Pros: It's intuitive and unlike most software, there's nothing to figure out. It's also flexible. We use it for clients and as a contact information system, allowing us to have everything in one place. There are continuous capability updates and improvements and the customer support is like no other. We get a response within hours - and sometimes within minutes! Training new employees is simple since the system is intuitive. And, it's cost effective!

Cons: The system works perfectly for us and for any agency - with or without a traffic manager. The only change I would make is having the ability to view client hours and expenses for the year, even if jobs are closed.

Pros: It is easy to navigate and overall I like it.

Cons: There is a glitch in Time Sheets. Sometimes I enter time for everyday and then one day it tells me that I have 2 or 3 late time sheets, although I've entered time for these days just recently. It just erases it so I have to enter it again or jus skip it. I am not sure why this happens, but it happens a lot.

Pros: Very intuitive software; Easy to use and easy to train users on. Current Track is also priced right. Very responsive customer support.

Cons: I'd like to be able to do custom reports. Also could have a better graphic interface in documents... would be very helpful to be able to put jpgs into contact and progress reports.

Overall: The ability to know the status of jobs at any time which leads to accountability.

I've used other systems and nothing compares. I love CurrentTrack!

Pros: CurrentTrack is easy to use. To me, it follows the natural train of thought one would have when opening a job and seeing it through to completion. It doesn't leave you thinking, "okay, what do I do next?"

Overall: CT helps me stay organized and gives me peace of mind knowing that I will stay on track to get the job done. I've worked with people who mentioned wishing there was an app they could use.

CT is very easy to understand, keeps our team on track and its real-time data enables faster, smarter decisions.

Cons: When I have to check off tasks one by one. When I try to do search and then go back to that screen and it just doesn't work.

Comments: I have been a CurrentTrack user within two separate organizations: an ad agency and within the busy in-house marketing department of a higher-education institution. In both instances, project workflow was streamlined and made more efficient. It's quite easy to open a project and see exactly where it is within the lifecycle, whose desk a proof is sitting on, project tasks that still need to be completed, etc. It's not a super flashy piece of software, which is exactly what my company needed and wanted. It houses every capability you'd want it to (financial reports, time sheets, task lists, calendars, events, permissions) without being super complicated. And it's web-based which is truly fantastic.

Whether you're an ad agency principal or a company's marketing department manager, CurrentTrack can be set up to meet your needs. In my opinion, this is what sets this software apart from the others I've come in contact with: flexibility. And while a traffic manager can certainly be helpful in keeping the system updated and flowing, CurrentTrack can be easily set up to be managed without one.

Comments: I'm a one person show and that causes me to wear many hats. It is very easy to get caught up in making sales and putting orders in for my clients. So CurrentTrack helps to keep me on track so I don't miss any steps in the process of a client ordering to me delivering the products. It's also really nice being able to look up my previous jobs so I can quickly fulfill continuing orders. Overall, it is essential to my work flow and it's easy to use.
