Prompt notifications with status updates about documents that have been signed. has a good security with document delivery and signing too. I have appreciated being able to sign documents from the comfort of my own home. Pros is a great tool for capturing necessary signatures for anything ranging from contracts to financial records. I have loved using it throughout the years for ease of use and availability. Cons Sometimes the hoops you have to jump through to set up your account can seem a little daunting. It would seem to be easier to set up your account once and then sign in. Sometimes I am asked to sign in, and other times I am not. It's nice to have a record of all the things I have signed, however. It is always easy and it emails you a copy so you always have all your documents. Pros I like how easy it makes it to fill out the forms and it takes me exactly where I need to sign. It allows me to make my own signature or adopt a pre made signature which doesn't look terrible. Cons I dislike having to upload an ID. April 17, 2025 5.0 In my line of work as a nurse, i usually have a lot documents to sign especially for the patients and has been very useful in this. It allows me to sign documents with ease using e-signatures making the signing process very easy and fast. DocuSign helps me to sign and share signed documents in bulk which is a really useful thing when i have loads of documents to sign. Pros has a bulk send feature which comes in handy and saves me time whenever i have many documents to sign and send back. Setting up a reusable e-signature was easy and this allows me to sign new documents quickly. DocuSign has incredibly advanced security tools that help keep all documents being signed safe. They also help keep my e-signature private to avoid someone else using it. DocuSign document management tools helps keep documents that are to be signed well organized making it easy to know which ones has been signed already and which ones are pending. Pros Sending contracts to vendors and getting a legally binding signature within minutes is a massive time-saver. Cons The workflow for correcting a document after it has been sent is frustratingly rigid. For the number of envelopes that we actually use per month, it's expensive. The security and professionalism is still a given, and I love that the process is quick while still feeling worthwhile. So for we have not had to purchase the software as other companies that we are associated with have the membership so I cannot directly speak on the value for money. I believe it would be worth it though. We have used customer support one time when we encountered a situation as mentioned above with forwarding the emailed documents and they were very helpful and responded promptly. Pros We use for many contracts and agreements in our business. I like that it is very easy to use. All steps are prompted and direct. All documents that you have signed are easy to find and manage because they are emailed to you. It is easy to manage workflow and keep everything straight because of the simple email process that they use. Cons does not have any bugs or privacy issues that I know of. I appreciate that it is safe and secure at least as far as I know. The only difficult thing I have found with the software is that if the email is sent to an individual who needs sig, that person cannot forward it to anyone else for review or the link will be broken. This way our team is only pulled into a contract review IF they need to be, as opposed to being a check-box activity in which they sign just because they have to with the system automatically adding them. Docusign allows us to choose who needs to sign, and in what order. Pros is incredibly easy for our sales team to send, receive and organize Contracts, Files and Templates in one convenient location. Cons The UI hasn't changed in any meaningful way, where other competitors are beginning to catch-up. Our company required a signing solution that was quick and easy to use, this is not it. We also need to sign several contract immideatly, and the lack of proper support makes it so we do not wish to use for our document managment and signing solution Pros Modern UI, large amount of documentation, easy to create an account that you use to purchase licence. Cons Difficult to use. we immediately experienced issues assigning a licence. There is no support at all; even with a Business Pro account, we recived a standard answer from the support assitant that did not help us at all. Our card was charged, but we’re still not able to use the account properly. We bought the Business Pro plan and expected more follow-up than this, and certainly not issues assigning licences. Clucky UI and low value for money. Their plan and pricing structure is also very complicated and hard to manage what is correct for us.
