Pros Ease of entering data Cons Had a few things that weren't working correctly but, the staff at Resaleworld.com has been a life saver to us. They were and still are very helpful. August 27, 2016 4.0 Pros Tech support uses a licensed copy of team viewer. If I have a problem they hop on my computer and work on it remotely. Good tech support. Cons Often when I call for support it is sent to voice mail and I have to wait for a call back. It costs a bit more than other vendors consignment software, but you get what you pay for.
