It was a really nice app, basic and to the point, but the communication part would have made this app very ideal for any business.

Pros

I liked how simple it was to use! It was to the point and self-explanatory. We only had the job scheduling option for this app.

Cons

I wish there were a communication tab we could have utilized for our company. This would have made it so we only needed one app for work, rather than two, making it much more convenient.

Overall, the software has truly automated many of our manual processes. The long-term benefits and easy to view all your team make it an outstanding. Highly recommended!

Pros

I have used WIW since past 6 months and it has been significantly improved my workflow efficiency. Thank you for making our work so easy.

Cons

To be honest I haven't encountered any problem so far. The user interface is clean, modern, and very intuitiveness to find your co-worker and easy to assess. WIW wine my heart.

### "okay for small companies"

It is a good app for small companies with not a lot of employees, or companies that don't have different shift types

Pros

easy clock-in kiosk. easy to use. easy for the staff to learn how to use, and review their schedule.

Cons

the inability to schedule different shift types, such as 4x10 or 5x8's and to be able to keep track overtime that applies to those shift types

Generally it is okay but it does not have the wow effect also integration with the other systems is not so easy.

Pros

Shows the conflicts automatically notifications are solid. Team cheat meh it is there but we still use WhatsApp old habits. System is not too expensive. Customer Support is good.

Cons

System is not quick enough to get bookings, there are many duplication issues, views are not clear enough it does not make sense to not have the option to change what i wanna see on the schedule screen

### "Love this App"

Very easy to navigate. It makes building the weeks schedule much easier!

Pros

WIW is very user friendly! I love that when I am building a schedule for my store, it shows my staff and their availability. It only lets me schedule who is available and when. I also love the notifications of when there is a shift change, so i can make the changes in the staffs schedule. It’s a great app!

Cons

I don’t care for having to switch back and forth between the 2 Boulder stores. i wish it came up on its own.

I used this program for scheduling associates a the various Crumbl Cookies location I managed in Florida. It was easy to set up and adjust as needed.

Pros

I found the program to be easy to use and it did everything we needed it to do. I liked the feature that allowed associates to swap there shifts around without me to have constantly do it.

Cons

If there is a con is was that it took a while to enter all the employees information. But once that was done it was a breeze.

Very minor glitches, for the company that I worked for it wasn't really terrible

Pros

Easy to see your schedule and or others who are also working that same shift. The platform allowed schedule swaps and it was for the most part seemless.

Cons

Notification for cancellation of a shift didn't always go through to management

Pros

Great value foe money and very easy to use especially with Scheduling and setting up reminders and notification

Cons

The look and feel of the user interface was a little too outdated (,my personal opinion)- and I know they can be better

My overall experience is positive. Would recommend to employers that in healthcare field that have a need for employees to pick up shifts.

Pros

I like that I get Notifications for shifts coming up and a reminder for that day. Very user friendly.

Cons

I dislike that I have to switch between positions. I have access to see two different positions and am unable to just see both at the same time.

### "The Working App I ever Had to I use"

is the best software! I was able to drop my shifts or swap them if I needed to change it.

Pros

I chose my shifts and clocked in very easily. I also tracked my hours and the pay period too. I also messaged messaged supervisor and coworkers when I needed too.

Cons

Sometimes the clock in perimeter was not exactly right. It was really off. I had to be in the perimeter.

Really good i would recommend it to any organization that need help with their scheduling. Espacilly if you have more than 10 employees.

Pros

Easy to unboard staff and really easy to make schedule for multiple locations, with different roles in the organization.

Cons

Harder for staff that are not confortable with the technology, we tried printing the schedule but the names are to small to be able to read. I would also like if you can charge us in canadian dollar, that would be better for our finance department.

### "Solid scheduling app"

Overall it has been a positive experience, the customer service is swift and reliable, and it is consistent.

Pros

I like how it is a very flexible scheduling application and easy for staff members to switch shifts around and edit availability.

Cons

I don’t like how you can’t set other schedule blocks without setting up a new user for the block. As a visual person it is integral.

Great experience and simple to use. Staff communication not easy but did not seem like the softwares main focus.

Pros

Employee management is easy and straightforward. Simple to clock in and out and manage schedule for staff.

Cons

Did not have team communication. Could not talk with staff easily or effectively. Main focus was staff scheduling and payroll.

Fantastic- saves our management team and workforce a lot of redundancy and missed communication. Great product and support!

Pros

The instant and thorough customer support to get onboarded and going was amazing! It’s ongoing too!

Cons

The phone app not being a little Smoother in terms of actually editing schedule. I like the app but the limited area of editing the schedule is something to improve.

I liked being able to add staff schedule reoccurring in the scheduling tab. It made it easier to input perpetual schedules.

Cons

I didn't enjoy the communication aspect at the time of use. It didn't feel as streamlined as other platforms.

It’s been a great experience overall! I like the app very much

Pros

It’s so easy to schedule staff, copy their shifts and love the they can clock in/out with no issues , they can swap shifts in their own and I can see whose working when they swap their shifts

Cons

I wish we could pay them by the minute instead of 5 min intervals
