It is reliable and pretty simple to use. Cost is not bad. There are a few user issues, but it's the best that I have used. Pros Relatively easy to use, nice interface. I like the option to add a cc who doesn't need to sign (so everyone gets copies). I like the overview of what's signed and what isn't, this is useful. Cons Sometimes the switch between setting up signers can be a little confusing (but I can't think of a better way to do it). The noises are so annoying (there is now a super annoying ping when something gets signed - why?). Delegated signing and shared accounts are very confusing (I've never worked them out) and I use this regularly. They were once a market leader in this space, but I believe that is no longer the case. I like their integrations with SaaS applications but much to be desired with UI/UX Pros They have a fairly good UI, although it can be a pain for first time users and people who have never used a digital signature application before. I like their integrations with a lot of suites including Google Workspace and MS Office.
