And its value for the money is great. Workflow management is made easier because it is so straight forward. Document management as well as it is organized and easily accesible. Havent had any problems with bugs or other issues thus far. Tracking and reporting is not something I use often but have had no issues either. Cons It is not as user-friendly all the time on a phone. Not sure if its the web browsers or internet connection. But its fine on a computer or tablet. Now everything stays in one process, and the finished document is available in its entirety at the end. This is much more convenient, especially with agreements involving multiple parties. Pros The solution is quite simple and intuitive to use. Once registered and authenticated, all signature levels are available. Documents can be stamped with a visible signature, increasing acceptance among many companies. Docusign also listens to customers and accepts and implements corresponding suggestions for improvement. Basically send documents to clients and teammates in no time and obtain legally valid signatures. Cons Basically, I like everything about Docusign. The concept is great. The only downside is that the ID card authentication takes a little while and is somewhat cumbersome, but it's obviously necessary for secure signatures. Ti arriva la mail, apri il link dal telefono o dal pc e inserisci la firma in due secondi. Addio sbattimento di dover stampare decine di pagine, firmarle a penna, scannerizzarle e rimandarle indietro. L'interfaccia è pulitissima e ti guida passo passo su dove devi cliccare per mettere le firme, è davvero impossibile sbagliare o saltare una riga. Cons Se sei tu che ricevi il documento da firmare è tutto perfetto e gratuito. Se invece devi essere tu a caricare i moduli e inviarli ad altre persone per richiedere la loro firma, i piani di abbonamento sono decisamente costosi, specialmente se non sei una grande azienda ma un privato o un tirocinante. Once you use it, you can set and forget, because the platform saves your account and the signatures are legit. Cons Nothing really to complain about. I'm not as familiar with the platform as others who use it to request signatures from others. I mostly use to sign important documents like the below in addition to insurance docs.
