Pros

NextBee is not only a convenient platform, the entire team there is supportive and standing by to help the customer with implementation. They legitimately care about their customers' success, and help ensure a successful outcome.

I used the referral platform, and have had no issues with it.

Reasons for choosing Launch Pad by Next Bee

I vetted several companies at the time. Some were too small and lacked the functionality we needed. We wanted a lot of customization and needed to work with some integrations. NextBee was the only company that impressed us with their technical ability to do what we wanted. They were very accommodating...and their pricing was reasonable.

Pros

We use NextBee's CX360 module for customer loyalty and have been for a few years. We are very pleased with the solution. It's integrated with our CRM so there's no manual management required. We also work with our account manager on ongoing optimization and they are on top of industry trends which has been beneficial. It's really helped us reach new revenue goals.

Cons

There's a lot to the admin dashboard so it requires a bit of training to get used to the navigation and tools but seems they have now updated that so it's more intuitive and easier to get the hang of.

NextBee is uniquely positioned to map business objectives of engagement with workflows that are powered by engagement science. The product provides rich set of features to drive user engagement as well as very extensive set of metrics and analytical insights that help optimize the program. The accounts team is always responsive - available to help and goes beyond expectation to help get results.

Cons

Since, the product is continuously getting new enhancements and features - it requires some time commitment to learn about new features and functionality that can be incorporated to improve the program.
