Pros: I used to work in a design firm that required signatures from clients multiple times a day. I first tried to have adobe PDF editor with a touchscreen to do this. This was not for sufficient because nobody liked their signature on the touch screen. It was also very difficult to get a signature when I emailed someone their quote because nobody has a paid version of a PDF editor. DocuSign was a perfect solution to what I needed in that position. It was so simple to create a signature field for someone to type their signature and adjust to their signature. I was using this for when I was with someone in person and when I emailed someone the quote. It was convenient emailing the quote because it is easy for people to understand DocuSign and would get me the quote back faster. It was such a pain before I had it because a lot of people would have to print out the document and then scan it in, which took forever to get the quote back. Most people are familiar with DocuSign and may already have an account, which makes it even easier. This has definitely been one of the best software services I have used to get signatures on PDF documents. The price was well worth the benefit for myself in that position. I would highly recommend this product!!!

Cons: I did not come across much that did not like about DocuSign except for maybe their customer service. I had to get a hold of them once and it took a while on hold to get in touch with a human. Once I was talking to them though they helped me with my problem.

I wouldn't be able to efficiently run my branch offices without it!

Pros: Before Dousign, my team would have to scan contracts to me, where I'd have to print them, sign off on them, scan them and email them back to my team members. It was even worse if the other parties to the contract also printed, signed and scanned them to us. By the time we were done you couldn't even read half the contract. I wish I could say we were early adopters because it would have made life so much easier. We switched to Docusign in 2012 and are happy to say we have never had any issues with the service. We are able to upload contracts into our online account, add in fields were we need initials and signatures with dates and simply email them to the parties involved. When everyone else has signed my team forwards the contract for my review and signature. You are able to select a signing order which is also important, after the first party signs the doc goes to the second signer to sign off on. Once the contract is executed all parties are notified and are able to download digital copies or print for their records.

Cons: I really have no cons with this product. It does exactly what I need it to do and it works flawless for us.

Pros: I am an HR professional and have been using docusign for almost 5 years now. It creates a really smooth experience for completing the documents for my consultants electronically. Helps to avoid a lot of paperwork that one might have to go through in order to complete an onboarding.

It not only offers the option to sign the document but also offers various options that facilitate the completion of all tax and other government authorized and client compliance documents. I onboard almost 100 people in a month and to have a tool like this is life saver. It not only saves my time but is really practical for my employees as well. I am extremely happy with the overall product and my experience so far.

Recently we were able to integrate docusign with our in house software as well so it has solved all problem for our payroll department as well.

Their customer service is excellent and the turnaround time is minimal.

Cons: I have used other e-signature softwares in the market as well but this is by far the most successful one so I have no complaints so far.

Overall: It has been an amazing and experience and I hope that it will amaze with their future developments.

Pros: I like the integration it has with Salesforce CRM. The functionality allowed anything entered within our Salesforce Opportunity to be entered in our one page application. If the client changed or added any of this information, once they signed and completed the document, the information was updated on the given opportunity. It was pretty easy to set up, and improved the quality of our data immensely. I loved working with the Docusign support team, they were intelligent, kind, and eager to help me. They never hesitated to jump on a screen share and follow up with me after our calls via email. It was great to work with them!

Cons: Some of our clients would get confused on how to complete their signature, sometimes they would sign but forget to click the complete button. This was easily amended by chatting with them over the phone and showing them how. Something that was annoying for us was that we actually created a custom javascript button to send the application, we had some requirements that the out of the box button did not fulfill. We created the custom button with an implementation partner, but any issues regarding the button itself were not supported by Docusign since it was custom. This was tough at times but since their support was stellar otherwise, I wouldn't dock them for it!

Overall: We increased the quality of our data, and decreased the time it took to get our clients to fill out applications. I loved that this was usable not only via desktop but also mobile and tablet. This was an easy solution to implement and the Salesforce integration does not disappoint.

Pros: I have been using Docusign for 3 years now and it has never let me down. It helps create envelopes with custom sets of documents that can be setup for multiple parties to sign. All recipients also receive the signed document once completed. I on board almost 80- 120 people every month and this app not only saves time but help keep everything organized. They also let you add fields on your document so the applicant can electronically complete the document within minutes. I have used this to send documents ranging from entire packages for on boarding to just one page documents with consent releases.

