### "Something that works well on my ML projects, albeit rather expensive."

April 18, 2026

5.0

is an excellent solution to get down to business in an expedited manner. As an ML consultant, as I am, it makes you appear professional to your clients. You need not bother about paper or scanning. Everybody already knows about it, and thus nobody raises inquiries when you send a DocuSign link.

Pros

I find myself making frequent use of when beginning a new project with my clients. As a Machine Learning Consultant, I would need to sign numerous NDA papers and contracts until I will be presented with any data. And the best thing is that it is extremely fast. All I do is to upload my contract and check the place where I would like the signature and send it.

Cons

The price is the chief among the things that I do not like. To an individual solo worker or a couple of people who work a small group, it is rather costly each month. A second, occasionally the interface of setting the document is a bit sluggish.

### "Reliable and Easy-to-Use E-Signature Platform"

May 5, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been very positive. It’s reliable, easy to use, and speeds up the document signing process significantly. The platform improves efficiency, keeps documents organized, and makes remote approvals simple and secure.

Pros

What I liked most about was how fast and convenient it made document signing. It’s easy to use, secure, and allows contracts and agreements to be completed quickly from anywhere, which saves time and improves workflow efficiency.

Cons

One thing I liked least about was the pricing, especially for smaller teams or occasional users. Some advanced features can also feel overly complex when you only need basic document signing functionality.

Alternatives considered

Reason for choosing Docusign

We chose over alternatives like Adobe Sign, HelloSign, and PandaDoc because it offered the best overall mix of ease of use, reliability, and industry trust. It also had stronger integrations, a smoother workflow, and a more established reputation for secure, fast e-signing at scale.

### "DocuSign-- Not The Best. "

May 27, 2026

2.0

Pros

I like that has stayed consistent over the past 5+ years. I also like that it is very easy to use for my stakeholders and external users. I feel that my completed envelopes are safe and secure. I don't often run into bugs or other issues. I feel that the value is appropriate for the money we spend.

Cons

I don't know that has made meaningful UI or feature updates in the last 5+ years. I'll also explicitly say that their team is entirely unhelpful. I have reached out for customer support many times and have gotten the run around. It feels like they are just trying to sell me on more of their features and workflows, not solve my current issue, which is often time sensitive.

### "DocuSign: Increased Efficiency and Client Satisfaction"

April 6, 2026

5.0

Overall, is a great product for ensuring compliance, and audit trails while also simplifying processes internally and for clients. Allowing our clients to sign documents from where-ever they are as increased the speed of the workflow as well as client satisfaction.

Pros

is the industry standard for e-signatures which is why we choose to use this product. Many of our team members and clients were already familiar with the product which made the ease of integrating it into our workflow relatively seamless. Furthermore, the security and compliance was important when researching products. DocuSign provides encryption and most importantly to us, audit trails.

Cons

As an admin, there was a learning curve during set up. Templates and workflows can be difficult to set up at first, however once set up, they are simple to replicate. Unfortunately, there can be issues and bugs which often times can be traced back to how the client is trying to open/e-sign but it can be difficult to explain virtually.

### "Docusign - THE perfect e-signature tool"

May 22, 2026

5.0

It has become an essential tool for our daily operations, particularly for our sales and legal teams. The native Salesforce integration alone has transformed our contract workflow — what used to take days now takes minutes, and everything stays perfectly synchronized between both platforms.

Pros

The interface is intuitive both for senders and signers. Recipients don't need an account to sign — they simply click the link, sign, and they're done. This is a real game-changer for our sales team. Contracts can be generated, sent, signed, and tracked directly from Salesforce, with all signature statuses and signed documents automatically synced back to the corresponding records (Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts). This eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and dramatically accelerates our sales cycle.

Cons

While basic signing is very intuitive, more advanced features (custom workflows, PowerForms, CLM) require time and training to master.

Alternatives considered

Reason for choosing Docusign

is definitely a must have for our office. I have no idea what we would do without it. It's so simple anyone can use it. Hardly ever have any clients having issues using it to sign our documents.

Pros

Love how easy is to use. I have used it for years at my prior and current workplaces. It makes getting documents signed so much faster than by mail or in person. Plus it validates the email of the person signing that acts as a legal signature.

Cons

The cost of has gone up quite a bit & plans changed over the last few years we have been using it. This is the main drawback here.

### "Happy with Docusign"

April 27, 2026

5.0

Overall, we have had a very positive experience with . Even though the cost has been just a little higher than some other solutions it has been well worth it. We are happy with how easy it is to use Docusign

Pros

Ease of use is the biggest pro. It is very easy to send the document and for the recipient to sign it. It is also a well-known and trusted name. Signers are less apt to question a document send from .

