### "Not a week goes by that I am not grateful for docusign!"

August 12, 2026

5.0

There is not a week that goes by in my life that I’m not saying out loud my gratitude for Docusign. It makes life so easy in all my different incarnations and all my worlds as a realtor as an actor as a property manager – anytime I need to sign something or have something signed. It is just so easy and I am not someone who considers themselves technologically advanced in any way shape or form. I put myself in the dinosaur category and if I can do this, anyone can.

Pros

I love how unbelievably user-friendly Docusign is, no matter what your comfort level with technology is. What’s amazing is how seamlessly the desktop version is mimicked on the mobile version. The way everything is formatted it makes it virtually impossible to make a mistake and the fact that everyone gets a copy immediately is such a time saver. No one can ever dispute when a document was signed when it was sent or when it was received! It’s all there in black-and-white. I will say this repeatedly, there is not a week that goes by in my life that I don’t say out loud how much I appreciate this technology. It is a game changer and a life changer. When you can do business, review contracts, get them signed, or sign them yourself from no matter where you are, including laying poolside! That to me is priceless.

Cons

I honestly wish I had something negative to say about Docusign as I know that that makes a review more valid, but there is not a single thing that I could think of. Not a single thing.

### "DocuSign works for me"

August 4, 2026

5.0

Great. We were using a different program at work and DocuSign is working better for all of our employees.

Pros

It converts word docs to pdfs automatically. So no need to save a word document as a pdf first then upload to Docusign.

Cons

Home page is an ad for their products rather than a log in screen. You have to log in (upper right corner) first to kind of get to where you need to go.

### "Signing takes a minute, template upkeep takes an afternoon"

August 17, 2026

3.0

I signed documents through Docusign for several years and later connected it to another system through its API. The signing itself works and holds up legally, which is the part I care about most. Everything around signing, templates and search in particular, feels heavier than it needs to be. Send a handful of standard documents a month and you will be fine. Change your document templates often and you should budget real time for maintenance.

Pros

Short signer side. I open the email, click through the fields, and finish in under a minute without creating an account. The signed PDF and the audit trail come back to my inbox, so I never had to chase anyone for proof that a document was signed. Legal accepted the signatures in every country we dealt with, and in a few years I never saw an envelope get lost or a signature fail to register. The API is documented well enough that I pulled envelope status into another system without opening a support ticket.

Cons

Template setup. You place every field on the PDF by hand, and when the document layout shifts by a line or two, the fields land in the wrong spots and you rebuild the template. Anchor text helps until someone edits the wording it anchors to. The web interface also adds clicks to things that should take one: finding an old envelope, resending it, checking who has not signed yet. On a phone the signing view zooms in a way that makes long contracts hard to read, so I stopped signing anything over two pages from mobile. None of this breaks the product. It costs time every week that a cleaner editor would give back.

### "Docusign - THE perfect e-signature tool"

May 22, 2026

5.0

It has become an essential tool for our daily operations, particularly for our sales and legal teams. The native Salesforce integration alone has transformed our contract workflow — what used to take days now takes minutes, and everything stays perfectly synchronized between both platforms.

Pros

The interface is intuitive both for senders and signers. Recipients don't need an account to sign — they simply click the link, sign, and they're done. This is a real game-changer for our sales team. Contracts can be generated, sent, signed, and tracked directly from Salesforce, with all signature statuses and signed documents automatically synced back to the corresponding records (Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts). This eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and dramatically accelerates our sales cycle.

Cons

While basic signing is very intuitive, more advanced features (custom workflows, PowerForms, CLM) require time and training to master.

Reason for choosing Docusign

ocuSign is the most widely recognized e-signature platform globally. Clients and partners are already familiar with it, which removes friction during the signing process.

### " Give your review a title\*"

September 8, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with DocuSign was very positive. It made signing and managing documents quick, convenient, and straightforward. I appreciated being able to complete everything electronically without printing, scanning, or mailing paperwork. The tracking and notifications were also helpful for keeping up with document status.

Pros

I liked that DocuSign made it easy to send, sign, and track documents electronically. The process was convenient and fast, and it eliminated the need to print and scan.