Cons: I have not seen somehting that cannot be fixed, thanks to their well responsive customer service team. I do have a few issues rarely with the correction of a package that has already been sent where you can only add documents to the package and not delete them.

Besides that, I have not encountered any issues with Docusign so far.

Overall: docusign has become a revolutionary platform that is standardizing the trend of E-signatures. It helps keep track of all documents sent through Docusign to provide you an overall status. I believe this is an amazing digital signature tool.

Comments: DocuSign is an electronic signature application that enables people to send, sign, and approve documents, materials, and transactions from anywhere and anytime using any device. This revolutionary platform is now the standard of electronic signature in the business world.

Pros: My company transitioned to paperless for all of our hiring needs. Since we transitioned we started using DocuSign for signing documents. The software makes it so easy to obtain signatures, there is no more need to print out forms and manually sign, then scan in. This solution gives you the ability to make any custom fields and change them in an instant. The Templating tool is also incredibly helpful since we often duplicate forms, we can now just plug in the information once and it does the rest for us, very helpful on long contracts. Other users don't need an account to sign which is convenient for our clients, and they automatically get a copy of the completed document, making compliance easy. Highly recommend if you need a secure way to e-sign!

Cons: I do not see any strong disadvantages of the product, but there is a range of substitutional products that can do the same functions at a better cost.

Comments: If you're looking for an e-signature platform that does its job well and won't bog you down with unnecessary options, we would recommend DocuSign. It's been a workhorse for our agency and continues to provide good value for the money.

Pros: We use DocuSign for our attorney marketing agency and it does its job perfectly. It's incredibly easy to draft a document using templates, including the ability to brand everything with specific colors and logos. Our clients enjoy the straightforward nature of the completed document, giving them clear instructions on where to sign. The system has a handy dashboard that gives an overview of where our contracts stand: how many need action on our side, whether there are documents waiting for signatures from clients, and if any time-sensitive contracts are expiring soon. Additionally, there's a nice reporting tool built in with lifetime metrics like completion rate, send volume, and overall status. It's just powerful enough to provide useful measurements without being cumbersome or esoteric with stats that no one would be interested in.

Cons: The system functions as it should and we honestly haven't encountered many negatives with it during our day-to-day operations. I suppose if one were looking for super crazy customization features or intense reporting beyond the basics, then DocuSign might not be the right target, but we like it. There is also an easy way to submit feedback (and even a customer panel), so additional features are surely forthcoming.

Pros: I love how easy it is to tag a document. I can go through a 200 page disclosure packet in 20 minutes or less. And having to correct anything is a breeze. I have been requested before to send a signature only via DocuSign in fact, when it had originally been signed via Digital Ink.

Cons: The only real issue I've ever had is that when I'm out and a document is completed, the full .pdf does not always come through. That can be a legal issue when it consists of the user having to login to a site to gain access to their documents. So to get around it, I email a copy of the .pdf to the client. If I'm out, I can't just send the document from the app to the client directly because it's not user friendly to put in all the different email addresses it needs to go to, and it doesn't stay in line with my email chain. It would be better if it were able to be opened in a Gmail app and then forwarded.

Overall: I use DocuSign a few times a day, everyday and have ran into pretty much every issue you could have with DocuSign and nothing was ever something that didn't make sense or couldn't be figured out. I think it's a great and vital tool that will be on hand for years to come.

Pros: If you want a quick signature this is your product. Upload, map, and send. It's really quick and really simple.

Cons: If you want a product to compete with Dotloop don't fall for their Transaction Rooms product. It's clunky, not intuitive, and just often doesn't work quite right. Also, because Docusign is so freaked out about security they don't allow me as the admin to help my agents to the same degree that Dotloop did. They require that they personally reach out to the Docusign help and I've found the Docusign help team often takes too long to get legitimate help from. More than once their product has had legitimate issues that it took me over 3 days to convince them that the solution wasn't' something simple and stupid like the cache on my computer.

