The chat is concise and personal and answers my question in detail, saving me a ton of time. Cons PDF Uploads come in blacked out, which is frustrating for our users. If they had the ability to edit a PDF document (Little League Medical Release form) and upload without having to print/scan or take a picture, that would be ideal. Cons I don't like how you can't make the registration page or other pages cute. It's just very basic. It still does the job though.
