Pros The ease of use! The system is very easy to get used to. The notes section is well laid out and makes doing notes a breeze! Cons Wish some things could be more customize able such as adding in what you do for rehab. March 31, 2016 5.0 Pros I like that a practicing chiropractor made WonderDoc and that he is able to be reached to take care of technical issues. Updates to the program are sent through email and easily incorporated into the existing program. The program can be accessed remotely by Dr. Pamplin who is the creator of WonderDoc. With other programs, you will get a technician of that system. Cons At this time, there isn't anything that I dislike about this product. Review Source BH Barry H. Owner Medical Practice Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Wonderdoc EHR is simply great" August 14, 2018 5.0 Daily notes are the big winner with Wonderdoc. Pros I'm easily walking out of my office every day with all my notes done. I could not say that with my old system. The daily note takes about 2 minutes to do on a new patient and on follow ups 30 seconds.No more of the I'll get back to writing up the exam later, or finish half my notes a day later or stay late. Lay out is great, reports look great. Much less cumbersome to navigate then other programs I have used or demoed. Also the Kiosk to check patients in is very simple for patient use. Cons I'd just be whining to state anything specific. Overall this program is great to use.support team has taken much of the critiques I have had into account with future updates. I HAVE USED MANY DIFFERENT PROGRAMS IN SMALL AND LARGE OFFICES. THE COSTUMER SERVICE WAS GREAT BECAUSE I AM NOT A COMPUTER TECH I'M A CHIROPRACTOR. THE PRICE WAS ALSO VERY NICE FOR WHAT YOU GET. June 27, 2018 5.0 Would like to see maintenance and support fees stay reasonable in order to maintain a relationship with WonderDoc. Pros The process of sign-in is very helpful in that the doctor knows the patients problems before they ever are taken to the examining room. Cons The lack of ability to jump around to different areas and not being able to come back without reentering. The manual needs finer details.
