I find navigating through the documents and highlighting the needed areas, switching between who needs to sign, if it is a complete signature or just initials is easy. Pros DocuSign remembers previous forms used and will auto populate the fields that need to be filled in by the receiver. Cons It is a pay in advance for envelopes being sent, so when you are not using the envelopes as much as you thought, you have already paid for the service you are not using. I’ve used it across different industries and never had issues with delivery or compliance. It saves time, keeps things moving, and makes it easy for everyone involved. Pros It takes all the friction out of getting things signed. I’ve used it for contracts, agreements, and onboarding forms, and it’s always been fast and straightforward. No printing, no scanning, no chasing. You send it, they sign it, and it’s done. The audit trail is also helpful when you need to keep records clean. Cons The interface can feel dated, and organizing documents after they’ve been signed isn’t always intuitive. All the instructions are clearly displayed allowing users to accomplish their tasks with little to no problems. Thanks to the clear instructions, it allows for easy task management between team members. I sign something, then my boss signs, so it helps with project management as well. We can see who's accomplished a task with the confirmed receipts, so I appreciate the system a lot. Cons I haven't really run into major issues. With endless options on document envelope creation, each work is customizable to suit the needs of your projects. Thus, making the workflow much more manageable. Pros I like the ease of use to be able to send documents to the client. You are able to edit fields and insert signature blocks with client information to avoid confusion. It is a great value for money as the pros heavily outweigh the cons. Cons If an envelope were to expire, you are sent an email alerting of the expires envelope, but not which envelope exactly is expired and you must dig through DocuSign to figure it out. I think it's easy to follow, the only thing might be pricing, but I think it's well worth the money! You don't have to actually make signatures, and instead click to sign which makes it a lot easier. Cons It doesn't feel like it lets you read the document; it feels more like it is pushing you to get over with it rather than read the document. As an end-user customer, the free personal account to manage your documents is nice. Pros DocuSign for sure has the best interface and flow of the signing apps on the market today. Cons DocuSign plans are expensive for small volumes. But as a customer, if you're not looking to get your own documents signed, you can still create a free account (you should!) to keep all documents sent to you for signature are kept. I have used it multiple times to sign certain documents, and it has been easy for all parties involved. Pros I like that you are able to add multiple people for a document and see where it is at in the process the whole time. Docusign is especially an incredible time saver, as a managing \[sensitive content hidden\], timing is critical in all the strategies that we put forward and Docusign facilitates smooth and paperwork approval and submission. Even our non technical clients are able to use this platform because it is far to simple. Additionally it keeps a clear record of all our paperwork without any manual efforts of printing, signing, filing. I'm the last financial year statement, I realised that we had a revenue boost of upto 47% which was a result of reaching out clients digitally and cutting on printing papers and ink toners. Pros We settled with Docusign because of its many top advantages. It is incredibly easy to use and navigate it's intuitive design even for our least technical team members and clients and this makes digital approval of large volumes of pages a breeze. This technology is affordable and even better it cut the cost of it printing, scanning and manually signing. Additionally, Docusign is the sheriff of convenience and it allows us to send documents via emails and drive for approval which are accessible through office desktops or mobile phone which speed up the rate of ratifying contracts and business strategies. While sending documents, Docusign allow us to specify the order in which the other party should sign. It allows us to clearly indicate where people should put their signatures, initials, or date. To ensure nothing slips off the crack, Docusign enable us to set automatic reminders to keep us updated and notify us when we need to sign a document. It also gives visibility of the status of documents signing process. I really appreciate that, Docusign really value security. Authentication and encryption of documents make them tamper proof and ensure that just the right people access them. This enable us to comfortably use sensitive business documents on Docusign and it has really hastened administrative tasks Cons We have not had any drawbacks with Docusign. We were able to seamlessly configure and adapt Docusign in our workspace, designate all parties that need to approve documents without any troubles. The tons of benefits we reap from Docusign outweighs any hitch and I therefore recommend it to other businesses to experience it and understand what makes Docusign really special. Docusign cost me thousands of dollars because it wastes a lot of my time with its inefficiency. I'm going to switch to Juno instead. Pros Nothing. It is by far the worst service I have ever used, and I have used a lot of them. Try one of their competitors. Cons I tried three different browsers, and it wouldn't let me log in. It said my number was invalid. Worst service ever. There is a reason they are the leader on this. However, they need to greatly improve their contracts, clarity and customer service. It is hard to navigate. Pros The program is awesome. And using it is a breeze. Cons The contracts and customer service are very confusing. It was so hard to change our contract and to speak to the same person more than once. First time users won't have a lot of friction figuring out how to use docusign. Cons One area docusign could improve on is their phone app. Their phone app isn't as friendly to use as their desktop website and some features have conflicting names which is sometimes confusing.
