It has immensely helped us to automate our AP approval process and decrease the workload. We are one happy Customer at this point. Pros We looked over a lot of products in the initial stage to compare them for our requirements. SutiSoft came on top 3 due to the user friendly interface, easy setups, ease of maintenance and off-course the price tag was the winner. We wanted a product that would be in-expensive but supports our needs and SutiSoft just does that. We are very happy for our purchase and will be happy to provide any feedback to future customers. Cons The Approval workflow setup probably need more fine tuning. When it comes to multiple forked based approvals based on the cost based criteria, you have to jump through the hoops, to have it implemented in Suti. That probably needs to be improved in the future version of the tool. Apart from that, everything is working as expected. Reason for choosing SutiAP Easy of use, easy to maintain, great interface and rich reporting capabilities. Main reason is that it is very inexpensive compared with other products available in the market. The After sales service is also great with good support from the support team. April 17, 2019 5.0 Suti continue to be reliable and efficient. It meets all of my needs and is simple to use. Customer support also gets an A++++! Pros I find this software is very easy to use and high functioning. The simple interface makes the process even more simpler, which is very important being extremely busy. I don't like to spend a lot of time with complicated software. In fact, the simpler the better. This software meets my needs. Cons Minor glitches, but support team always fixes it quickly and thoroughly.
