### "When I work -didn’t work for me. "

Not empressed with the platform and felt it was too much work compared to the implied benefits. Would not recommend.

Pros

Shared info with employees with ease, kept all staff aware of their scheduled work times and was easy to switch shifts if needed.

Cons

Cumbersome to use and takes too much time to get scheduled time set and set up was confusion central.

It’s been a great experience overall! I like the app very much

Pros

It’s so easy to schedule staff, copy their shifts and love the they can clock in/out with no issues , they can swap shifts in their own and I can see whose working when they swap their shifts

Cons

I wish we could pay them by the minute instead of 5 min intervals

Pros

I love the ease of when I work - they are very straightforward and user friendly

Cons

The report pulling isn't great - I wish they kept more historical data

Overall it is great. Makes scheduling easy and tracking hours even easier.

Pros

When I Work is easy to implement and very intuitive to use.

Cons

I wish it was easier to attach documents to messages sent out via the "Messages: feature. Have to add them as a document, then place the link in the message is difficult and does not always work.

Es ist total einfach zu benutzen und löst viele Probleme, die bei der Mitarbeiterplanung auftauchen.

Cons

Der Einrichtungsprozess – man muss halt den Support kontaktieren, damit man ein Update bekommt, das zur eigenen Nutzung passt.

It has been good. Getting to know all of the options and videos and help have been very useful to learn more.

Pros

Being able to see the location of employees when they clock in and out. Helpful tips are good but could be more narrow options.

Cons

Sometimes to hard to find information. Setting schedules sometimes could be more user friendly. Could be more user friendly when using a phone.

I love using the program for my DCW position. It’s a easy click and I’m able to access anything paystubs, tax forms ect

Pros

If I need my schedule it right there and I don’t have up call my job several times for my hours or pay stings

Cons

Sometimes you can get yourself locked out and it becomes difficult to get back into if you forget to information

Great app and affordable. We have 40 part-time employees and it's been great so far using WhenIWork for almost a year now.

Pros

The ability for my employees to self-schedule and keep in sync through the app has been a huge help to our small business.

Cons

The only cons (if I would call it that) is that I wish the email allowed for html designs and if there was an all in one calendar view to see all schedules at once.

I loved how streamlined When I Work made scheduling!

Cons

I didn't like how When I Work wasn't easy to condense all of my scheduling, work and personal. It would be kind of nice to have it all in one place to see scheduling conflicts when they arise.

Pros

When I Work is easy to use and well organized.It makes checking schedules and shift changes very convenient and Notifications help me stay updated on work changes.

Cons

Notifications can sometimes be delayed or missed. Some features are limited depending on access level. Shift approvals can take time and slow the process.

Pretty good. My work uses it for our scheduling and I do mine and my coworker's schedule and it's easy with 2, I imagine it's pretty easy with 20.

Pros

Ease of posting a schedule with multiple days/months.

Cons

Everything is very manual and there's no work around with specifics.

This is not a bad program if you are looking for something basic. It offers basic time clock punching and scheduling. This was a very easy program to learn. I did not like that you were not able to track vacation and sick time.

Pros

Time clock was very easy to navigate through.

Cons

This is a very basic program and does not offer as much as other programs do.

I used to have to have my employees write when they arrived and left for the day, email me requests off, and calculate total hours by hand. Now, it is all in one spot, and I can close out payroll remotely! And it is incredibly easy to navigate, even my older employees love it!

Pros

The simplicity. It's so straight forward.

Cons

I don't truly have a complaint that I can think of.
