The customer service is spot on and always gets back in a timely manner. If you already have a business and are looking for a new software program or starting a new business Liberty Consignment is the one to buy hands down! Pros What I like most about Liberty Consignment is how easy it is to learn and use. Their customer service is topnotch! I love how easy it is print a report under different categories also! Cons The least thing I like about Liberty Consignment is...not sure actually. I can't really think of one specific thing that I've had issues with that would make me state a negative. If I didn't have liberty, I'd quit. Pros Powerful resale management, customizable and great support. What I like most about the software is the team behind it, their collective dedication to solving their clients issues. Their system is always evolving as is the business landscape. The targets keep moving and they keep updating to meet those new needs. Cons It offers so many customization that it can be easy for new staff to make mistakes. Price codes are wonderful and complicated controls, not to be left to a little trained employee. Reasons for choosing Liberty REACT Liberty is not the cheapest, but it is probably the most powerful. It is certainly the one that is always developing new strategies. As a result they have issued improvements every year. But honestly, I have had this software for so long that 24 years ago, I didn't shop around. I just wanted a bar-coded system, and it made me like my job again, by simplifying my life. Pros We are delighted with the inventory management and POS functionality. integration with Payment Logistics for credit card processing has streamlined our checkout process. Paying consignor commissions is now straightforward and much more efficient. The interface with QuickBooks has greatly improved and simplified our bookkeeping tasks and the preparation of our monthly financiual statements. Cons We eventually want to implement ACH payments for our consignors. Liberty does not support ACH payments. Reasons for choosing Liberty REACT The most critical decision factor for us was the integration with QuickBooks. Liberty was the only software we found that had that integration available and seamlessly implemented. Pros One of the best pieces of advice I received when starting my business 13 years ago was to invest in Liberty for Consignment. It has kept me organized and has the ability to grow as my business has grown. It is one of the best consignent tracking softwares I have used on the market. So many great features for pricing products, printing lables, offering payouts to consignors and keeping my reports up todate is priceless! The support team is hands down the best I've ever worked with. They are active in message boards and quick to help at all hours! They listen to our concerns and help develop solutions! This IS a software company built on basic needs but also a software that has adapted to the needs of its users! Cons I wish it had more online intigration options but it has come a long way. As well as more for actual retail purchases so i could intigrate with my full price store a little better. I frequently tell customers that I couldn't run this store without Liberty for Consignment. Liberty seemed expensive when we opened without any income, but immediately provede its worth. Remember you get what you pay for. Knock-offs are cheap for a reason. Pros Liberty is a complete package with add on modules available as you expand and grow or change processes for your store. It was more than I needed when I opened 15 years ago, but as we expanded 3 times over the years, Liberty was able to expand with us and actually helped lead us to the need to expand. Cons Really, nothing much to say here.
