Many of our team members and clients were already familiar with the product which made the ease of integrating it into our workflow relatively seamless. Cons As an admin, there was a learning curve during set up. Templates and workflows can be difficult to set up at first, however once set up, they are simple to replicate. I'm old enough to remember when all of these processes had to be done by hand and required lots of time standing in front of fax machines or using couriers to send documents back and forth between parties. Most of them came with having to educate new clients in how to use the program and holding their hands through the process.
