From a Business perspective we had a very good experience with CMW platform. it configured the we wanted and worked very well for all the function. we would highly recommend CMW platform for all the modules it offers.

Pros

CMW is a great platform for the various modules such project management, Task management and workflow management. the best thing about cmw platform is the simpleness and low code support that means even the person having the less exposure on technical side can easily create workflows, processes on CMW platform. User interface is very simple and interactive. it gives many features to track and see the progress of the task and projects. it can be integrated with other tools as well with the help of API and other third party integrations.

Cons

CMW platform provides all the necessory features and options for a cloud based Project management tool whereas it also has integration option available to third party software but it is little advanced, you need good understanding of the integration and related stuff in order to integrate with other tools and services.

Its pretty easy to use, very secure and fast. The drag and drop workflow creation is a game changer. Its fully customizable to fit our organization needs. ### "Helped us to automate and improve our processes effectively"

We implemented CMW as part of a digitalization initiative within our plant. Before we started using it, our manufacturing personnel used to record quality KPIs on paper and then enter it manually into our QMS. This was very very prone to human error. But thanks to CMW, we were able to eliminate much of these thanks to its mobile usability. Now, we can get the data entered and sent to our other tools much faster and easier, both for us and for the staff.

Pros

The workflows have made a lot of difference for us. Not only we are now automating many of our manual processes, but we also have frameworks for how processes should be carried out which serves as a guide for all involved. the workflows alone probably saved us a dozen personnel's worth of people hours.

Cons

Its interface on the back end is very complex. I've found it to be behind some of its competitors like Nintex and Kissflow when we were evaluating them. Because of this, I've had to spend more time helping new hires get grips with how it works.

CMW has been a low-cost, easy-to-use, and intuitive operations partner with a low learning curve, and fast implementation cycle, all of which when combined, make creating and assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and tracking their progress effortless.The UI and UX are also pleasing, minimal, and intuitive.

Cons

We didn't find anything significant to dislike about CMW in our use case.Task dashboards can be enhanced to accommodate and display more task details in highlights.

Before my company stated using CMW Platform it wasn't uncommon for my coworkers to get sidetracked. Also helps organize job priority. helps keep track of who's working on what, and what stage a job is in.

Pros

CMW platform helps eliminate people from "forgetting" or "not knowing" what they are supposed to be doing on a certain project. CMW platform takes a goal or a project and breaks it down in steps, and anyone who needs to know can see at anytime where a project is at and what stage it is in, and who is responsible.

Cons

I wish CMW was more appealing to look at. It reminds me of my moms 1989 Honda Civic, great car very dependable, great gas mileage. But I didn't like driving my moms car, I liked driving my dads (very sexy) candy apple red 1967 Pontiac Firebird that had a 442 HP 455 cid engine. Just wish CMW reminded more of my dads firebird.

Integration with outlook makes it easy to manage workloads direct to the email. Tracking projects processes is easy, you also do not need coding to do this. Support from the team is highly appreciated, they’re ever ready and willing to assist. The drag and drop facility is really good and helps enhance the processing speed saving time.

There are some minor issues with the CMW Platform but if I talk about my overall experience with it then I have no complaints. It's just that they should improve their mobile application user interface.

Pros

First of all, I mainly use it for Automation, and I really like it because it's a web-based application so I can use it from my desktop as well as mobile which is really convenient. My implementation experience was also good, their support team helped me at every stage. One more great thing about the CMW Platform is that it's highly customizable so in case your business requirements changes with time, you can easily re-customizable it as per your requirement. So in short my overall experience with the CMW Platform is really great and I will really recommend it to others.

Cons

There is nothing major that I disliked about it, but yes the pricing is a little higher side for me. Also, they should really work to improve their Mobile application user interface, I really don't appreciate their mobile application much.

CMW Tracker is an awesome tool to track and manage projects. The ability to quickly and easily track progress makes CMW Tracker an invaluable tool for project management.

One of the least helpful aspects of CMW tracker is that it does not provide a comprehensive overview of all the tasks that need to be completed. Instead, it only provides a basic overview of the tasks that have already been completed, and does not provide any insight into what tasks still need to be completed.