Cons

A common drawback is that the interface can feel a bit complex, and some features and pricing can be confusing for occasional users.

### "A reliable and efficient solution for managing digital signatures"

August 9, 2026

5.0

DocuSign has been very positive. I have used it to manage agreements, approvals, and other documents that require signatures, and it has made these processes much faster and easier to track. The platform is reliable, easy to use for everyday signing tasks, and gives both sides a clear view of where a document is in the process. It is especially useful when working remotely with clients or collaborators.

Pros

What I like most about DocuSign is how simple it makes the entire document signing process. Sending agreements, defining signature fields, tracking document status, and receiving completed copies can all be handled in one place. It saves a significant amount of time compared with managing signatures manually and provides a professional experience for both our team and clients.

Cons

The pricing can feel relatively high, especially when you need access to more advanced features or manage a larger number of documents. Some of the workflow and template settings can also take a little time to learn, but the core signing experience is very straightforward.

### "Docusign has streamlined my sales process— great for B2B"

August 5, 2026

5.0

As a seller at a growing SaaS company, Docusign has become an essential part of our sales and customer onboarding process. It has made getting agreements signed incredibly simple for both our team and out customers, helping us keep deals moving pre and post signature without unnecessary delays. What I appreciate is how intuitive the platform is. Sending documents for signature takes just a few clicks, and recipients rarely need guidance. The ability to track document status in real time and receive instant notifications when agreements are viewed and signed gives our team great visibility throughout the closing process. The process is seamless, secure, and works well across desktop and mobile devices. It's one of those tools that simply works, which means our team spends less time chasing paperwork and more time focused on serving customers. I confidently recommend it to any organization looking to streamline contract management.

Pros

What I like most about Docusign is how easy it makes the entire signature process—for both me, my team and our customers. It's incredibly intuitive, documents can be signed from virtually any device in just a few minutes, and the real-time tracking lets me know exactly where every agreement stands. It has significantly sped up my sales process while providing a secure, professional experience for everyone involved.

Cons

The only minor issue we've run into is that, on occasion, Docusign emails end up on a recipient's spam or junk folder, which can delay the signing process. It's not something that happens often, but it can create a follow-up step to let the recipient know to check their spam folder. Other than that, my experience with the platform has been overwhelmingly positive.

### "Good for the right size business "

August 19, 2026

3.0

It's a fine platform, but I would consider alternatives that are lower cost considering our needs as a business. For large-scale document signing, it's probably the best option. For us as a business, we're sending fewer, higher-value contracts, and it's probably overkill.

Pros

Clients deem the platform to be very professional. The email updates it provides are useful. It's easy to retroactively change documentation if there are mistakes on that, and functionality is always smooth with no bugs or issues.

Cons

For the money and amount we use it, I would say that it is a bit too expensive. The lack of native integrations with our project management software means that there is a manual to check when things are signed and who signed them.

### " Reliable and easy to sign with"

July 20, 2026

3.0

Overall my experience has been solid but not standout. We use Docusign for customer onboarding, integrated with Workato webhooks, and it does what we need, signing is easy, status tracking is clear, and the integration is stable. The sticking point is value for money: the integration is pricier than I'd like, and I'm hopeful there's a more economical alternative for this kind of automated signing workflow. It's a dependable tool that gets the job done, which lands it squarely at average for us.

Pros

The signing experience is genuinely easy. Documents are simple to review and sign, the workflow is guided, and there's essentially no learning curve for signers. Tracking and reporting are a real strength, it's easy to see document status, follow the audit trail, and know exactly where a document sits in the process. On the technical side, the integration surface is solid: we connect it to our onboarding flow via Workato webhooks, and it works reliably day to day.

Cons

The main drawback is cost. The integration layer in particular is expensive relative to the value, and for a workflow that's essentially "send document, capture signature, fire a webhook," the pricing feels steep. It does the job, but I'd like to see a more cost-effective option for this kind of integration-driven use. Outside of that, it's a capable but fairly standard e-signature tool, nothing that pushes it above average.

