### "A digital MUST in this day and age!"

April 24, 2025

4.0

Very neat and tidy. I love that we do not have to push a bunch of paper around. I love that a copy gets sent to the signer as well for their own records and they dont have to ask and wait for it. Having templates is a huge time saver, especially when we are constantly onboarding new people nearly every other week. I am still learning how to use it and have accidentally trashed docs before, I also wish I could correct things or add documents even after parties have signed, but Im figuring it out!

Pros

So many options for possible fields. Ex: I can create fields for specifically dates, initials, names, signatures, checked boxes, etc

Cons

I wish there was a bypass feature. Ex: maybe page two asks for information that is only needed depending on how you answered page one. They could type "-" to skip whatever they want but an official bypass feature could be handy.

### "Easy to use "

February 21, 2026

4.0

Great, fast for signing documents and getting copies sent to you in email afterward. Creates signature for me

Pros

Fast to sign documents and lets you download the form after: automatically creates a signature for you and skips to the places to sign on the sheet.

Cons

I don't have cons yes as I have had good experiences as a user so far and haven't faced challenges with it

### "The Industry Standard"

October 22, 2025

5.0

Pros

The ease of use and the sheer amount of adoptability makes this the go to form signing software. It is secure and easy to manage large amounts of documents. Contracts are easy to create and manage for both sides of the transaction. The price is low relative to the value docusign provides.

Cons

My only issue that I had was transferring documents in mass between accounts, but that was due to my own errors mostly.

### "Amazing for simple workflows and contract management"

April 23, 2026

4.0

Pros

Lots of customisable option you can put in your documents, helps with managing multistep workflows by making contract tracking easier.

Cons

Integrations being limited with existing software, setting up integrations with 3rd party tools can be excessive. Some features require too many clicks, I guess that is the downside of customizability.

### "Docusign: A Premier Digital Signature Platform"

June 12, 2025

5.0

My experience with Docusign has always been fantastic. The Docusing CMS and TAMs are off the charts good. They are always looking for way to improve our processes and simplify the end user experience.

Pros

Docusign is the clear winner in lightweight CLM and digital signature collection and validation. During the COVID era, I was able to deploy Docusign as an enterprise digital signature platform across a 7000 person org within weeks, to replace paper-based signature gathering processes. The setup and deployment process was straight-forward and easy.

Cons

The pricing structure was very much slanted in favor or Docusign. The idea of guessing envelope usage volume, overages, and expirations is rather daunting. The constant process of negotiating the next set of envelopes is painful. Docusign is extremely powerful and very good at what it does. It is also pretty inflexible as to how it can be leveraged. I tried to extend the capability into different processes, but found that we couldn't leverage Docusign for ad-hoc signature collection.

### "So convenient."

December 19, 2025

5.0

It's secure. It's safe and you can send this electronically. Saves so much time as business owners POV.

Pros

How easy it is to sign your paperwork and how it allows you to jump to each section requiring a signature.

Cons

Costly. I've done some accounting for my business and explored DocuSign but realized it can be a bit much as a small business startup.

### "Docusign to Completion"

December 19, 2025

4.0

Smooth sailing for the most part, easy to get an administrative assistant to complete which streamlines the process for the management team to focus on the details and not the admin side of things.

Pros

Docusign is an easy way to get construction contract documentation signed and audited as the process moves to completion. Also, makes it easy for sending the signed copies back and forth for review and other such comments.

Cons

I did not like how its difficult to edit the document besides signatures within it, definitely have to redo the whole process if there are mistakes, which is not a bad thing per say but just more time.

### "Seamless use and Efficient! "

November 17, 2025

5.0

Its great, its been a helpful tool when we need to get things done or can't move forward without a signature.

Pros

Seamlessly send and receive things to sign, we all work different hours in the company so being able to send it and know you will get the signature back is a game changer in efficiency.

Cons

Nothing really, I have not have any issues with the functionality, although based on their reputation I feel if there were any issues in the future we would get great customer support.

