we just implemented this tool and it seems pretty good so far. we are upgrading from an archaiac ITSM tool so it is very welcomed

Cons

the data imports such as group import could be easier and please allow us to copy/download/import/export objects to workspaces or sandbox to PROD

My overall experience is that everything I need to do, I can do with ease using TeamDynamix. I track up to 20,000 assets and with TeamDynamix, it is much easier to monitor asset movement and activities as needed.

Pros

TeamDynamix is very easy to use. Compared to the other applications we've used TeamDynamix is gold - it does everything we need with little or no "complications" or questions.

Cons

I can't really think of anything I like least other than I wish we had begun using TeamDynamix sooner.

Email to ticket has been a great thing to have.

I use it as a filed tech in my organization. We track our tickets with it and we can't close them unless the technicians give a full account of the issues and fixes performed. Which makes it easy to build an FAQ and knowledge archive.

Pros

It's easy to build FAQ's out of field technician notes. Allows for tracking patterns of issues across equipment.

Cons

Learning the software takes a bit but once you have it down it does the job.

The best features about this product is the ability to use it from day one with little to no training.

Cons

I like to see better canned reports and working with templates is not always the easiest thing to use

This software is so good for project management. I was able to create a project and various plans within it to keep myself and others on task.

Cons

Many of the options are not intuitive and are often difficult to find and change. The UX & UI could be improved.

I receive service request, sometimes when multiple actions are needed, it is hard to see where it was left off when replying. It would be helpful to show the full conversation instead of responding to each portion

Pros

Easy to use. Easy for my boss to see what I am responding to.

Cons

attaching files or finding attachments can be challenging. In our particular situation of use I find this to be double the work when most of these are done via email of phone call. I have to create a ticket so the bosses can see what I have already completed.

I am not impressed with the application. I am not impressed with the setup that was done in preparing the application for deployment.

Pros

It appears to have a deal of possibility.

Cons

Overall the program is difficult to setup and use as a daily user of this software. After two weeks, of use, I still not sure that I am seeing everything that I should be seeing in terms of tickets. My employer, i guess, chose to not created interface us. I am having to teach myself your system and teak reports.

the tool's self-management and configuration capabilities. the way self-requests are handled by clients and the range of services made available through the client portal. The personnel and resources that offer service and support for the ITSM solution round out the top features.

Cons

I haven't discovered many issues with our collaboration with TeamDynamix and their ITSM product so far. I wish the integrated calendar component had a few more operating options.
