I was astonished and amazed at the same time when I realized that some of the famous tools have no mobile apps. Comindware Project is both online and there are iPhone and Android apps for it. I work from home doing project in education and I travel a lot as well, and that is why the availability of such apps is a great advantage for me. . Pros The tool is mega simple and even the most inexperienced PM can handle it easily as the user-interface is well-designed to suit anyone. The software is integrated with Outlook which is an advantage as well Cons It is still expensive and I would reduce the price. I hope they will do it. Review Source aM adnan M. It helped immensely with ensuring that both teams are in the loop about which customers complaints have been sorted are pending and should be urgently looked into. Our customer satisfaction has improved by a large margin since implementing. Pros The price is really reasonable and it's performance goes above and beyond the average expectation. Pros Flexibility in our workflow automation. It and flexibility in our automated processes, as far as you can easily modify the running workflow when needed. The parallel workflow mechanism allows for sending documents for approval to a group of people. You can create web forms without coding, no HTML knowledge needed. Cons Nothing for now. Pros It's easy to use for non-programming professional as it use very low code exposure, Also gives the choice between cloud and on premise deployment. Every option is based on the principle of drag-and-drop, which saves a lot of time for planning, resource allocation, documents. This workflow management and collaboration tool adds a tremendous amount of transparency to our consultation and research process and allows for successful management of hand-offs that a necessary between different teams. Pros Comindware Tracker make it easy to tweak workflows and forms, so users can easily optimize without breaking stride. It successfully routes hand-offs between different teams, adds transparency to workflows and has a set of social collaboration tools. Cons Open API is good, but not enough in my opinion. It lacks out-of-box integrations with popular web-services.