Overall: If you just want to upload a document and send it for a signature this is your product. It's the quickest and easiest! If you want more elaborate features or often forget your password and get locked out of sites this may not be your best choice.

Pros: DocuSign has been a major solution for our platform, namely SalesForce. The integration is great and allows our clients the ability to instantly sign documents and allows our agents to close cases in a timely manner. Prior to DocuSign it was tedious to scan, print, send etc. and our backlog was required a team of members working just on documents and signatures alone. With DocuSign one agent can handle the task saving a small fortune in employment. There's no special training needed to use it, and we can send it within SalesForce and be done. Awesome platform and I was glad to see I could review this product.

Cons: If there is a negative to be had it is usually with the clients figuring how to use it. Our agents always gives a brief overview to ensure signing is quick and easy and it works. I really don't have a negative, its been a great add on for us.

Overall: The main problem DocuSign has solved for us is being able to cut back on staff saving us money and being able to offer it as an option within SalesForce to get documents, that would have taken days to sign and scanned, done in a matter of minutes.

Pros: I started using DocuSign when they first came out. They happen to have the best software approved across the world in most legal situations. Their tracking for viewers, time document viewed, IP address, number of times accessed on the document and those details were crucial to winning legal cases. This alone is far and above the superior tracking many other signing systems do not have integrated nearly as well as DocuSign. Additionally, the clients ease of use for signing has improved each year they have been around. It is my hand's down favorite.

Cons: The learning curve at first, the initial set up. I believe they did not offer support set up, and it is also the cost leader for more expensive document signing processes, however, as I mentioned above, when something has saved serious money and time by proving legal cases it makes sense. If you are a simple company you could get away with a cheaper service, but if you really want to make sure you have iron clad contracts signed, and tracked everywhere to cover your tail, this is the service. Make sure you set it up right from the beigning to use all the features. Failue to do so would result in not taking full advantage of the power it holds.

Overall: As stated above, the fact they did the legal legwork to get this type of electronic signing service through the channels in the US and internationally speaks volumes. It allowed me to win cases that were necessary as I mentioned above. This alone saved untold amount of money, and the compliance aspect alone that does not exist with Adobe alone with the support is crucial. If the big banks, law firms, medical firms, and most likely goverment institutions are using it, you probably should to

Pros: I loved how easy it was to set up and explain. Often in the legal field it can be difficult to inform clients clearly of what is possible over the phone but being able to let them see contracts or other documents gave them an ease of mind. Additionally, if they were out of the area, it allowed them to sign quickly thereby reducing the lead time.

The user interface was incredibly appealing and easy to use, not just for the professionals, but for the clients as well.

Cons: There was a slight learning curve to uploading the documents and placing the fill lines appropriately but that came with time and practice.

There really was no downside to the software as a whole and I was surprised that more firms weren't using it at the time.

Overall: Very positive. I had implemented and suggested adding it to our firm and quickly became the new standard. It also reduced our supply and mailing costs.

Pros: We use DocuSign for capturing digital signatures on contracts we run through Salesforce. It works well for capturing exactly who signed the document and when. DocuSign keeps a record of every transaction so it's easy to go back and retrieve the history, print the completed contracts, or save them elsewhere as a digital copy. It offers recipients the option of how their digital signature will appear on the contract. It's also easy to set up signature sequencing, so you can predetermine the order signatures are applied to a document. The administrative interface offers a lot of options and functionality.

Cons: Tech support has been hit and miss. The large number of options means the interface can be a bit overwhelming, especially when it's not accessed frequently and things are moved around, making it hard to use.

Overall: We moved from a paper-based system several years ago, where it could literally take weeks to get all the necessary signatures to execute a contract. Now we can execute a contract within minutes, and everything stays digital. We've gotten rid of paper files altogether! No more scanning to get copies of completed contracts to the various parties. Our customers love the system, too, because they don't have to mess with paper and snail mail--everything happens via email.

Pros: DocuSign is very easy to use and makes it even easier for our customers to use! We need service agreements signed quickly to speed up shipping orders and this has been the best solution for our team. A lot of our customers aren't super tech savvy and its very simple for them to navigate and complete. I personally like that we can see in real time on our dashboard when it is signed and completed by a customer on their account. That automation is great! Definitely worth having and saves time for everyone.

