not able to do something I asked, they were very happy to submit my needs to programming for maybe future updates. Pros I like the fuel integration feature the most. I also like the reminders. I really like the dash board and being able to see at a glance what is going on. August 7, 2017 5.0 Pros The functionality is great. We have reduced our software footprint from 3 programs to 1 program. I no longer need to use (Fleet Maintenance Pro, Geotab, Fuel Program) to monitor all our fleet functions. Fleetio incorporates all three. Cons To date....we have not found very much about the software that is undesirable. In fact, when we have noticed potential function improvements the staff at fleetio has been very responsive. We literally were up and running in 1 hour after our demo. We came to Fleetio based on a review process of several products. We had our business process modelled and Fleetio was very, very easy to superimpose and we were able to adjust some of our processes for the better quite easily - quite quickly. We reviewed six products and Fleetio overall scored higher. We are a concrete producer and the ability to manage all types of vehicles in several locations using a common fleet was also quite cost effective. December 4, 2015 5.0 This software has exceeded our needs for a basic, user-friendly fleet maintenance software that even our most computer-challenged guys can figure out. The setup was incredibly simple, the cost is completely reasonable, and it has the ability to do so much more than we anticipated. We are still fairly new users, but have already been so impressed with our experience. Not to mention, every time I have needed assistance (which is infrequent considering the help guides always answer every question that comes up) they have responded almost immediately and either had or created a solution within the workday. I was able to login and immediately start using it for our business. It only took us a few days to get the entire company setup and up to speed with the application. Con: Not really a con, but the application is still growing so there are still a few extra features that other applications might offer and would be nice, but they aren't an absolute need. I'm sure in due time the Fleetio team will add them. The other big thing is the new pricing structure. Luckily we got started using it right before the switch but the new pricing structure wouldn't have been feasible for our business. Review Source sO stephen O. When you enter data lots of fields of data can be created on the fly as you are entering the data in a field a NEW box pops up allowing you to continue on. Have used many data/service tracking programs for over 25 years in the trucking industry. Most cost way to much $$$ to get started and then you find out they are NOT really what you want, with Fleetio you get full access from day one and even if you just start with a few vehicles the program grows with you.....5 stars all across the platform Review Source DL Denise L.