### "Reliable e-signature platform that saves time"

July 31, 2026

5.0

I've had a positive experience using DocuSign for sending contracts, agreements, and approval documents. It has helped reduce turnaround time significantly because people can sign from any device without printing or scanning paperwork. The platform has been reliable, and I've rarely experienced any downtime or technical problems. It integrates well with common business workflows and has saved a lot of time compared to manual document handling. Overall, it's a dependable solution for electronic signatures and document management.

Pros

DocuSign has made getting documents signed much faster than using traditional paper-based processes. The interface is easy to understand, even for people who aren't very technical, and creating signature fields only takes a few minutes. I also like that recipients don't need to create an account just to sign a document. The email notifications and status tracking make it easy to know exactly where a document is in the signing process.

Cons

The pricing can be a bit expensive, especially for smaller businesses or individuals who don't send a large number of documents. Some advanced features are only available in higher-tier plans, and the template management interface can feel slightly overwhelming when you're working with many documents. Other than that, I haven't run into any major issues.

### "A Must-Have Tool for My Business Operations"

January 3, 2026

5.0

Despite the pricing concerns, DocuSign remains an outstanding product. It is dependable, efficient, and essential for modern business operations. I would still highly recommend it to businesses that value professionalism, speed, and ease of use in document management.

Pros

DocuSign is absolutely a staple in my private business and day-to-day operations. It has streamlined the way I handle contracts, agreements, and important documents, making processes faster, more professional, and far more efficient. Both my clients and my internal team are already familiar with the platform, which minimizes confusion and eliminates the need for training or onboarding. The platform is reliable, intuitive, and trusted, which is critical when dealing with legally binding documents. Overall, DocuSign delivers exactly what it promises and continues to be one of the most dependable tools in my business toolkit.

Cons

While the product itself is excellent, the recurring price increases can be challenging—especially for small businesses or solo entrepreneurs. That said, the value provided still outweighs the cost for me due to the time savings and professionalism it brings.

### "Brilliant documentation management if you use a lot of contractors and partners "

January 24, 2026

4.0

I definitely prefer Docusign to other documentation signing programmes for the simplicity, the reliability (I've been using it for over ten years and its not let me down) and how straightforward documentation management is, especially when you have multiple signers for multiple contracts in a given week.

Pros

Great value for money and easy to use. As I'm responsible for enrolling new partners and contractors, Docusign makes it so much easier for me to get documentation signed and stored - plus I can keep track of it. I've never known it to have bugs that stop my workday, though contract management isn't my every-day role.

Cons

Occasionally, I find it difficult to find the right part of the website for signing documentation with just one signer. I seem to get lost and accidentally email it to myself. I think the UX could be a little clearer so it's more straightforward to choose between numbers of signers.

Alternatives considered

[eSignature for SharePoint](https://www.capterra.com/p/135002/eSignature-for-SharePoint/)[PandaDoc](https://www.capterra.com/p/131735/PandaDoc/)

Reason for choosing Docusign

I have more experience with Docusign and know that it does what it says on the tin, plus Pandadoc seemed to have a slightly less straightfoward user experience. We also tried eSignature and it doesn't work very well for signers who aren't using a Google account. It's supposed to work for non-Google Mail users but we got feedback that it was constantly looping a log-in bug when they'd try so we stopped using it.

### "Extremely easy for something so important!"

November 18, 2025

5.0

I've used Docusign in multiple positions now with and without an integration in place and it's always extremely easy to use and helps us maintain great compliance!

Pros

Docusign makes getting signatures so easy that I'm always concerned I've done something wrong when I set up a new doc. It's pretty fool proof whether you have an integration in place or you're sending the document directly to them.

Cons

The only thing that I can think of is that it would be really helpful if there was a way to see the number of envelopes available from integrated systems. Maybe when the signed document is delivered back to the integrated system, adding a field of used envelopes and envelopes remaining would get it done! Another thing that would help a lot is if it would create an error if no anchor text is on the document.

