### "Terrible Billing and Customer Service Issues"

April 6, 2020

4.0

Bad.

Pros

The product is useful. Easy to make duplicate documents and resend.

Cons

Their customer service. I cancelled my subscription and downgraded my service to the free account. I was assured in writing by a customer service rep that I would not be charged. I was. I called them which was a pain, I was disconnected several times. They couldn't explain what happened or why I was charged. They submitted a "refund request".... so much for the customer is always right. They told me it would take 10-14 business days to get my money back... 14 business days later, 3.5 calendar weeks, no refund! I called again today and more issues, disconnected. They can't explain why the refund didn't process after asking persistently the best they could say was "system error" Seems like a big scam to me not to give people their money back. scam scam scam. They told me today I have to wait another 10-14 business days to process another refund request. I've never heard of a refund taking that long to process before. I will not be recommending DocuSigns service to anyone.

I have used DocuSign system for well over sixteen years and I definitely would recommend the system as a number one system to use for gathering signatures because it’s user friendly, convenient, and because it keeps records.

Pros

DocuSign system is user friendly and a self explanatory system. It pretty must guides the user as they are signing their documents. It is one of the best system to use for getting signatures.

Cons

I really do t have any drawbacks about the system.

### "Very User Friendly"

February 16, 2023

Pros

DocuSign is very easy to learn as an Admin, Basic User, or Client. It's easy to add your documents and ensure the signatures, initials, electronic signature stamp, or what have you, are exactly how you need them. You can easily make templates for regular use and access past documents.

Cons

I didn't have any problems with the software, period. It suited my needs perfectly. We did recently end up discontinuing service as electronic signatures were included as a package with other software we purchased.

This software has helped my productivity grow by taking less time to get required documents signed and returned to me quickly.

Pros

Being able to sign documents from anywhere in the world is amazing, I no longer have to wait weeks for signed documents to be returned to me a click of the mouse is all that is needed now. The simplicity of having all documents in one place is hands down one of the best features for me. It was so easy to get started using with my business. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing something signed.

Cons

For my business cant find any negatives about this software it has literally been a life saver for me

### "Docu-Sign-This"

May 11, 2023

Having a digital record of all of our contract being signed (or not) helps us keep organized. HUGE PLUS

Pros

No more need for the use of printers since our business is 100% on-site, making the signing of contracts so much easier and cleaner than having to lug a portable printer around, to print the contract and have signed.

Cons

To be perfectly honest, the pricing is a bit steep especially if you work in as much volume as we do within our organization. But once you make that leap it's pretty hard to shy away from it.

DocuSign is widely considered to be a reliable and efficient digital signature software.

The software has a simple and intuitive interface, which makes it easy to use for both senders and signers.

Cons

DocuSign can be relatively high compared to other similar digital signature software options.

Spreads with document sign is been wonderful I really like it and the reason why I say that is because it’s digital and you can just sign it and then just move on so you don’t have to get paper form and give it to them and get it back and all the other stuff you can just sign it and send it off

Pros

Most about this software is that you can sign in anywhere everywhere and with whoever and it is digital or mobile where you can get it right back

Cons

If I would at least like about this is I can send it to the wrong person’s hands but it can be used to be crimination but besides that if you know what you’re doing and you do it correctly then you’ll be good

### "DocuSign Software Review"

January 24, 2020

This is the fastest, most convenient way for us to get documentation signed by our clients. It streamlines so much of our contact with them so we do not have to fax a copy of a document over and have them fax it back. It is a safe and secure way to transfer our documents. We also use this internally with our staff when they are starting.

Pros

This software is so easy to use. When I was brand new to using this software, it was easy to navigate and they've only made it better as time goes on and they continue to update and improve. I love the drag and drop feature so I do not have to fish through my uploads to find the document I want. The layout is convenient and easy to use as well with the tabs that keep my templates, home and management right at the top so I can quickly click to a different aspect of the software that I need. Oddly enough, one of my favorite features is the top right on the home page that tells me how many documents have "action required," "waiting on others," and "expiring soon." This tells me at a very quick glance what I need to work on first.

