Pros

What I liked most about is how much time it saves on scheduling and coordination. In practice, instead of managing shifts through Excel or emails, everything is centralized: schedules, availability, and communication. For example, the ability for employees to swap shifts directly in the app and for managers to validate quickly significantly reduces operational friction and improves efficiency.

Cons

What I liked least about is that it can feel limited when you need more advanced features or deeper customization. For example, reporting and integrations are not as developed as in more complex systems, which can be a constraint in structured environments. Also, notifications can sometimes become overwhelming or missed depending on usage.

### "Great for varied availability employees"

I use it to schedule two businesses, mostly part time staff on a weekly basis and I also use it for our timesheet for payroll.

Pros

Ease of getting a weekly schedule out to 20-50 part time employees on a regular basis. I like that it has a time clock option which I didn't use at the last business I was at that used this system. It was a savior when my business changed point of sale platforms that no longer had a timesheet option.

Cons

Some setting restricting when staff can change their availability, and RO. How notifications or "confirm shift" can be overlooked by staff.

It has been good. Getting to know all of the options and videos and help have been very useful to learn more.

Pros

Being able to see the location of employees when they clock in and out. Helpful tips are good but could be more narrow options.

Cons

Sometimes to hard to find information. Setting schedules sometimes could be more user friendly. Could be more user friendly when using a phone.

Overall my experience with the application was fair, but I would not recommend the application to other customers

Pros

When I works mobile app graphical user interface is user friendly, with easy log-in access and to view how much I was getting paid each period.

Cons

There were some frustrating technical issues when the application tried to capture my location using celular data, neglecting the main purpose of the application to manage my job.

We have been using it for a couple months now. It seems to work well and satisfies our needs. I definitely save time doing payroll sheets at the end of the pay period. The employees like the ease of clocking on from their phone, i like the ability to set the parameters that require them to be on site or remote by employee

Pros

The reporting is quick and Easy, Notifications and reminders are customizable by user, It is very easy to use once you learn, Great value for the price, I appreciated the Time and PTO tracking.

Cons

Not super intuitive. Have to look for where things are located. I wish I could have found a tutorial to help navigate. But reaching someone for support was easy

Love it! We all grasped it fairly quickly as it is super easy to use. The cost fits right into anyone budget. Our staff can utilize it from anywhere!

Pros

is so easy to use. Doing payroll and agents asking for time off is incredibly easy! Managing our agents and their absences is a breeze! Its user friendly and every can easily access it from their desk top or their phones!

Nothing! Truly the easiest and fastest time clock system there is! No messy reports and no long wait times for time off approvals

The app works great I like it because I can do my crew schedule anytime from home that way I don't have to go al the way to my store

Only this is like to leave nots in individual crew members schedule in stead of at the bottom this would b a great help

Overall experience with the App/platform would be a solid 5 stars based on the customer experience and ease of use of the end user, as well as the admin.

Pros

Ease of use and setup of the program and app for employees is minimal. We have had great customer support from the start of the RFP process.

Cons

The tool/app is easy to use and offers many features for a mid-size company looking to create a space for the next gen. The con would be the chat feature that everyone in the group can read, vs individual text messaging.

Pros

How organized and easy the interface of the app is to use! There’s many functions that allow me to stay organized for work, especially my shifts!

Cons

Personalization of color choices for the aesthetic of the app itself would be a nice touch! Other than that I really don’t have anything negative to say about .

The one thing that I did like about it was how easy it was to actually access the software. Once you are in your in that software.

Cons

The one things I liked the least was how jumbled the actual schedule looked once I put all people and shifts in there.

Overall, my experience with was positive. We used it for several years and found it dependable and easy to navigate. I have also used When I Work at another job from the employee side, where it was used for clocking in and tracking time. At my most recent workplace, it was used mainly for schedules. The flexibility, affordability, and ease of use made it a good fit for our needs.

Pros

was very user friendly and reliable. We mainly used it for scheduling and the chat feature. The chat option was convenient because staff could message with questions about their schedules or notify management if they needed to call off. The pricing was reasonable, which is why we continued using it for about four years. It consistently did what it was supposed to do without any issues.

Cons

We did not fully utilize all of the features available. At this job, we primarily used it for scheduling and communication, so other tools were not used. This was more about our usage than a limitation of the platform itself.

I love . I use it professionally as a scheduler of a Nursing team, as well as on the other side of the spectrum as a contractor with a marketing agency. I get to see the best of both worlds!

Pros

Value for Money: Unbeatable. It packs the features of five apps into one price point. Ease of Use: Very user-friendly! even my newest hires can coordinate it right off the bat! Time Tracking: Excellent native tracking with billable hours—no extra plugins needed. Team Collaboration: Top-tier. The Bottom Line: Best for teams that want to centralize everything and don't mind a few minutes of "learning the ropes."

