Everything with this software is very user friendly and required minimal training within my staff. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been great to work with whenever I had questions or made changes to our format. Cons I honestly don’t have anything that I disliked about this software. If I had to say one thing, possibly lower the monthly fee for multi-year customers!
