For SME's and Startups who are not sure of what the workflow should be of their departments, should go for this software. This saves your resource costs immensely. Gives you excellent analytics and reports for you to take better and well informed decisions. I would definitely recommend Comindware Tracker to SME's & Startups.

Pros

It is very easy to setup. It's also very flexible to update changes in forms and data. It offers you advanced analytics for effective management of workflow. Overall a great software for SME's and Startups in particular.

Cons

User interface can be improved . Mobile version needs to be introduced. Rest I feel , the software delivers what it promises to do.

Pros

The first thing that I adore about Comindware Project is its great capabilities for communication because of the social network environment where all the project stakeholder can communicate about the project, share their thoughts and ideas.

Cons

The only problem is the inability to assess risks of the project and the budget.

This tool is used when you have multiple separated teams. If they need to work together in a single project. Workflows are shared easily among team members. But, if your organization has only a few team members, this tool is not suitable to use. Because there is no need to collaborate among team members.

Pros

This tool is used across all the development team for workflow management. With less training effort, any nontechnical member also can use it. Easily sync with other tools. It provides an easy interface. There are multiple features of easy workflow management, connecting with all types of devices, etc. Overall, it reduces the team effort.

Cons

Cost is little bit high. Customer support takes more time.

It's a good tool to use. Can make things easier if used wisely. Customizable on many fronts so that is an essential feature in every such tool. Overall a positive experience.

Pros

It is very easy to setup. Also very easy to use. Don't need to be a coding genius to use it. Also forms & workflows are tweakable which comes handy often. Timely notifications & reminders makes sure we don't miss important things.

Cons

Customer support is good but can be better. Not too many report templates. If there were more it could really help.

Cons

Comindware Project does not give any help in financial part of the project.

Pros

The drag and drop feature comes in very handy for all the users like myself. The simplicity of the software makes it very easy and user friendly among the end users.

Cons

Pricing is a little over as WFM tools are very frequent to come across.

Certain business flows can now be implemented by the business or product owners themselves. The developers are able to only guide them if needed and they can focus on more technical tasks at hand.

Cons

There must be some learning and analysis to start using this tool. Also some level of understanding what part of business flow can be taken up by CMW and what part can be implemented by developers

Comindware has taken my time management to the next level. I've tried some other alternatives before, but they never really fit my workflow. That is where IT Service Management software has been seamless.

Pros

It is excellent for workflow management and has helped me to become more productive while working with clients, and tracking every stage of each project. I've saved so much time doing day-to-day tasks, and can now focus on other aspects of growing my business instead.

Cons

It is not completely user-friendly, there are also some minor bugs at times which can be frustrating. It would also be nice if it could integrate directly with Google Docs also. But overall, I am happy with the software.

The clear interface, prioritization and private tasks are very handy to me. It is obvious how to complete different tasks with the buttons on each screen.

Cons

I haven't yet figured how to integrate defined teams or groups into this system, and there are no contextual menus.

Pros

An all in one management software of all your IT Services, Assets, Workflows, Service Desk, etc. No coding is required since everything can be done in the UI. Need some tweaks? We managed to solve it on the Web UI. The best thing with Comindware is that you can keep track and edit everything smoothly. Haven't had any issues so far in using the software.

Cons

Maybe add some pop-ups for non-techy people to click when they are on a specific page.