Cons: I haven't experienced any negatives myself nor from customers. Some customers say they can't see the option to change signature style BUT that could be dependent on the device they are using. So really there aren't any major cons for me.

Overall: Our overall experience is GREAT! We are so happy to have found a fast and easy solution for customers and representatives. We no longer have to wait a long time for service agreements to be signed- we can easily send it and they can sign it right away! Perfect!

Pros: It's incredibly easy to use. You can send documents out for signature one off or can create mail merge type documents that mass send to a group of clients. This software has significantly reduced the amount of paper we have to print and mail out. With a team account you can also manage users giving access to multiple staff making it easy for everyone to use.

Cons: The cost per envelope. It would be nice to have an unlimited plan that is affordable. We have run into issues with properly estimating the number of envelopes we will send out annually. Because of this, we have ended up paying for more overages then we would have liked.

Overall: This has reduced the amount of paper and postage we spend since we can easily send documents for signature via email. It's also allowed us a quicker turn around in getting signatures back from clients.

Pros: DocuSign is incredible! I get notified the millisecond that all the signatures are there. When sending a document in DocuSign, the request can be sent to multiple people each with a tailored message. Not only that, but I can set a signing order, if I know the broker only wants to sign off when all the other parties have initialed. It's incredibly flexible in that way.

Cons: The only downside is that I wish DocuSign would "autofill" with the signature fields (i.e. whenever a document has a line for a signature, DocuSign could detect that and put in a box for the signature). Dotloop does this, so I know the technology is out there!

Overall: Overall, DocuSign is crucial to my day to day work in real estate and it works so reliably. Our office loves how easy it is to set up documents, get initials, signatures, comments, and more.

Pros: - makes the signing of documents fast and easy

- secure way of quickly getting documents signed to close a sale

- can be done online or on a mobile device

- can sign documents without printing out several pages or a contract saving ink and paper

- no need for a computer since it is mobile friendly once set-up

- an email confirmation is immediately sent after the final signature

Cons: - customers tend to sign quickly and not read the agreements later arguing terms of contracts

- once the signature is signed the document moves quickly to the next signature instead of giving the customer the option to moving slowly through the document

Overall: Contracts can be signed in an expedited manner without the need of fax machines or printers. No need to scan in a signature any longer or have a touch screen for the customer to physically sign the document with DocuSign.

The mobile feature is ideal for life on the go. Being able to sign a contract on my phone and finish a business deal in the middle of a lunch is perfect! Then going to the bank and using the software to quickly open my new account without the banker printing out a booklet of paperwork made my heart happy. Loved that we are saving on paper and moving the process along in a much more efficient manner.

Used the program twice in one day, both in sensitive financial manners and never did I feel that my information was going to be compromised. DocuSign has become almost part of our daily life in business.

Pros: I like that DocuSign is well known and is the "standard". When I sent my clients documents to be signed they don't question the legitimacy of utilizing DocuSign. It's recognized and most people have dealt with it. It's also fairly easy to acclimate to sending documents, aka "envelopes" out for signature.

Cons: Someone new to sending out documents for signature likely is going to have some trial and error. It's not crystal clear on what steps to take to get off the ground initially but DocuSign does a fairly ok job guiding you. I felt there could be a tutorial or a bit more in the way or getting started so you don't send something out for signature incorrectly at your first go around. If you're new to it, practice a few documents "envelopes" on some coworkers or yourself with an alternate email so you know how different options affect the process before "going live".

Overall: I really like DocuSign and the ease of use once I got accustomed to all their features.

I think they could do a better job on managing signatures however. If you have multiple signatures it auto choose which one you should sign with based on how the name appeared in the document that someone may have sent you.

Pros: My company is new to Docusign when it comes to using it for all paperwork. This has been such a wonderful update for us. We are now using it on a daily basis for contracting new people to our company. There is no more missing paperwork when using Docusign. We are able to upload everything we need and edit it as needed for a fill in the blank option for anyone to fill out. It has cut back on time spent looking and uploading documents. We now have everything stored and using a lot less time and physical space to handle paperwork. Any time we have a new document to add to the company's roster, we can upload and edit as needed and there are NO excuses to why someone has not turned in their paperwork. Cuts out the excuses which is the best I could ask for.

