Pros I loved how customizable CMW Platform is. Once we got the hang of it, we were able to set up different workflows without needing a developer. It’s made it much easier to track tasks, approvals, and project progress in one place. Plus, their support team was always quick to jump in when we had questions. Cons Honestly, the platform can feel a little overwhelming when you first start using it. There’s a lot you can do, but it’s not super obvious at first how to set everything up. It took us a bit of time to figure things out. Plus, the pricing was more affordable for the amount of features we needed, and the support team was more responsive during the demo phase. In general, it is a good way to manage processes well and cut down on manual work. Pros The best thing about the CMW Platform for me was how easy it was to use. You don't need to know how to code to use the drag-and-drop workflow builder to design and automate processes. It also helps with task organization, team collaboration, and keeping track of progress, all of which boost productivity. Cons One thing I thought was that it takes some time to get used to all the features, especially for people who are new to the program. I like that they offer a fair and not very high fee for their services and that they give us the users the options to use an in house specialist if we have one and if not we can always ask them for an external specialist Pros I like the CMW Platform because of it's effective business control and the way in which it helps the company manage its processes by allowing integration with software that is already being used by the employees meaning they would only need training for the new platform functions but can still remain in their current positions and their current work would not be effected. I also liked that this platform is customized according to the company's needs so there are no unnecessary programs added that would not be used. I also liked that this software platform can be used in various different industries and that it is not industry restricted. Cons I can not say I have any dislikes or any parts that I least like I find that for the skilled IT professional this program is amazing but for your average employee that has minimal IT skills they would find the program difficult to use and would require additional training while using the program. User interface needs to worked on to give new and modern feel. Pros The most important thing I liked about the product is how it's so easy for a non coding user to use. As I am from a Computer Engineering background who was not good at coding but still understanding this product and using it for development was so easy and fast. It's support for cloud is a big plus. Cons The continuous interruption of network issue causes the failure of it. It should have some time frame range where if there is any network issue it still works and saves the things in the background once the network is back it connects to it without any interruption.