Cons

I wish there was an option to edit the document once uploaded. If there is, I do not know about it. I would like to be able to do all of my editings and then send for client signatures in one place. Instead, I have to use other software like Adobe to edit my PDFs before uploading and sending them.

### "Streamlines the paperwork process"

July 25, 2019

5.0

Overall, DocuSign has saved me time by streamlining the paperwork signing and submittal process, and has saved me the headache of tracking down lost paperwork by saving all my signed agreements in one secure location. Additionally, when I send out paperwork to external parties to be signed, I get it back much more quickly than I would if I was relying on a paper system. DocuSign saves time, and cuts down on paper waste and hassle- 10/10 would recommend!

Pros

I have used DocuSign from time to time at various organizations, and let me tell you, it is so much easier than the alternative. I remember the hassle of having to wait for an offer letter or business document to come in the mail, borrow a friend's printer to print it, sign it, and either scan it or mail it back in. Huge headache! With DocuSign you get an email invitation, click the link, sign your documents electronically, and boom you're done in just a few mins! Cuts down on paper waste, and really saves so much time. Plus, any time we have to send a document out to an external party, we get it signed and returned much more quickly as well. Also, DocuSign saves all the documents you've ever signed, so if you're prone to losing offer letters, lease agreements, etc, it's great to be able to log in and have all your important paperwork stored securely in one place. I would definitely recommend DocuSign as someone who uses it personally and as someone who relies on others to use it to send signed paperwork back!

Cons

The ONLY con I can think of is if maybe you're uncomfortable with entering personal information online this might be an issue, but it's very secure and most any software requires you to enter personal info at some point.

### "Middle of the road"

September 15, 2021

4.0

DocuSign overall is a great product and is really helpful to my business. It streamlines processes and does the chasing if documents are overdue which gives me back so much time! Previously, I would chase up every client for days/weeks and it's hard to keep track of these things and find the time. DocuSign automates this and does the heavy lifting. It's nice to have electronic signatures and reduces the need for paper. Overall, I'm happy with the service, despite the price tag.

Pros

I find that DocuSign is quite easy to use and I get notifications regularly updating me on the progress of documents which is great. The speed at which documents can be prepared and sent is a distinct advantage.

Cons

It's a bit on the pricey side, but nothing too extreme. Their customer service is pretty average. I had an issue with my logo being way too large in emails when sending out documents. Their team got back to me and told me I need to resize it per their standards but gave me no further help as to how to do it. API integration is really costly.

### "A great time & resource saver for businesses and professionals looking to improve productivity"

May 31, 2021

5.0

The fact that DocuSign saves time, cost, & the environment - all at the same time is spot on. The holistic experience that I had and continue to have with DocuSign is absolutely incredible since we save a lot of time and improve productivity using the software to sign our legal & start-up documents, especially at a time when we are raising external investment and onboarding new customers.

Pros

DocuSign is accelerating the switch to digital work culture and being a business with environmental protection goals, the fact that using DocuSign removes the need for printing, scanning or faxing papers is the big selling point. Plus, the ease of use in different platforms from phones to tablets to PCs works great when you have a team that is spread across and is on the constant move. What was great was the opportunity to get a free trial without having to provide credit card details - this allowed us to make a much more of a rational judgement.

Cons

Understandably, the reality of the digital signature is very low when compared to physically signed ones and I hope the realism will set in as technology progresses. In my opinion, this is the least likes feature of not just DocuSign, but any e-signature software platform - this could impend the adoption of e-signature due to the concerns of replication of non-realistic looking digital signatures. Audit trails are a great security addition, but the security concerns will remain until industries across & wide including insurance, banking, etc. all adopt & accept digital signatures.

Pros

The thing I like most about Docusign is that it made group signing and contract signing easy and secure. Compare to other document signing application the cost for Docusign is much lower.