Cons

The con for would be the price. It has a cost that is just a little bit higher than some of the competitors that we have used.

### "Brilliant documentation management if you use a lot of contractors and partners "

January 24, 2026

4.0

I definitely prefer to other documentation signing programmes for the simplicity, the reliability (I've been using it for over ten years and its not let me down) and how straightforward documentation management is, especially when you have multiple signers for multiple contracts in a given week.

Pros

Great value for money and easy to use. As I'm responsible for enrolling new partners and contractors, makes it so much easier for me to get documentation signed and stored - plus I can keep track of it. I've never known it to have bugs that stop my workday, though contract management isn't my every-day role.

Cons

Occasionally, I find it difficult to find the right part of the website for signing documentation with just one signer. I seem to get lost and accidentally email it to myself. I think the UX could be a little clearer so it's more straightforward to choose between numbers of signers.

Alternatives considered

[eSignature for SharePoint](https://www.capterra.com/p/135002/eSignature-for-SharePoint/)[PandaDoc](https://www.capterra.com/p/131735/PandaDoc/)

Reason for choosing Docusign

I have more experience with and know that it does what it says on the tin, plus Pandadoc seemed to have a slightly less straightfoward user experience. We also tried eSignature and it doesn't work very well for signers who aren't using a Google account. It's supposed to work for non-Google Mail users but we got feedback that it was constantly looping a log-in bug when they'd try so we stopped using it.

### "Docu sign is the best"

March 9, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been positive. It made signing and sending documents much faster and easier than dealing with paper forms. While the pricing and some features could be better, it’s still a reliable and convenient tool for handling important documents online.

Pros

What I liked most about is how simple it made the whole signing process. I didn’t have to print anything or deal with scanning documents back. I could just open the document on my phone, add my signature, and send it back in a couple minutes. It made handling paperwork a lot faster and less stressful

Cons

What I liked least about is that some features feel limited unless you pay for a higher plan. The pricing can get a little expensive if you need to send a lot of documents, and sometimes the setup for sending documents can feel a bit confusing the first time.

### "HR Assistant "

May 15, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. The platform significantly improves efficiency by simplifying document management, approvals, and digital signatures while reducing paperwork and turnaround times. The workflow management system is intuitive, and the tracking and reporting features provide clear visibility into document progress. Despite occasional technical issues and pricing concerns for premium features, the platform delivers strong reliability, ease of use, and overall value for organizations managing high volumes of documents and approvals.

Pros

What I liked most about was how simple and efficient it made document signing and workflow management. The platform is very user-friendly, allowing documents to be sent, signed, and tracked quickly from almost any device. I especially appreciated the document management features, automated reminders, and real-time tracking updates, which helped streamline administrative and HR processes. The integration with other business tools also made collaboration smoother and more organized.

Cons

One downside was that some advanced features and customization options are only available in higher-priced plans, which can affect overall value for money for smaller teams or individual users. Occasionally, there were minor bugs or delays when loading documents or updating signing statuses. Customer support was generally helpful, but response times could vary depending on the issue and support level.

The platform is user-friendly and accessible, which helps improve efficiency and reduces delays compared to traditional paperwork. Pros

Cons

While is very effective, the pricing can be expensive, especially for smaller businesses or occasional users. Some key features are only available in higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting. ### "Quick and Easy with Docusign"

November 13, 2025

My overall experience with has been great. It has worked fine for me and has been a great asset to my workflow.

Pros

What I like most about is that when sending an email to someone, it's as easy as reviewing it and signing it. It then automatically sends it back. It makes the Workflow quick and easy to manage. It also keeps all the documents easy to keep and work on. It also makes the payment processing procedure easy.

Cons

I have not had any issues with ever so I never needed to call Customer Support. Nor have I went through any bugs and issues. For me it was all pretty simple and easy.

### "An honest review of DocUsign."

December 25, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with has been great. A trustworthy application to aid me in my everyday paperwork and forwarding.

Pros

By far, the most beneficial feature is the preset documents that are able to be loaded in/ sent to clients. This improves efficiency by an untold amount. Sending intakes, contracts or forms for review takes minutes. What I also like is that in the case of an error, or fellow peer review: a quick edit or correction is always possible.

Cons

My least favorite trait is that some fields remain as a requirement. If this is an internal setting: please disregard. If however, this is an area of improvement, please note. This would be the only source of feedback: to allow the docUsigns to be sent without requiring all fields to be filled out.