Cons: Sometimes when editing paperwork we have to do a little extra work to make sure everything appears properly for filling out.

Experience has been excellent and effective. Very easy to use.

Pros: Sending applications is a breeze with DocuSign. If candidates are unable to fill out the application in our ATS, we can easily send them the application through DocuSign. It is very user-friendly and can be filled out any device. We have also been able to send out mass DocuSigns to hundreds of candidates at once, which has helped with the overall productivity of our team.

Cons: The system does not allow us to make the yes/no questions, with boxes to check, on the application required to fill out. This can make the process difficult because we then have to discuss each question with the candidates before we send them over to the managers.

Overall: Very user-friendly and makes the application process very easy for our candidates. It has helped with the productivity of our team as well.

Pros: The thing that I like the most about this software is that it is pretty friendly for all of our clients. As a matter of fact, we use this software every day for the signature of our engagement letter and we have been using the same program for years. It also allows you to keep a track of which of your documents have signed and which documents are still pending for signature.

Cons: I wouldn't change anything. It is very easy for us to set up the places of the signatures and it is also very easy to explain our clients how to use this software.

Cons: Those who are not used to signing documents electronically or those who are not tech savy in your workforce and client base, may struggle when implementing this software. In the first month of use, we spent a significant time answering questions.

Overall: Definitely for us, Docusign allowed us to ensure that our salespeople were getting the terms and conditions they needed to have signed for terms and conditions. It also created an efficient system where our clients were automatically reminded that they needed to sign these terms. Over all saved us a lot of time and ensured we were in compliance.

Pros: This program has greatly reduced our turnaround time on applications, underwriting forms, and other items requiring signatures. What once took a week or more now takes an hour or less. I'm able to program this to send reminders daily, add a password for security, etc.

Cons: These end up in clients junk mail frequently. There should be a better way to try and hit the inbox. Not impressed that an administrator account is a paid account even if they only need to access to set up other users and chevk billing (like our office manager). Waste of money for that user.

Overall: Errors are very infrequent but need to have better descriptions. Our interactions with docusign employees are rare because the product works well and meets our needs. Worth the cost! We use this daily and would not be without it now.

Pros: I use docusign when it comes to important documents that need to be signed for business or legal transactions. The signature is based off of your name and you can use the font style you like to sign your documents. Docusign is user friendly it tells you where to start and by clicking start it tells you rather you need to sign or input your information within the document. It does not require the other user to have the app or download any additional features to be able to use. It is all web based, so both you and the user have to have an internet connection. You can use this app on a desktop or mobile device. It comes in handy for time sensitive documents to move forward with transactions. Only users who you have authorized to have access to the document have access via a link from their email or other means you set forth.

Cons: Being that most documents are rush or asap and most people are anticipating the documents to come through via email, there only main concern I would have is if documents have low priority and someone has email accesss to your account they could easily sign documents as yourself. Maybe in the future they can add the ability to take a screen shot of the person signing the document if multiple signatures or input information is requested to verify that person signed it, similar to the screenshot being a witness. I have used the app and if they don't have an expiration for links and I do belive they give you a copyvia email after you sign and if not those would be some upgraded features for recommendations. Otherwise I have not had any issues.

Pros: Docusign is very easy to use ,and provides my team with an impeccable esignature experience and workflow. Every document sent and received via docusign is encrypted and this keeps us save from third parties who may want to sniff on our data.

It enables us sign documents from anywhere ,and it is mobile based too ,making sure our clients and partners can also sign their documents when on the move on their smartphones.Overall Docusign has ensured we now close deal in minutes as against days or even weeks ,which was the standard timeframe before Docusign.

Cons: I will like to see more reportage as regards documents we receive via Docusign, and integration with third party solutions need be encouraged and improved upon.