Cons

I think the interface can be a bit more pleasing but other than that there is nothing you can dislike much about Docusign. Docusign gives a lot of benefits for the user function wise or price wise.

Docusign is, without a doubt, an e-signature and document management solution that has left a lasting impression on my professional experience. When considering how this program has influenced my work and my ability to manage documents and electronic signatures effectively. In summary, my experience with Docusign has been exceptional. This program has not only revolutionized the way we manage documents and sign agreements, but it has also improved our efficiency, security and collaboration. Docusign is, without a doubt, a professional-level solution that more than meets the expectations of modern companies seeking excellence in document management.

Pros

DocuSign is an invaluable ally in the digital age and its file sharing capabilities contribute significantly to efficient and secure document management. This tool, backed by its impressive focus on security and compliance, has changed the way companies manage their documents and raised productivity to unprecedented levels.

Cons

I wouldn't change a thing. This has helped me incredibly in my work.

### "Sign Away"

February 5, 2019

5.0

The main problem DocuSign has solved for us is being able to cut back on staff saving us money and being able to offer it as an option within SalesForce to get documents, that would have taken days to sign and scanned, done in a matter of minutes.

Pros

DocuSign has been a major solution for our platform, namely SalesForce. The integration is great and allows our clients the ability to instantly sign documents and allows our agents to close cases in a timely manner. Prior to DocuSign it was tedious to scan, print, send etc. and our backlog was required a team of members working just on documents and signatures alone. With DocuSign one agent can handle the task saving a small fortune in employment. There's no special training needed to use it, and we can send it within SalesForce and be done. Awesome platform and I was glad to see I could review this product.

Cons

If there is a negative to be had it is usually with the clients figuring how to use it. Our agents always gives a brief overview to ensure signing is quick and easy and it works. I really don't have a negative, its been a great add on for us.

### "Docusign Review "

January 16, 2023

By and large, I'll continuously utilize DocuSign. I like that I can rapidly send it over to my understudies, get contracts endorsed from recently enlisted understudies. In view of DocuSign, I'm ready to finish new understudy agreements and everything is simpler to save since I'm presently paperless!! I LOVE that it doesn't gobble up space on my gadgets since there's no downloading entanglements with this item.

Pros

DocuSign is Astounding!! so natural to utilize it saves money on postage and time to get things back that we want from clients

Cons

The main thing I want to do is take the information submitted into a structure (for instance, a number put into one box and the name of who entered it) and afterward put that into an identifiable calculation sheet. Yet, this isn't the principal usefulness of the framework so I get why this has not been completely flushed out yet. In any case it turns out perfect for every one of the manners in which we use it.

### "Docusign: part of the backbone of our business."

September 14, 2021

Perfect for businesses that rely of off contracts. Never off base and the performance of Docusign is very professional both in look and functionality; great product!

Pros

Get contracts back fast! The ability to look up contracts from when we first started to receive them is a plus as well. If there is any doubt about the contract and it's legitimacy it even records the IP address of where it was signed.

Cons

Not many holes in this one! With the functions that need to be done it preforms optimally.

### "(SUPERIOR TRACKING) Industry Leader / There Before Everyone Else"

December 4, 2018

5.0

As stated above, the fact they did the legal legwork to get this type of electronic signing service through the channels in the US and internationally speaks volumes. It allowed me to win cases that were necessary as I mentioned above. This alone saved untold amount of money, and the compliance aspect alone that does not exist with Adobe alone with the support is crucial. If the big banks, law firms, medical firms, and most likely goverment institutions are using it, you probably should to

Pros

I started using DocuSign when they first came out. They happen to have the best software approved across the world in most legal situations. Their tracking for viewers, time document viewed, IP address, number of times accessed on the document and those details were crucial to winning legal cases. This alone is far and above the superior tracking many other signing systems do not have integrated nearly as well as DocuSign. Additionally, the clients ease of use for signing has improved each year they have been around. It is my hand's down favorite.

