I am so happy I choose this company. From the very first phone call to place my order, their customer service is impeccable!! Everyone is super friendly and super helpful! The only thing I would have liked is a manuals guide, in print, but when you speak with customer service they take you through it step-by-step. I am super please the ease of the system and of course the people!!! Thank you! We do NOT have them on the same License (account) Had we understood the options of listing things at 2 locations, we could have started out that way, and stream lined many of our efforts. My employees are able to learn how to use it quickly. Having a tech support plan is my security blanket, and useful in stressful situations. I am always relieved to get a call back from a technician who is able to guide me past my problem. As a start up venture in the non profit world, we were very unsure of the process of setting up a website and which software to choose. " September 15, 2016 5.0 Pros The software is fairly easy to use and it does so much. It tracks just about everything, sales, taxes, print reports for sales, etc. list your clients, tracks inventory, automatically assigns numbers to inventory items, and clients when entered. I have yet to do this, however you can allow your clients to sign in and check their accounts with you. If you've purchased the link for quick books, you can also track all your accounting. The vendor- Resaleworld is most helpful. Cons I can't say I have really found anything that I dislike about this product or vendor. Review Source DN Dawn N. The product is working really well for our store and we are finishing the details of our website so we soon will be selling items online as well. This has been a blessing to us. They remade our web page and that helped increase our sales. Now that is even easier for us to use. I have 3 women's consignment stores and have found that this software is both easy to use and extremely detailed. I can access in depth information on every area of my business. We are all new to Liberty 4 and are learning quickly the vast functionality of this program. The support from the Resaleworld has been the best. Mahashwar's willingness to assist every step of the way has been beyond our expectations. Even a three hour time difference has not inhibited the access to the tech support we've needed. Cons I bought the program because I was told I could customize it to my business. Once I actually bought the program and started using it, I could not customize the Retail side of it. Whenever I contact them to enhance the software they are quick to respond and usually it will be on the next update. I cannot imagine ever trying to run our business without this software. Cons I am a buy outright store, and I wish there was more thought put into that model as opposed to consignment. We have been using Liberty for Consignment software or its predecessor programs for about 15 years. There is no way we would be able to handle our volume without the automation that Liberty offers. Their customer service is the best I have ever had any experience with. The sales people are the very best. Their software works as advertised. P.S.