### "User Friendly tool for Signing Docs Online"

December 26, 2025

3.0

Nice professional tool that makes the document workflows simple but the pricing is high and only large companies can afford it, sometimes I wonder how a simple idea of getting the documents sign digitally can turn into such a big company.

Pros

It is one of the nice tools to get your contracts or other similar documents signed remotely, like employee joining contracts or lease documents.

Cons

Although it is a nice software to get the paper work done without meeting in person , the pricing structure is very high and quite out of reach for small business or individual.

### "5 stars - will not use any other app"

July 15, 2025

5.0

Overall, my experience with this software has been good. I use it professionally as well as personally and it’s super simple and easy.

Pros

I enjoy this software because it is simple to use and send out documents. I use this software on a daily basis and will always use it in the future

Cons

One thing that I wish would be better on this app would be to be able to find voided documents easier. As it is now, it is not easy to search for them.

Excellent. Nothing but positive comments for this program. I use it frequently and there has never been an issue for me or the recipient.

Pros

Super easy to use. Helpful to be able to print the document prior to signing it. I love the speed with receiving the confirmation as well.

Cons

There is not anything that I feel is a negative. I use the program quite often and I have never had an issue with it.

### "There could be improvements "

November 12, 2025

5.0

Pros

Docusign is the OG of the digital signing game and they don't mess around. Their tools allow you to customize your signing to what you need. The ability to collaborate in a number of manners is helpful as well

Cons

I have regular signers that docusign refuses to map regardless of how I set them up meaning I regularly finagle ways to make docusign work for me.

### "Getting Signatures Made Effortless"

August 5, 2025

5.0

Obtaining signatures from clients for insurance applications has made managing my time easier. Instead of using regular work email and them having to print , sign and bring into office or having to scan it and send back. Having all uploads/scanned paperwork organized as well with all completed/expiring soon/waiting for others/etc. all being separated by category making finding files found easy and being able to attach them to my system and clients Profile on Hawksoft.

Pros

Docusign is very easy to use and helpful on a day to day basis making it easy to manage all documents needed for signatures. You are able to rename documents so they are easier to find instead of it being attached and showing whatever the scanned document is coming up as.

Cons

Docusign is very good on not having it be slow nor having bugs nor issues. whoever made this app is a genius !

### "reliable electronic signature management"

August 11, 2025

4.0

DocuSign has drastically reduced the time I spend managing signatures and has made it easier to work with clients from other countries without physical paperwork.

Pros

I have been using DocuSign for over a year now to send and receive contracts digitally. The most useful thing for me is being able to create templates with custom fields (name, date, signature, initials), set up a flow of signers in sequential order and add SMS code authentication. I also appreciate that it allows you to import documents directly from Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox and that it can integrate with CRMs such as Salesforce, which speeds up sales work. The control panel shows in real time the status of each document: sent, viewed, signed or rejected.

Cons

When the document exceeds 25 MB, the loading becomes slow and, in some cases, fails without giving a clear error message.

### "Docusign for electronic signatures"

May 1, 2026

4.0

I haven't had any issues so far. I used Adobesign longer so was more used to it, but it isn't a big learning curve.

Pros

I like Docusign for sending out items for electronic signature. It is much faster than trying to get a wet signature.

Cons

I thought Adobesign was more user friendly. I liked the layout of it better, but Docusign gets the job done.

### "The easiest to use e-signature tool of all time."

February 4, 2025

5.0

DocuSign has transformed our signing tasks into the digital era by helping us to transition from the handwritten signatures to paperless e-signatures. It makes it easy and quick to sign documents. Thanks to DocuSign, am able to sign documents from anywhere at any time even when am on the field.

Pros

DocuSign has the most advanced data protection tools that makes it possible to sign confidential documents securely. It is easy to access on my mobile and laptop which allows me to sign documents from anywhere especially when am on the field. DocuSign is very easy to use and signing a document takes very little of my time. It also has a secure file sharing tool that makes it easy to share signed documents with the relevant parties.

Cons

No troubles encountered with DocuSign. I genuinely find nothing in DocuSign to dislike.

