So many GREAT software ideas out there that cost $1000 of dollars...get used for a few years and become outdated or dont do kilometers or eng hours or require so much data input they stop getting used....I like it alot...will be evaluating for awhile for many small fleets - under 50 units that will love it. I like the fuel card integration and simple way to setup email notifications. Cons I would like to be able to import excel, PDF, Word Documents as checklist for use with Scheduled Services. Overall, our experience has been great. The program is easy to use/train employees on its operations and its accessible by any device that is connected to the internet. I would recommend to any sized fleet. This has really streamlined our fleet maintenance management. Lastly, if you have questions or suggestions Fleetio Support is always helpful. Automatically updates as vital information is entered into the program, videos and customer service are great, very helpful, and extremely timely. CONS- If you don't like dealing with customer service, it takes some tooling around to find fixes to errors that might have been entered or trouble shooting about the program itself, but overall not terrible.