### "Streamlined Document Signing and Workflows Made Simple"

July 7, 2026

4.0

Overall, Docusign provides a highly reliable, efficient, and secure platform that drastically speeds up the document signing process. The user experience for recipients is flawless, making it incredibly easy to get agreements executed on any device in minutes. However, while the core signing functionality is excellent, the platform can feel quite expensive for smaller teams, and navigating the advanced backend administration settings comes with a bit of a learning curve. Despite the premium pricing, its security, robust tracking, and sheer convenience make it an invaluable tool for modern workflows.

Pros

Seamless Ease of Use: The intuitive interface makes it incredibly simple for both the sender to set up templates and the recipient to sign documents in just a few clicks, without needing an account. Speed and Efficiency: It drastically reduces turnaround time. Documents that used to take days to print, sign, scan, and mail back can now be executed securely in a matter of minutes.

Cons

Pricing and Plan Tiers: The cost can escalate quickly, especially for small businesses or solo users. Some advanced features—like custom branding, bulk sending, or complex signer workflows—are locked behind more expensive subscription tiers. Overwhelming Admin Settings: While it is easy for the person signing, the backend administration dashboard can feel a bit complex and cluttered when you are trying to manage user permissions or set up advanced templates for the first time.

### "Signing documents is a pure bliss with DocuSign. The master tool for e-signing."

June 17, 2026

5.0

We have a whole department designated for managing documents of visitors, volunteers and sponsors of our facility and we implemented DocuSign to assist us in legalizing and validating these documents as well as signing agreements, contracts and visitors consent forms. Our overall experience with DocuSign has been really successful making it easy for us to sign documents digitally without having to deal with huge paperwork. DocuSign had allowed us to establish a very smooth documents signing experience which allows to collect signatures with much ease and accuracy.

Pros

Our education facility is quite busy and we get to deal with huge number of documents on daily basis and this drove us to find a solution for managing all these documents particularly the ones that need signing before they get stored. Thats why we started a partnership with DocuSign to help us to sign these documents in digital form rather than having loads of manual paperwork. With DocuSign, we have facilitated a smooth documents signing experience where we get to sign large number of documents easily and quickly without taking much of our time. We have been impressed by how easy it was for us to setup DocuSign and customize it to our liking which makes signing documents very straightforward. DocuSign provides us with great documents management features which allows us to easily prepare documents awaiting to be signed making it possible for us to ensure all documents have been signed as per the requirements. We also use it to sign mutual agreement documents with our sponsors and volunteers who we partner with to ensure the running of our educational facility.

Cons

DocuSign has a straightforward and intuitive user interface that has made our user experience very simple. We have had great time working with the documents management and signing features and are yet to find anything about DocuSign that does not sit well with us.

### "Happy and satisfied "

April 23, 2026

5.0

DocuSign is generally viewed as a reliable and widely used e-signature tool. It makes it easy to send, sign, and track documents online, though some users find it a bit pricey and slightly complex for advanced workflows.

Pros

The most valuable aspect of DocuSign is its streamlined e-signature workflow, which makes it easy to send, track, and securely execute agreements from anywhere with minimal friction.

Cons

The least appealing aspect of DocuSign is its pricing structure, which can become expensive as usage scales, especially for small teams or individuals. In addition, some users may find the advanced features require a learning curve, and the interface can feel a bit complex when managing more detailed workflows or integrations.

### "Reliable and Easy-to-Use Electronic Signature Platform"

June 29, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with DocuSign has been very positive. It is a dependable platform that makes document signing and routing much more efficient than traditional manual processes. The interface is user-friendly, document tracking is helpful, and it has been an effective tool for improving turnaround time and keeping agreements organized.

Pros

What I liked most about DocuSign was its ease of use and efficiency. It makes sending, signing, and tracking documents straightforward, which helps speed up the signature process and keeps document management organized.

Cons

What I liked least about DocuSign was that some features can feel limited depending on the subscription level, and the pricing can add up over time. While the core functionality is strong, access to more advanced workflow or administrative features may require a higher-cost plan.

### "Docu sign is the best"

March 9, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with DocuSign has been positive. It made signing and sending documents much faster and easier than dealing with paper forms. While the pricing and some features could be better, it’s still a reliable and convenient tool for handling important documents online.

