The fields that require my initials and / or signature are already highlighted and I can easily insert my customized signature which can be typed or handwritten with the use of your mouse if you are using a computer. The contracts are usually sent to me via email and all I have to do is to fill in the contracts and click submit. I also have the option to save a copy for my record. Cons Although the software lets you create your own signature it will probably not look the same as your natural, regular signature. You still have to print it out / or save it for your records. I can get signatures in seconds from customers across the world, and it creates a much better experience for everyone involved. Pros I enjoy the simplicity in being able to send contracts and agreements within minutes. It makes it easy for my customers to view, sign, and return to me. No more printing, scanning, and faxing which can take a lot of unnecessary time. Cons To be honest, I don't think that there is anything about that we do not like. It has only made our jobs much, much easier. Just sending a couple of documents to a handfull of people. Once it gets bigger than that you need to get the paid version or try another vendor. Pros The best thing about is that it works across borders. By this I mean that it works internationally, and it does not seem to get its e-mails stuck in the spam-filter which has happened to us with some of the other services. An important feature as you cannot get big customers or investors to lower their firewalls to receive an e-mail. Cons Duplicating a former document with the same recipients and then changing the document has given us some difficulties in the past. And the customer service at was a bit of a joke. Pros I really haven't experimented too much with this software from a creation standpoint to fully test it's limits, but in a previous job, this software helped provide a quick and simple method to gather and collect signatures. Cons Because I haven't tested 's full capabilities (such as collecting signatures through mobile devices), I haven't seen a bigger use of the software than gathering signatures. May 8, 2018 3.0 Pros was great for those long, TDLR documents. It walked you through the whole document and clearly pointed out where you needed initial and sign. You were not able to hit finish without having all signatures needed. Cons 1) Finding the 'Begin' button was ridiculously difficult for the majority of people; I found myself taking more than 5 minutes troubleshooting where that button was 2) Finding the finish button was equally as difficult as the begin button; this was the occasional deal killer 3) Mobile was horrible. Pros Its key features, such as creating fillable fields and signature boxes are easy to create and use. The document tracking process is excellent. Another good feature is that you can include notes for the signer to be aware of. Excellent tool for streamlining the digital signing process. Sending out paperwork is so easy and I find DocuSign to be really user-friendly relative to similar products. Pros I love the fact that that saves so much paper; our company really prioritizes being environmentally friendly and DocuSign helps us realize that goal. I primarily use DocuSign for offer letters and onboarding paperwork and it has saved me hours in follow-up time. Pros provides an easy way for us to send out documents to be electronically signed. All we need is the document and the signer's email. It notifies us once the document has been signed and also stores it in the cloud. Cons The platform is sometimes difficult to use if we had a form with several different fields that needed to be completed. It occasionally would shrink text to the point that it couldn't be read. It is done easily over email. Pros We like that you can use this to get signatures needed for time sensitive documents. It also saves all documents which we find useful in case we need to resend a document. Gone are the days of having to meet clients for signatures when now we can do it electronically with this software. Cons The only negative thing I can say about this software is when I set it up for signatures; it goes in order of who signs first, second, so on...