### "Docusign - B2B HR Tech Sales"

March 3, 2026

4.0

Docusign is used for part of my sales process to complete and execute contracts. Because it is integrated into our systems, it is smooth and secure.

Pros

Most companies that I work with utilize Docusign as well and are comfortable using it to sign contracts. The familiarity and ease of use makes document exchange feel secure.

Cons

It's directly integrated into our Salesforce which can sometimes create confusion when sending out contracts. Customers can sometimes be confused on the person it's coming from.

### "Digital method to ease signature facility"

March 23, 2026

5.0

my experience with docusign is very good. i always use digital signature facility provided by docusign.

Pros

it's a very convenient way to sign a paper in digital form. you don't need to worry about the document because no changes or edits can be done with any method you try. so your document is safe and secure. even docusign provides you with the facility to use its own digital signature created using your name.

Cons

only one cons that i usually find is the space they provide for signature column. its too small for big names. please provide a custom space to sign.

### "Trusted by Clients, Easy to Use"

January 14, 2026

5.0

I like that most clients are already familiar with DocuSign and trust the brand. Using a well-known platform builds confidence in the signing process, and avoids the hesitation that can come with unfamiliar e-signature services.

Pros

DocuSign is very easy to use and saves a significant amount of time. The signing process is intuitive for both senders and recipients, works seamlessly across devices, and eliminates the need for printing, scanning, or mailing documents. It also provides clear audit trails and notifications, which makes tracking document statuses simple.

Cons

I like pricing the least. It seems to be high, especially for occasional users, and some features are locked behind higher-tier plans.

### "Docusign for the Contract Win"

October 15, 2025

4.0

We are pleased with how well it works and enough companies use it that it is common to see and our customers know what to expect.

Pros

Working in an industry that requires contracts it is nice to have a way to send them digitally. In this day and age wet signatures cab be impractical.

Cons

It has a limited amount of "envelopes" per plan and if you are going to go over that before your year is up it can be difficult to get the few extra ones you might need to h I ld you iver until you renew without paying $$$.

### "DocuSign is The Way To Do Business"

April 24, 2026

4.0

Pros

I like how DocuSign notifies you when the other party or parties has signed the document. It also allows you to make changes easily without having to go through customer service.

Cons

I don't like how it doesn't adapt well on different mobile devices, particularly phones since I often Docusign different contracts while on the go.

### "Fast, reliable, and clients already know how to use it"

December 22, 2025

5.0

It removes the friction from closing deals. We used to wait days for people to print, sign, and scan. Now, we get contracts back in minutes. It works: Value for Money.

Pros

Ease of Use is the biggest selling point. Our clients never ask, "how do I sign this?" They just click and sign. The mobile app is fantastic for checking the status of a document while I'm away from my desk.

Cons

Once an envelope is sent, collaboration is difficult. If a client notices a typo, I have to void the entire envelope and start over. It would be nice to have better redlining features directly inside the platform without needing to download, edit, and re-upload.

### "Take the stress out of signing"

January 16, 2026

5.0

From professional to personal use this is an easy to use product. It makes your project paperwork easier to manage or the prospect of the paperwork when buying your own home less of a nightmare to manage.

Pros

This is the easiest by far of the signing programs out there that I have used. My last company used it and I have to say I did love it. Docusign, is now something I run into frequently when its time to sign documents electronically.

Cons

Honestly, nothing. This is a name that has been out there long enough to work out the bugs. In the many times I have used this, I can not think of one that I have had a true problem.

### "Docusign - Trustworthy, Bugless and Fast"

June 27, 2025

4.0

I’ve used it related to signing documents for the purchase of a house, and for an investment strategy process.

Pros

I was nervous using it at first, since if things go sideways, the cost could be high, or the hassle could be high. But I found it to be seamless and completely bug free and reliable

Cons

I did not find a downside to this program. In general, for Luddites or people who have had bad experiences online, the very concept of signing documents online seems fraught. I had some of that nervousness. None of my fears came to fruition.