Pros: This software has assisted me greatly, specifically in the process of buying a house. Signatures that might normally bog down lengthy processes are made significantly simple through DocuSigns very friendly interface. For example, having to amend contacts and get in person signatures could prove very time consuming. DocuSign allows for easy electronic signatures to speed up the process.

Cons: I did not encounter a single flaw or confusion when using this product. It served exactly the purpose I needed it to and I could not think of any improvements required.

Overall: I have yet to use DocuSign in my business, only on a personal level, and it was outstanding. I would 100% recommend any individual going through a process that requires a heavy amount of signatures to use this.

Pros: Conceptually, this product is great. It solves a huge issue and is easy to use no matter your computer skills. That is good, because we are often sending leases/documents to people with very limited digital skills. The interface is very intuitive for the signatories and allows for very easy tracking of who has looked at the document and who has signed it.

Cons: I wish there was an ability to carry the action through the document when you are assigning fields -ie: I wish I could select the signatory and then just click click click on all the spaces they need to sign as opposed to having to re-select the signatory after each click. Also, I wish the ability to "leave comments" could be disabled, upon request.

Pros: We like that you can use this to get signatures needed for time sensitive documents. It also saves all documents which we find useful in case we need to resend a document. Gone are the days of having to meet clients for signatures when now we can do it electronically with this software.

Cons: The only negative thing I can say about this software is when I set it up for signatures; it goes in order of who signs first, second, so on... So if I have 3 signatures I have to get, it will not be complete if person #2 does not sign--person #2 has to sign before it moves on to person #3.

Overall: This product is easy to use. It saves me time and saves me money (no more printing documents and taking the document to be signed to our clients). It is done easily over email.

Pros: The two things I like most about it is the integration with Salesforce and the ease of use. We use Salesforce as out CRM and it integrates seamlessly to help our staff get docs in/out the door. It is also extremely easy to use and setup as both a user and admin. Makes my job a lot easier as a Salesforce admin and I know our users benefit from the UI/UX and how quickly we can implement changes.

Cons: There's not much to dislike about it. A lot of the difficulty comes with the integration with Salesforce, but that's because we do a lot of custom work. Out of the box, Docusign is near perfect.

Overall: Transforming handwritten, faxing, emailing, and scanning processes to fully digital ones that improve our company's efficiency exponentially.

Pros: This program makes contracts the easiest part of my job. I'm able to upload them, highlight important areas, and ensure all required fields are signed, initialed, input, etc. Image quality is great and on the signee's side it is VERY easily signed through a computer or even a phone. It gives you a pre-set signature if you don't wish to make one yourself and have it look awful, and feedback is quick. Documents are easily voided, re-sent, edited, etc. and setting up templates is quick and easy.

Cons: Nothing, program works flawlessly without issue. I wish they were kept a bit more organized within the DocuSign website, but that's the smallest of gripes I could possibly thing of.

Pros: Docusign makes getting documents signed very easy. I like the simple interface and how you can create templates so you can quickly upload a form, have it pre-populate fields and send it out. I also very much like the Mobile app! It notifies you right away when someone signs and always shows you an up-to-date view of when someone has opened your document.

Cons: The desktop version can be a little clunky and doesn't always notify you when someone opens your document. It also signs you out a lot and every time you visit the main website you have to re-login to your account which can be tedious.

Overall: Overall a great tool and easy to adopt. It's way better than other competitive tools in my opinion!

Pros: The best thing about DocuSign is how easy it is to use. I've used other digital signature software, such as Dotloop and InstaNet, and while they both had their benefits, DocuSign is hands down the easiest to learn and use. I actually prefer DocuSign over any other digital signature software.

Cons: Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about DocuSign at all.

Overall: DocuSign was so easy to use. As previously mentioned, I prefer it over any other digital signature software. I used it for about 2 years, however the broker my boss works for started offering DotLoop memberships for free to their agents. This is the ONLY reason I stopped using DocuSign. I would recommend it to anyone who need to get signatures quickly or get signatures from parties out of town.

Pros: no more printing, manually signing and then scanning. Docusign makes the whole process as simple as can be and looks very professional (whilst being environmentally friendly at the same time!). Very simply process for uploading and noting where people should sign and what data needs to be included, signed paperwork is no longer editable (which is great for data integrity and security). It makes the life of a HR person a breeze in comparision to the old-fashioned way!

