Overall the software is great, they do offer a free trial and I suggest you try it if you are an email or funnel marketing business. Way cheaper than the competitors.

Pros

This software is very easy to use and you can easily learn and set up. The editor is very simple, they have landing pages and lead scoring on top of many analytics and at a much smaller price than the competitors. Much more stuff available, this is only off the top of the head.

Cons

Maybe MakesBridge can feel a bit old fashioned at times but that's it.

Makesbridge did the job for us, but we eventually decided to move to a more comprehensive platform.

Pros

Makesbridge is great for very simple email funnels. The support was also great and we were given implementation assistance when needed.

Cons

There are a few things that could improve about MakesBridge. Firstly, there is no way to view an email funnel graphically. You can only create email funnels text based. Secondly, you cannot send someone from one email funnel to another. Third, the integration into salesforce is very weak. Makesbridge integrates into salesforce with an iframe, unlike other platforms with which you can integrate on the field-level. Finally, the platform is a bit clunky.

We utilize Makesbridge for our Brand and marketing sales support. With the power of the high-end solutions and at their price point, it is easy to realize a positive ROI using Makesbridge. It took us years to justify the overly complex solutions we had prior to Makesbridge. Other solutions did not provide have as much value or support over the long term. I am exceptionally happy with our decision to change to Makesbridg.

Pros

Feature rich solution that is priced appropriately. Easy to use and learn. A ton of email templates and drag and drop editor. Dynamic content blocks for conditional emails. Simple workflows for complex condition based triggers. Easy to enable Salesforce.com integration. Forms work seamlessly with our website. Their sales enablement solution Sales Assistant is awsome and helps keep our sales team on track and keeps our communications aligned with where the customer is in the sales process. Exceptional support engineers, always willing to help.

I would love to have a social monitor inside of Makesbridge
