My favorite part is the reviews section that clients can leave over projects so that revisions can be made. It was made project management fast and hassle-free. Cons The interface can be overwhelming at first. It can also be hard to find some customizations tools hidden behind drop-down menus. It's not the most aesthetically pleasing UI compared to other programs. I also wish there was a chat interface inside sorta like slack. Review Source JL Jennifer L. January 13, 2022 4.0 na Pros I recently came back to TIAA and we did not have a program like this years ago. I am so in love with the fact that everything is all right in this program---scheduling, files, communication with your team.... It saves so much time on creative projects. Can't find a good alternative. Pros Creative review features are the most important tool; project management is very robust Cons Bulky interface doesn't allow for easy switching between details, files, notes, etc. File reviews slow and laggy at times. And most helpful during this period when all are working from home. Cons Actually, there are no cons. The biggest issue was getting all staff on board and trained. They are always listening and trying to make improvements Pros I think RoboHead is great for customizations, relatively easy to learn and is great for our teams' creative workflow. Cons I believe that it can be difficult for new users especially to know what needs to be done and when. I am looking forward to when RoboHead creates a feature much like Microsoft Teams Dashboard- that allows the RH user to easily see what is high priority for them and what projects that can hold off on. Pros I used RoboHead a long time ago for a Free Trial, it helps me step by step to learn things and organized the work by catergory. We use Robohead for around 50 projects in any given time frame and it helps up stay coordinated, on time, and up to date with our progress, communication, and scheduling! Pros Easy to use for communication. Easy to train new users on. Works well to send review areas, and communicate timelines. Strong reporting capabilities. Not a great experience. Pros The ability to keep track of projects and also use for tasks and time management. I like that webcasts are offered. December 11, 2017 5.0 Pros Robohead has helped us make organizational decisions about staffing already, and it's solidified our billing structure, shoring up losses that we were having due to a horrible process. It's also allowed us to better evaluate how many hours on average our projects take so that we can do a better job of assigning tasks and helping each other out, which has resulted in a better team culture and improved morale. Cons The request features, while practical, aren't visually customizable beyond having a logo in place. Our clients are accustomed to having visual aides and samples of what they're ordering, and that isn't an option with Robohead at this time. Review Source JF Jenn F.
