Overall a reliable tool that does the core job well. It’s become the default for anything that needs a signature in our workflow . Would recommend for teams that send documents regularly and need a proper audit trail.

Pros

I use it for carrier agreements and vendor docs, and the templates save me a ton of time since I’m sending similar paperwork over and over. The audit trail is solid — I can always see who signed, when, and from where, which matters when you need proof. It’s value for money tool.

Cons

I would say the interface can feel a bit clunky when you’re building more complex workflows with multiple signers and routing. Occasionally had templates not save the way I set them up.

My overall experience has been very positive. It has made signing and sending documents quick, convenient and much more efficient. We can now send forms instantly as opposed to sending documents out through mail which can take days, or waiting for someone to pick up the forms and driving them all the way out to a destination and waiting for them to get back to you.

Pros

Docusign has made it easy to send documents for signatures, especially since we don't have an office where all our our staff meets, its so crucial to have an effective and reliable way of getting them to sign important documents. It also allows for us to store the signed documents easily and have them available at ant time to track past forms thats have been signed by both employees and clients.

Cons

What I least liked is that at the beginning when you are getting familiar with the program it can seem a bit confusing. I wish the process was a little bit more simplified, so it can be learned quickly. But once you get familiar, air with it and you use it often, then it becomes easy to use.

Docusign is a great platform for sending out and receiving forms and documents requiring a signature. It is also widely recognized as a trustworthy platform, making people feel comfortable with signing potentially important documents through it.

From proposals and NDAs to service agreements and renewals, DocuSign has shortened our sales cycles and helped us deliver a frictionless experience for our clients

As a Business Development Manager, I handle numerous client agreements, proposals and service contracts and DocuSign has made the entire signing process remarkably efficient. Docusign is an easy to use software. It has very effective form building tools. The software has enabled us to control work approval processes and ensure compliance. Through use of the product we are able to collect signatures and seamlessly share documents with our team members.

Pros

The software ensures efficient signature capture and supports document audit trail and real-time workflows management. Use of Docusign has made it so easy for us to create surveys and forms. It has also automated tracking and reporting as well as compliance tracking. The software has good customer support services and allows offline response collection.

Cons

I have nothing to dislike about the software. Docusign has worked perfectly for us. It has customizable templates and reliable form management tools.

Pros

I use it almost systematically as soon as there are documents to sign. The whole process is much faster and it avoids endless email exchanges.

Cons

the advanced options require a bit of practice before being really mastered like the daily use of the app.
