Pros: This was once a pretty good software package. Like all software, it has/had some bugs, but the customer support was always great. If you had a problem, they got back to you within hours and had a fix. NO MORE!
Cons: Since purchased by a new firm, the support has gotten terrible. Have a problem? You will get a tech to contact you (by email a few days later, asking questions so dumb it's obvious they have no idea how the software works. Just reading from scripts...."Is your computer turned on?). It takes days to get nowhere.