Cons

I would like there to be a way to "not approve" requested hours in the "open shift requests". Currently, there is no way to remove them from there unless they are approved.

### "When I Work: Maximize your shifts! "

I am a "night nanny" that helps new families with their newborn. I take the night shift so they can sleep. I appreciate being able to track my hours and make sure I don't have any conflicts in my schedule. It also makes it easy to get paid by the Nanny Organization I work for.

Pros

As a user, I like how easy it is to see my schedule, track my hours and make sure I am getting paid correctly for each shift.

Cons

Occasionally, the app freezes and I have to restart. Sometimes, it isn't the best about sending notifications for changes in a shift or a switch in times needed.

Great. Our office manager/practice manager did a great job with training and getting the main templates ready before going LIVE.

Pros

Being able to work on separate areas of the medical note from the DVM. I love being able to add multiple medications on one template vs having to do each one separate

Cons

That there is an extra charge to place a card on the account for extra security. Being able to check the time of appt. I want to be able to hover offer over the block and have it say the time so I don't have to click it.

Awesome! This is a fantastic and affordable scheduling and time-tracking tool for single and multiple location workplaces.

Pros

is a great tool for schedule creation and hour tracking. It also has a feature that allows staff who are working at off-site locations to clock in and out based on where they are physically located -- so a team member has to be at a certain location to report that they are starting work. It's also great for team members to be able to see their schedule in advance, and keeps a record of when they worked at their fingertips. Also, the pricing is AMAZING. You pay by the month based on the number of staff. It's super flexible up and down.

Cons

I do wish there were a way to tag some classes of employees as "must clock in/out" and others can be excused.

Pros

was easy to use. It allowed me to even track my time so i was early for work. It allowed me to see how much time down to the minute i had left before my work shift.

Cons

There was nothing which i did not like about the app. It was easy to use. It gave a lot of information, including whom i was working with on any particular day.

### "Student staff time challenge"

We do really like this system and it is steps above what we were using in the past. I feel that this has been a time saver that allows our management staff to be on the floor instead of tied to the office.

Pros

This has been a game changer when we schedule our 145 students staff. It is easy to change and drop shifts as well as follow absences.

Cons

It has some features we don't use that cause some confusion. We deal with a lot of international student staff that take a little more time learning to navigate the system.

### "Great for a quick and easy timesheet tracking"

Overall I've been happy with and the functionality of it. With the plan that we have there are some limitations but it gets the job done.

Pros

I like how quickly you can edit information in the platform and quickly pull timesheet data. I also like the ability to quickly approve or deny time off.

Cons

I wish the reports were able to go farther back in time to review historical data. If I don't save the data somewhere I can't go back and review at a later time.

Overall, I would highly recommend if you have a simple scheduling workflow - once you get more complex or need a Scheduling + something else, then its not going to be a complete solution.

Pros

Great value for the cost - as a basic solution to the scheduling headaches, the automated communications and Rules Based scheduler are a great value! Time Tracking and appointments works very well too. Very easy to use and setup. Customer support is very quick to respond.

Cons

Its very WYSIWYG. No Auditing capability to see if unauthorized changes were made, and does not work for complex workflows.

Overall the good out weighed the bad exponentially

Pros

Ease of the app. Makes your work schedule a no brainer. You can do so much more than just see when you work like messaging co-workers, projected and total hours, exact amount of your pay check and the projected year, request time off or more time, it's like having your boss in your pocket at all times.

Cons

My company relied solely on the app. So if you had an issue all you could do is message your supervisor and coming from a background of human contact it made me feel uneasy never being able to actually talk to someone and left wondering if they got the message

It’s easy to see and identify who is scheduled and when as well as tracking hours and managing employees.

Cons

The limited version only has a limited number of active users allowed. Also, it’s hard to see changes to schedules even when an accident is made.

Overall a very positive experience. Staff that helped us launch were very helpful. Most beneficial thing for me was getting my hands on it and trying it out for myself and then communicating with staff on how to use it. Easy to pick up once you spend some time in it.

Pros

Puts all staff in one place, ease of scheduling, very powerful tool. Love that I can interact with staff and provide information both through desktop and app

Cons

It's a little bit of a steep learning curve but I would expect that with any software. One thing I'd like to see was the ability to view two specific schedules together instead of just one at a time or one with all other shifts as well. Also looking for ability to remove some schedules from my view.

I have been using for over 8 years. I introduced it as my current job, so I'm very familiar with being a user as well as being the admin.

Pros

How easy it is to schedule my staff and complete weekly payroll. It's also helpful that integrates with ADP, which cuts running payroll down by more than half the time, making it well worth the price!

Cons

I would like the opportunity to duplicate a shift or create a shift template based on a shift already posted.

Pros

What I liked most about using was the ability to communicate with all other team members about schedule related issues i.e: the ability to release and exchange shifts.

Cons

There was not anything that I liked least during my time utilizing . The software does everything it claims to do.