Cons

The learning curve at first, the initial set up. I believe they did not offer support set up, and it is also the cost leader for more expensive document signing processes, however, as I mentioned above, when something has saved serious money and time by proving legal cases it makes sense. If you are a simple company you could get away with a cheaper service, but if you really want to make sure you have iron clad contracts signed, and tracked everywhere to cover your tail, this is the service. Make sure you set it up right from the beigning to use all the features. Failue to do so would result in not taking full advantage of the power it holds.

### "Hard to sign, but free & easy to insert"

May 26, 2019

4.0

My overall experience is that docusign is easy to use, there are great attachments, and that it is something that every self-employed person needs in order to get through the day. You should not expect a neat or perfect signature, but it gets the job done!

Pros

I have been using this software for several years in order to sign cover letters for job applications, art contracts, professional emails, and other kinds of important documents that require that online hand-written touch. I think that the software has worked best when used in Google Docs. There is an easy extension that allows you sign directly onto a letter that you are writing, and create a new fresh signature for each letter if you would like to. I think that given that it is free, that there is a free extension and other stuff like that, it is a pretty seamless transition when using it. The most important thing to me as a software user is that something is easy and that I'm not spending all my time googling what has to happen next just for me to do a simple action like signing a document. I think that this is why docusign is very successful, you do not need extra steps, to google extra questions, or do anything else. I am also glad that they don't charge for this because there is no way I would be willing to pay to sign a document no matter how great it was! I am tired of paying for small online moves.

Cons

I think that it is very difficult to get a good looking signature on the actual signing area, I have tried using a mouse and a mouse pad and neither have a very great result. I am not sure if this is the coding in the software or just the awkwardness of signing something using what a computer has to offer. I would say that if you are looking for the signature to match your extact one in real life, good luck with that, don't use docusign, it will not look the same at all. I think that if you are looking for an exact signature, you need to get a scanner and scan it into your computer. You really can't expect perfection with free software.

### "Even if it doesnt work they will keep your money. "

June 29, 2022

You pay for envelopes you do not use, if the program does not nowrk they cannot fix it and will not give you your money back.

Pros

That it is supposed to gather electronic signatures for Real estate Contracts in real time when it works.

Cons

I have been using docusign for years without issue. Suddenly the program began to skip initials and allow clients to submit unsigned documents. It only allows so many "envelopes"per month. So when the program is not working you have to call and beg for them to replace the envelope. I had to call and asked to have the problem fixed. It ended up really affecting a real estate transaction not having access to wasted envelopes. I had to cancel my service. I asked that I be reimbursed for the 4 months I will not be using the service because it was an issue with docusign and not me. After over an hour on the phone not only was not allowed to speak to a manager, they refused to refund my money. Although it was an issue with their program that caused me serious problems and affected my clients being able to respond in the indicated allowed time, they are going to keep my $40. They do not stand by their service. Most of the time when I called customer service to ask for wasted envelopes back they gave me a hard time only to end up giving me an envelope anyways. If you do not use any of your envelopes they will not be available to use the next month. They do not roll over. So you will pay for envelopes and service you did not use. There are other e signature service providers that are much better/less expensive/ better service. Best to do some research before you choose your company. Or you too will pay docusign to possibly not work and affect your transactions negatively.

### "DocuSign, electronic signature for your company"

February 1, 2023

4.0

It saves a lot of time and resources, it is convenient for the digital transformation of a company, an email is sent, the recipient signs it and that's it, you can automate the sending and exchange of documents to be signed and this increases efficiency in a company.

Pros

It is a good solution for online signatures, in my company we use it for multiple things, from contracts, document signatures, IRS, what I like is that it has several ready-to-use templates, the documents are intuitive for the user, they indicate where to sign and reminders can be sent before the deadline. And of course all this without using physical papers, it can be used from any device, and there is always a backup of the documents.

Cons

Using their own templates is easy, but at the same time they are limited if you want to add more spaces, another negative point is the customer service, it is slow and difficult to contact, you have to send tickets and this is a delay for my work.
