February 26, 2016 5.0 Before I opened Plum Consignment over 3 years ago, I researched all the POS systems available and went with Resale World's Liberty4 Consignment given their years in business, knowledge of our resale industry needs, system functionality and breadth & depth of the reporting capabilities. Since then I have added their Re-Commerce platform. I've been very happy with their online component and having it all under one roof integrated with our POS. Bonus: Excellent customer service & tech support (Mahaswar, Angel, Russ, Alex), prompt response time & if they don't have a solution for you, they can usually give you a work around until they add it to their next update. I test drove many, too many, and Liberty 4 was the most user friendly program I could find. The program works like microsoft windows allowing the user to open multiple pages at a time saving hours every day. When it comes to staff and support, there is no better. They are completly dedicated to making you completely satisfied! There have been no real issues with the system, just operator error. And support doesn't make you to be a idiot or fool. Used the software for: ### "" April 21, 2012 3.5 My partner & I decided to purchase Liberty4 Consignment to save time and to give our consignment boutique a more professional appearance. We have been open a few weeks and it has accomplished both. I had another consignment store recommend this software. I would have to say that it is not hard to pick up. I do not like the fact that we only get 30 days of tech support; we had it 2 weeks before we opened our doors for the public, and most of our questions were after that. The guys in the tech support were very helpful. I also wish that there were a little more details in the book about the program; it would be helpful to have more details on the type of reports available. March 17, 2016 5.0 As a new store owner I really needed a tool that would help me organize every part of my business. The system was really easy to understand and navigate. Whenever I had a problem the online videos were a great help and the call-in customer service was beyond incredible! The call back support staff walked me through so many new store growing pains. Without this product and the technical help that has been provided, we simply would not be able to do the daily business we do with such ease and confidence. The best thing about Resale World has been not only the simplicity of the product they offer but the constant access to techs who have never failed to be there for us or our business. Anyone looking to run, own, manage, or design a consignment business, would truly be missing out without the Resale World package. October 16, 2014 4.5 Pros My favorite part of the Liberty4 Consignment software is the time it has saved from doing everything in writing. I, believe it or not, was using a dos program that I had to figure out my consignors 40 percent on each item that was sold every day. Then I had to enter it and the item into their files. This was at least a 45 minute process at the end of each day. Cons I honestly have only one complaint about the systems that I purchased. Used the software for: ### "" September 24, 2013 5.0 I own a Used Tack & Saddle Shop and for years hand wrote receipts, checks to consignors, and tags for my merchandise. Then I came across Resaleworld and Liberty 4 Consignment. My whole consignment world changed overnight. No more handwriting anything, checks are a breeze to print and so are the tags, the support staff is awesome, and no question is to silly!!!! The data base is so easy to use and my consignors love the fact that they can check on their accounts online. Liberty4 Consignment has saved me hours in paperwork and allows me to be on the floor with my customers and to connect with my consignor's through the Internet. March 14, 2016 4.0 We have been using this software in one form or another since 1996. They have always been receptive to our needs and we have found the software to fit our needs quite well. We have grown with time and the software has remained useful and quite easy to train our associates to use. When we started in 1996 we opened 2 locations on the same day and had 12 associates. We now have 19 stores in three states with over 250 associates. The software has remained a strong foundation for us to be able to run our business. Integration was intimidating at first glance, but the support team was always available and held our hand through the process. We needed many custom modifications to fit Liberty to our store model (gun shop and auction house). The liberty support and development team listened to us and worked hard to implement the changes. Once configured, the system is the easiest we have used and streamlined many of our operations. The software speaks for itself in its quality and benefit to store operations. Used the software for: ### "" April 20, 2012 5.0 We are a small consignment shop in Greencastle, Pa and we started using Liberty4 Consignment from Resaleworld in January of 2012. The difference it has made in our shop is fantastic because we were using tear tickets and spread sheets in the beginning. We opened in October 2011. The training was very useful, and I recommend you attend before you start using the system real time. The implementation is painless and everyone is very helpful. We have now purchased the second system, so we can have one in the front of the shop for sales and one in the back for taking consignments. I have been with Liberty for 12 years and love the software. I have never had any problems with any of my equipment, the bar code scanner, tag printer or cash register, all purchased from Liberty4. The techinal support is awesome as well, quick to respond and always very helpful. I just recommended Liberty4 to a friend who is opening a new consignment shop. She is very happy with the system as well. After her purchase from Liberty4, I received a call from them saying that I would be given four free rolls of price tags for the recommendation. We also have our store website with Resaleworld and it has generated us sales we never would have produced. Our representative did a first class job on our website and dealt with our revisions for a while. Tech support is a whiz with this software. They always have solutions to our questions within seconds and are always in a great mood. And now, with the iPhone app, it's less work for us and more for consignors. Thanks Resale World. We were immediately impressed by how seamless the transition took place. The improvements were astounding, Liberty could do anything we could imagine and be completely customizable to our store. We are now over 28,500 sq ft with a network of 20 users; Liberty has grown over the years with us. We have never had any downtime or loss of data; this has been a very stable system. Whether you want to use it simple or run every type of report imagine to evaluate your needs to improve your business. I personally may not be able to learn the program completely but always have been amazed on the capabilities it has. The ResaleWorld team has been very helpful educating me when I need it and without that loyalty received from them, I would not be a customer today. We love the mobile access and the mobile app that allows our vendors to enter their inventory and check their sales in real time. They are always pleasant to deal with and able to answer our questions. The response time is usually with in 10 minutes. As they can remote in, they are able to fix our problems and provide us with help on all aspects of the program. We are using the most current version of Liberty and pay for the support plan. April 8, 2016 5.0 I have been using Liberty since I opened my store in 2004. I started with 1 workstation and now have 16 workstations and 2 I pads utilizing it. Resale World continues to update it's software. It has become more sophisticated with time. I have yet to find another consignment program that can meet the features needed for my business. I purchase all of my peripheral hardware from Resale World and they have always helped with any equipment issues / concerns we've had. I highly recommend Liberty 4 Consignment.