Cons: Nothing, really very happy with it. The functionality is terrific and you can add custom elements to the signing process too. Highly recommended.

Overall: Time saved, professional approach to signing paperwork.

Pros: DocuSign has been great for online legal documents and we're able to provide a method that saves us time along with our customers. These documents are legally binding and does the exact same in court as a signed paper copy. The flexibility and recording keeping saves us much time and keeps us protected as a merchant

Cons: The price is kind of high as they charge us per form signed. I'm looking into a way to create my own legal PDF to save on the cost, but overall DocuSign takes care of the logistics and makes it much easier for us, even though the price is kind of high

Overall: We run a tour company and we are required to have customers fill out liability forms. Previously we would have to print out 1,000s of paper copies and have customers signed them at check-in. With DocuSign, we attach a digital copy on the customer's email confirmation and they can now digitally sign the forms prior to check in. Not only does that save us and our customers lots of time, but the forms are assigned to a particular customer if there was ever an issue. Potentially saving us from major problems in the future

Pros: I like being able to create custom templates, that include merge tags and documents, with prepopulated field data. It integrates with SFDC which allows us to remove a step of data entry for sales templates. Support is easy to get in contact with and is quick to help.

Cons: I do not like that the merge tags populate into white boxes and their support department said this was a system limitation. Annoying is that when you make edits to templates or change the documents, you have to exactly readjust and resize all the merge tags.

Overall: The ability to quickly create e-contracts and facilitates open and signature tracking. The ability to quickly create templates also takes one step out of the creation process.

Pros: Is fairly fast compared to other software on the market. The ease of how it interfaces seamlessly to Sales Force and works so well with Apple based products. Proved to be a good accessory for our organization as we have many sales people out in the market place and many forms that we used to have to fill in manually. This has cut down considerably on the amount of time required to fill out contracts and get them signed. Also easy to email clients and have them complete in the comfort of their own home.

Cons: Hard to navigate through at the beginning. Not all features make sense initially but the help menu's assisted. Proved difficult to establish how to provide manually printed forms and then upload the completed ones. Not always easy for clients to understand when completing on their own.

Pros: Looking back at what life at the office was like before we incorporated DocuSign makes me appreciate this tool even more. With DocuSign, we no longer need to scan documents multiple times just to obtain a signature. This platform covers everything from creating documents from scratch (or using their templates) to sharing ready-to-sign docs with the right recipients. Pricing is very fair for how much value it provides. The user interface is friendly and does not require much training of experience in order to fully enjoy its benefits. I am happy we have made the decision to incorporate DocuSign in 2017.

Cons: Formatting of input fields sometimes gets a little choppy, but a little bit of practice makes perfect, and I now know how to deal with these little bugs and fix them myself.

Pros: I work as part of a media team that organizes and signed multiple contracts/insertion orders a day. We have always looked at new ways to eliminate the need to physically print something or attach multiple documents to clients for signature. In many cases we have the authority to sign on the behalf of clients during the media buying process. During this time, we have worked with several suppliers who have sent us a contract through DocuSign and we have been thoroughly impressed with the overall seamless experience. We wish more of our suppliers offered contracts through this form. The ability to sign right in the document and save, has really eliminated many steps for us. I also believe its very beneficial how they also send you an email to confirm its been signed with a link with the signed contract for reference.

Cons: Overall, I do not have many cons for this software. I know that other departments at my company have started implementing DocuSign into their regular operations. I would encourage my department to utilize this software when we can, although I understand that this process can not always be as functional to those who are used to a particular system for so long. One thing I would like to be able to do if we decided to fully implement this through our media team, is the ability to transfer a regular pdf into this software and have the functionally to sign and save, rather than to print, sign, and scan which many of our suppliers currently require.

Pros: As an onboarding coordinator and employee healthcare administrator, I appreciate the drag and drop design that allows me to build a variety of different types of documents into the software and have them electronically completed and signed.