### "Simple and Easy to Use E-Signature Platform"

May 31, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been very positive. It has helped simplify contract management and makes it easy to obtain signatures electronically. The platform is reliable, secure, and easy for recipients to use, even if they have never signed documents electronically before. I’ve found it especially useful for sales agreements, contracts, and business documentation where convenience is important. For organizations looking to modernize their document signing process, Docusign is a dependable and professional solution.

Pros

What I liked most about is how easy it makes the document signing process for both senders and recipients. The platform is intuitive, user-friendly, and significantly reduces the time required to collect signatures compared to traditional paper-based processes. I also appreciate the ability to track document status in real time, send automated reminders, and securely store completed agreements. The integrations with business tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft SharePoint to help streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Cons

One downside with is that pricing can become expensive for smaller businesses or teams that may require advanced features, multiple users, or higher document volumes. Some customization and workflow automation capabilities are also reserved for higher-tier plans.

### "Easy to use document signer"

January 27, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with has been positive and dependable. It does exactly what you expect it to do

Pros

What I liked most about is how quickly and reliably it lets you get agreements signed without friction. The signing experience is straightforward for recipients, works well across devices, and removes the need for printing, scanning, or chasing paperwork. It feels secure and professional, which builds trust, and once documents are sent, the tracking and reminders make it easy to keep deals moving without manual follow-ups.

Cons

What I liked least about is that it can feel expensive and overly complex for straightforward use cases. The interface and setup sometimes seem heavier than necessary, especially when you just need a simple signature, and advanced features are locked behind higher pricing tiers. For smaller teams or lower-volume workflows, it can feel like more tool

### "If you need something signed quickly, Docusign is fine"

March 3, 2026

5.0

It helps us to decrease the amount of paper and ink that we were using, thus making it more environmentally friendly. removes the necessity for you to go somewhere in order to sign a contract.

Pros

One of the most useful features is a notification system since I tend to forget that I have documents pending for signature unless I get an email. Setup was fairly quick as well, i think it took a few minutes and I had to allow some minimal access so they could use my account. Another great one is that I can batch send several contracts.

Cons

Its somewhat pricey if you are a small business owner and do not require all of the additional features. The search tool is also somewhat frustrating since when you click on a document and then return to the search menu it will reset. It seems like sometimes the biometrics (such as face id) do not even function properly in some international markets. The customer service could certainly be more prompt.

3.0

It is good when you used to have your contracts simply stored in folders to have them organized with . The possibility of storing templates and the search function are great. However, the arduous review process and the lack of AI integrated in this tool makes it only satisfactory.

Pros

When keeping you contracts organized is important this tool can help. Is working perfectly as a library for your contracts and you can easy find your contracts with multiple criteria.

Cons

The review process even if intended to take place in the CLM has still to be managed outside of the CLM especially when dealing with multiple rewires and external partners. There is no AI integrated in this tool.

### "Docusign--can't live without it."

February 24, 2026

5.0

Five stars. Absolutely impressed and committed user now and for the foreseeable future. I can't imagine trying to do any real estate transactions without using .

Pros

I've been using for several years now, mostly in the real estate business to expedite and streamline the purchasing and selling of residential and commercial real estate properties. It has significantly increased the speed and effectiveness of our organization's business processes. I'm old enough to remember when all of these processes had to be done by hand and required lots of time standing in front of fax machines or using couriers to send documents back and forth between parties. Docusign has eliminated all of that. I really can't quantify how much time and money this program has saved us over the last 10-15 years but it's a lot.

Cons

Initially there were some growing pains with , just as there are with any new technology. Most of them came with having to educate new clients in how to use the program and holding their hands through the process. Thankfully those days seem to be mostly past us now and we rarely have to answer any questions anymore. We just send out the documents and within a short period of time, often in just a few minutes, they're signed and back in our inbox.

### "Easy and reliable way to sign documents online"

April 11, 2026

5.0

Overall my experiance with has been very positive. It’s a reliable tool that makes document signing quick and hassle free. I’ve used it for both personal and work related documents and it works pretty smoothly most of the time. There are a few minor issues here and there, but nothing major. It definitely makes life easier compared to traditional signing methods

Pros

It makes signing documents digitally very simple. You dont have to print, scan or deal with paperwork anymore which saves a lot of time. The interface is pretty straightforward and guides you step by step, so even first time users can figure it out easily. I also like how fast the turnaround is when sending documents for signatures, especially for contracts and agreements

Cons

Sometimes the pricing feels a bit high, especially if you only need it occasionally. Also, setting up templates or advanced workflows can be a little confusing at first. There are times when recipients get confused with too many emails or reminders, which can be a bit annoying.