Pros

What I liked most about DocuSign is how simple it made the whole signing process. I didn’t have to print anything or deal with scanning documents back. I could just open the document on my phone, add my signature, and send it back in a couple minutes. It made handling paperwork a lot faster and less stressful

Cons

What I liked least about DocuSign is that some features feel limited unless you pay for a higher plan. The pricing can get a little expensive if you need to send a lot of documents, and sometimes the setup for sending documents can feel a bit confusing the first time.

### "Extremely easy to use for both client and business"

September 2, 2026

5.0

We use DocuSign daily for applications and transactions, and very rarely run into any issues. Usually, if there are any issues, it is because the client is not as familiar as we are with the product and we kind of have to walk them through it. Very rarely the fault of DocuSign!

Pros

It is extremely easy to use on both sides of the transaction. Sending it out is very easy and then receiving it as a signer is also very easy. I very rarely run into instances where I am confused at how to do something on this platform. That is huge for a business that sends out at least 10 DocuSigns per week.

Cons

If I had to pick one thing that could be better, it would be increased speed of signing. It is already very fast, so this is very picky, but there are times where it lags a little bit.

### "Docusign is a reliable and safe product for all your documents"

June 22, 2026

5.0

Overall , it’s been very effective across-the-board for me. I’ve never had any challenges other than a couple times. They did charge me when I didn’t send documents out or if a document wasn’t riding I think somehow another they had me mixed up with multiple accounts so we did get it fixed though.

Pros

I like that I can send my documents to all signers at one time and that it notifies me when I need to resend it if I haven’t gotten signatures back and also I can go back and find them even if it’s a year later I can still go back and find it

Cons

What I like least about it is that the price I think because sometimes we do a lot and sometimes we don’t I wish they kind of had a median type of a pricing

### "Gladly Docusign documents will actually send"

June 17, 2026

5.0

Since I no longer need to wait for each client to print a copy of their contract and then fax or email the scanned copy back to me (since many of my clients live in different time zones), I feel relieved.

Pros

I was also surprised when Docusign did not totally lock up my browser while viewing the status of my sent documents. I'm typing this while sitting in a broken office chair leaning to the left. It seems to be working properly with respect to sending liability waivers to clients, although I had thought that it would fail. There is an option within Docusign to create your own signature by drawing it which did not break my mouse. At least there is some comfort knowing that Docusign will work as needed and the customer support is there when I need it.

Cons

To say that I am underwhelmed by the pricing structure for plans (without a "free" subscription) is a gross understatement. As much as I dislike being unable to customize the content of emails that Docusign sends to my clients, I hate how they appear as spam.

### "Simple and Easy to Use E-Signature Platform"

May 31, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Docusign has been very positive. It has helped simplify contract management and makes it easy to obtain signatures electronically. The platform is reliable, secure, and easy for recipients to use, even if they have never signed documents electronically before. I’ve found it especially useful for sales agreements, contracts, and business documentation where convenience is important. For organizations looking to modernize their document signing process, Docusign is a dependable and professional solution.

Pros

What I liked most about Docusign is how easy it makes the document signing process for both senders and recipients. The platform is intuitive, user-friendly, and significantly reduces the time required to collect signatures compared to traditional paper-based processes. I also appreciate the ability to track document status in real time, send automated reminders, and securely store completed agreements. The integrations with business tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft SharePoint to help streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Cons

One downside with Docusign is that pricing can become expensive for smaller businesses or teams that may require advanced features, multiple users, or higher document volumes. Some customization and workflow automation capabilities are also reserved for higher-tier plans.

### "Docusign: The Signature Platform All Professionals Need"

April 1, 2026

5.0

Overall, I am very pleased with the program. The staff have been flexible with us when we've asked for accommodations and assistance.

Pros

Docusign is a phenomenal platform. I'm always surprised at how easy it is to send documents to our clients, ensure documents are correct prior to signing and manage my workflow effectively.

Cons

I don't have many negatives to mention. At times Docusign invitations get buried in client's inboxes so they can't be found, but that's more of a client issue than an issue for Docusign.