Overall: Docusign is a great resource for document automation. A little pricey but among the best. The only thing that comes to mind is when Docusign completely changed its user interface overnight. Though they gave users time to learn and adapt to the new interface before pulling the original, it couldn't have come at a worse time for us. We were under a lot of pressure to get a large number of documents completed and the last thing we needed was to learn how to use the software from scratch.

Pros: User friendliness on both the creator and the signer is amazing! You upload the document that you need to be signed off on, then add in the boxes that you need the signer to fill: the Initials box, date, sensitive information, signature, etc. After you are done, you just send it off!

For the signer, all they do if click begin to and fill in the boxes that are open. Once done they just send it back and boom, your sensitive documents are taken care of electronically.

Another plus, is that Docusign it very compatible with mobile. Which makes it even easier for people who are rarely in front of their computer. Living in LA, this is a major timesaver and deal saver.

Cons: DocuSign does glitch and freeze from time to time. This mostly happens on the signers end, so its important for you to have patience when trouble shooting. Sometimes you will need to scrap the first docusign and send a new one. But again, this rarely happens.

Pros: It is so easy to use. Ever since we began using DocuSign to obtain client signatures, our entire office has been more organized, not to mention more compliant. Our insurance carriers audit us for compliance, they want to make sure our application and supplemental forms are signed and dated in order for us to maintain our appointment with them. Allowing customers to digitally sign the paperwork has had a significant impact on our day to day operation.

Cons: I wish we could drag and drop the completed documents instead of having to download to our computers and then move into our paperless storage system. It would be so much easier if we could just drag and drop them out of DocuSign into their storage place.

Overall: Society has changed, most people prefer to do things digitally right on their phones. Most people don't like coming into the office anymore. DocuSign allowed us to be more user friendly to our clients and has helped us to be more environmentally friendly by not having to use nearly as much paper.

Pros: As the leasing agent at my company I am required to get a lot of paperwork signed by prospective/future tenants. Sometimes we have to put a lock box on a door to facilitate a move-in on the weekend from people moving cross-country(we manage properties in a Navy town, so this happens often). We need paperwork to be filled out prior to the handover of keys(inspections, receipts of keys, transfer of utilities). Docusign makes this process extremely easy. They communicate with me when someone views the packets I send for signing, and when it's fully signed. This takes a lot of work away from me in terms of tracking.

Cons: The only thing I could even slightly complain about is the fact that it takes me a while to set signing fields for multiple people. This is such a minor complaint that I barely feel it's worth mentioning.

Overall: Docusign has been great in helping my company deliver good service. In days past we would have to make people come in to our office or needlessly print out page after page just to scan the papers into our system to store digitally. Docusign has helped us reduce our carbon footprint, while cutting costs on paper goods.

Pros: I've used DocuSign to sign documents electronically for my mortgage and for employment contracts. From the beginning, it was easy and intuitive to use. Once you set up your signature (which you can choose from a set of handwriting fonts, if you like), it's easy to keep clicking "next" and quickly filling in all the initials and signatures the document needs. Just don't get too hasty and forget to read what you're signing! But if you do stop to read, DocuSign will remember where you were and make sure you don't miss any required signatures. Also, if you create a free account, it will save all your documents in one place.

Cons: I wish it would prompt you before submitting to log in if you want to keep your document. I've signed a few things and submitted before realizing I wasn't logged in, so I didn't wind up with a copy for my own records. However, I imagine if you ask the document creator, they would send you a copy.

Overall: Easy, user-friendly electronic document signing.

Pros: Convenience and ease of use. A few years ago while trying to purchase a house about 5 hours away from our currently location, docusign made the entire home buying super simple. We were able to talk to our real estate agent and have her sent over the documents on DocuSign.

Docusign is so easy to use and user-friendly, it takes you directly to easy place you need to initial and sign, which prevents a signature or initial being missed on a document which could delay the home buying process. Since my first time using Docusign, I have used it again for many other purchases or transactions as an end user.

Cons: I have had no problems at all as an end user. Even with low internet speed I have been able to access and sign documents via DocuSign.

Overall: Overall my experience with DocuSign has been super positive and easy to use. At my work my department has just made the decision to use Docusign for our on-boarding paperwork for new hires and I am excited to learn more about the program as an administrator.
